- Sway (7/5): Too Expensive - I liked that they had a great pool and barbecue pit for guests to use. I didn't like the staff particularly one named Jessica she was very rude and argumentative I spoke to management but I think she just told me what I wanted to hear but she didn't do anything. Also, one day we came back to our room from being out all day and the screen window was bent almost like someone was trying to get into our room.

- Anton (1/5): - I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. My credit card was charged twice for the same one-night stay: $181 + $181. The first charge was processed when I booked through Booking.com. The second charge happened at check-in because the front desk claimed they couldn’t see the Booking.com payment, even though I showed them clear proof of the confirmed payment on my Booking.com reservation. I contacted Booking.com support and they confirmed that the hotel had no right to charge my card again. They should have investigated why they didn’t see the original payment instead of placing a new transaction. But the staff refused to resolve the issue and chose the easiest (and most unacceptable) solution — charging me a second time. Now I am stuck with two identical charges, and nobody is taking responsibility. I called the front desk — they deny the issue. I contacted Booking.com — they promised a resolution, yet nothing has happened: no refund, no cancellation of the duplicate charge. This is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to guests. I trusted a Marriott-brand property and ended up with a financial problem instead of a comfortable stay. I demand a refund of the duplicate $181 charge. Travelers beware: this hotel may charge you twice and ignore your attempts to fix their mistake. I strongly do NOT recommend staying here.
- Janejira (10/5): very great stay! no complaints at all - the room, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless. the outside is super nice and clean. super close to the AV fair and all the staff was welcoming. the kitchen was fully equiped with a fridge/freezer, ice cube maker, a stove, plates, cups, ect!

I was there for two nights and one day and no one came around to get the trash out or get used towels. I had to ask the front desk person for clean ones. I checked out today around 1100 and still no one had came by.

- Kathryn (2/5): - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our stay started poorly as we had reserved a room that said it was 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The separate bedrooms and bathrooms was the reason we selected this property. We were advised when we arrived that none of their rooms have 2 bathrooms. She said that because the regular rooms have a shower and stand alone tub, they call it 2 bathrooms. Additionally we were put in an accessible suite. There is no place in the shower to set my things down, except the shower floor and there is no hook to hang a towel or robe. In the bedroom, there was no luggage rack and no chairs. I would not stay at a Homewood Suite again.

Very clean, great staff who go above and beyond the scope of their jobs to accommodate, breakfast is great and their little snack/food buying options are always stocked with many difference options to choose from and the cost to wash your clothes is an exceptionally good price. Highly recommended and will definitely return in the future.

Noticed the booking had my names reversed and I ask her to run them the correct way and she finally found it after almost 30 minutes. She also never checked my ID. Not ok. Asked the next day for the manager to call me. No response Staff Friday night rude. Made me feel incompetent.

- Sandra (10/5): - I absolutely liked this place immensely. From the doorbell to the kitchenette, you had utensils pots and pans if you wanted to cook a great fridge. It has a lot of space. I didn’t feel cooped up at all. The couch in the room was great for taking naps also. The bathroom was very spacious as well. The continental breakfast was absolutely scrumptious. They had eggs and bacon one morning eggs and sausage the next, but they also had yummy breakfast sandwiches one morning and some for the next. You could even make homemade waffles, which was absolutely cool beans Made juices, milk and chocolate milk, and yogurt. Everything you could possibly want for full healthy breakfast especially the oatmeal. Only scary part was people walking their dog to the area for the dogs and they were growling. I was afraid the dog was going to come off that Leeshae would definitely definitely stay again.

- Cathy (8/5): Room #123 needs a refresh - I always try to stay here when coming into town for business. This time, the room I stayed in was not in line with the overall hotel rating. It had a "blue collar worker-chemical-ish" smell, had a patch in the carpet that didn't fit right, had chips and worn edges in the furniture and doors, and was just pretty beat up. The beds were comfortable, linens were clean and crisp, I was tired, and everything worked, so I didn't complain. Just recommend the hotel do a deep clean and quality review of the furniture for room #123.

The area felt safe and secure, which is important to me, especially when travelling alone. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed and I will definitely stay here again in the future. My only concern is the question of room quality. It seems as though the rooms I get from booking on Hotels.com are always in need of maintenance, whether that is peeling paint, peeling wallpaper, etc.

- Andrea (10/5): - I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff is great, very accommodating. They go above and beyond the norm to ensure a pleasant stay. I accidentally booked the wrong type of suite, they upgraded my suite complimentary. Clean and quiet, they also have security on the property and the breakfast is good.

- cipolipo (10/5): Spacious and Clean Room with Full Kitchen - Our family of four enjoyed our night in this hotel. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and clean and had a full kitchen. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night! If you stay here, we can highly recommend having dinner at the Sushi place across the street of this hotel. We also enjoyed the musical road in Lancaster. We used the hotel's washing machines which worked fine. We used the back entrance which might actually be the front entrance? Breakfast offered a wide selection of cereals, fruits, and healthy options, including oat milk for your coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to stay - It was truly a fantastic experience. The room was just as I expected from looking at the pictures. It was very clean and smelled fresh. The room was very accessible to everything needed. The breakfast was enjoyable as well. The hostess that checked me in was so awesome. She had the most welcoming personality. She was very willing to help with anything needed. Truly a pleasure to encounter when we first got there. Made my son smile.

- Elsa (9/5): I would definitely stay again. - I enjoyed everything and the Customer service was excellent! The only thing I did not like was not chairs to sit in pool, there was no shade at all, Every chair was taken. Sun was so hot my face burned.

- Christian (2/5): - Convenient distance to Lancaster National Soccer Center. Sofá bed was tiny, not suitable for two children. We requested 1 extra pillow and were told none were available. We requested a rollaway bed and none were available. Complimentary breakfast was unpleasant (powdered egg taste, sour taste for milk cartons, croissant sandwiches were very soggy). We ended up ordering McDonalds for breakfast. Would not recommend to family and friends.
