• Larisa (8/5): - Качественное разнообразное питание, светлый чистый номер, удобное месторасположение, можно выйти прогуляться по набережной и доехать до центра. Красивые закаты Песчаный пляж ну очень маленький, можно его облагородить и обустроить. Заказывали номер с видом на море. Жили в основном корпусе. К виду на море прилагается вид на крышу ресторана и шум от его вытяжки, ночью такой шум мешает
• Patricia (8/5): lovely stay for end of season - the view from the hotel is beautiful. the space all around was great.. it was the end of the season so i cant imagine being there in the middle of the season. The food was varied every day and it was good quality. The housekeeping was great and fresh towels every day if you wanted the restaurant should be made to be less like a canteen . I know its difficult with the volumn of people but we found it very noisy. if it was restructured some way to make it more "cozy" it would be better i think as it was the end of the season the entertainment at night was lacking and if the bar could be that it wasn't in the lobby i think would be better... coffee dock fine in the lobby but a separate bar would be better

Personnel pas du tout accueillant. Pas de bonjour. Aucun rapport avec les photos sur votre site. J’aurais voulu quitter l’hôtel plus tôt..
• Pascal (2/5): Déçus - Difficile de répondre lorsqu’on est déçu à l arrivée…. Cet hôtel ne correspond plus à un 5 *****. Les photos du site datent de plusieurs années. Tous les équipements sont vieillots et mériteraient d être changés ou à minima entretenus. Les buffets sont certes variés mais répétitifs. Les barmans vous font un show pour vous servir mais ils en mettent plus à côté, du coup, les verres, les tables sont collants et hormis à la fin du service, aucune table n est nettoyée. Les chambres sont correctes mais plus de vmc dans notre salle de douche, pas de siphon sous le lavabo, donc bonjour les odeurs nauséabondes. Enfin, vous l aurez compris, nous n y retournerons pas !
• Oliver (7/5): - We had a spacious family room which consisted of two rooms with a extra door. This was very convenient. There was a mini club for the kids which they enjoyed. The slides were also a highlight. The location and scenery was simply beautiful. Very often we felt the staff wanted to finish their work and go home. Slides were turned off early or the kids room closed before they time was over. During the night the music was really loud which was an annoyance and the internet was very unreliable.

• Spengler (1/5): Nie mehr in dieses Hotel - Das Buffet war jeweils grosszügig, aber einfach. Die Gästebetreuung von Frau Alona war sehr freundlich und gut. Beim Einchecken haben wir festgestellt, dass das Zimmer sehr schmutzig ist, nach dem wir drei Zimmer angeschaut haben (alle auch dreckig) haben wir dann das vierte genommen, wir waren nahe am abreisen. Für ein sogenanntes 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich viel mehr.

• Mosneag (10/5): - Am petrecut 6 nopți absolut minunate la Le Blue Hotel & Resort din Kușadasi și pot spune cu mâna pe inimă că a fost una dintre cele mai reușite vacanțe ale noastre! 🏖️ 🔹 Locație superbă – Hotelul este amplasat chiar pe malul mării, cu o priveliște spectaculoasă asupra apusurilor și acces direct la plajă. Faptul că e aproape de centrul orașului Kușadasi ne-a permis să explorăm zona cu ușurință. 🔹 Camere confortabile și curate – Am fost impresionați de designul modern, de curățenia impecabilă și de priveliștea de pe balcon. 🔹 Mâncare variată și delicioasă – Bufetul a fost bogat și diversificat, cu opțiuni pentru toate gusturile. Ne-au plăcut în mod special preparatele turcești autentice și deserturile fabuloase. Personalul restaurantului a fost mereu atent și amabil. 🔹 Activități și divertisment – De la piscinele spectaculoase și aqua park-ul pentru copii, până la spectacolele de seară și sesiunile de yoga pe plajă, am avut mereu ceva de făcut. Echipa de animație a fost energică și prietenoasă, aducând zâmbete în fiecare zi. 💙 Recomandăm cu drag Le Blue Hotel & Resort tuturor celor care caută relaxare, confort și servicii de calitate într-un cadru natural de poveste. • Joel (8/5): Bom, agradável embora não passe disso. - Localização muito boa. De forma global bom e agradável embora mas não chegue ao excelente. Um ou outro dia de menor ocupação o buffet estava muito limitado e nem sempre a comida era bem tratada, um pouco mais de formação sobre como lidar com a comida não fazia mal. Num dos dias que vieram muitos hospedes asiáticos o chefe estava todo orgulhoso de ter feito "sushi", mas sinceramente o que ele fez foi um assassinato lamentável ao sushi. Bebidas alcóolicas são para esquecer para não se ficar desiludido, mas acho que é mais uma questão de ser um país com menor hábito de consumo e não propriamente do hotel.

Паша, Эмре, Асма , Алина - ребята огонь 🔥🔥🔥🔥! Мы не скучали ни минуты )))) Персонал ресторана и бара на высоте , замечательная официантка Наргиз вынесла нам завтрак , 🍳 когда мы его проспали )))) Хочется отметить что вся клининговая команда на высоте !!!!! За время нашего отдыха мы испытали только положительные эмоции ! Так же нас очень впечатлила команда профессиональных фотографов ))))) 📸 нам и тут повезло - фотосессия в подарок 🎁))) Мы однозначно рекомендуем данный отель для отдыха , и обязательно вернемся, снова ! • Десислава (10/5): - За трета година почиваме в този хотел. 😀 Тази година има нови подобрения в цялостната организация в ресторанта. Има барбекю в двора и всяка вечер се предлагаше различна вкусна риба. Останалата храна също беше много вкусна и разнообразна. Забавленията за гостите на хотела също бяха интересни и различни. Плажа е уникален. Ще посетим отново със сигурност. Единственото нещо, което не ми хареса е, че за да си намериш място на басейните или на плажа трябва да станеш рано и да си намяташ хавлии по шезлонгите. Имаше дни в които, някои шезлонги на басейна стояха с хавлии цял ден и никой не дойде да ги ползва. Просто бяха запазени от сутринта и след това забравени. 😔

Not clean, poor service, the hotel staff are very young and most of them not able to speak English. several times call to get clean the room, not cleaning staff available after 5 pm, the two elevator only for three persons. Inside elevator is very hot.

• Özlem (9/5): Für Familienurlaub geeignet - Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Wir hatten wunderschöne Zimmer mit einem traumhaften Meerblick. Die Betten waren bequem und die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Es war nicht überfüllt, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt entspannt genießen konnten. Das Essen bot eine große Auswahl und war sehr lecker. Kühlschrank war voll. Der Zugang zum Meer war gut, der Strand sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen. 🌊✨ Die Abendessenszeit war sehr kurz (nur von 19:00–21:00 Uhr), dadurch war es überfüllt. Am Grill musste man mit sehr langen Wartezeiten (20–30 Minuten) rechnen. In den Außenbereichen gab es keine Mitarbeiter, die sich um die Gäste kümmern. Einige Gäste haben Plätze reserviert, waren sehr laut und haben sogar das Personal angeschrien – das war sehr unangenehm. Am Pool lief die Musik viel zu laut (Techno oder türkische 90er Jahre), sodass ich sogar Kopfhörer tragen musste.

• Ionuț (9/5): Un sejur reușit intr-o locație pe care o recomand - Priveștea extraordinara, recomand camera cu vedere la mare pentru a putea admira apusul. Masa foarte bogata si variată. Spectacolele diferite oferite in fiecare seara. Camerele par puțin învechite si neintretinute pentru un hotel de 5 stele.

The wifi was horrible, The elevator was scary and frequently out of service The food variety was poor Only one bar serving the whole hotel (another one near the pool, but close before sunset), queues to have a drink. One of the bar staff was rude to my wife while she was asking to have a specific drink; he ignored her and went to the next customer. I felt like the Staff is overloaded with jobs and the hotel should hire more staff to offer appropriate service for 5 stars hotel. In general, I didn't feel like I was in a 5-star hotel; it was hardly 4

• Linda (8/5): Stort utvalg i mat, fine bassengområder, fine rom, men for liten strand - God frokost, lunch og middag med mye utvalg for de fleste ganer. Vi reiste med ei jente med cøliaki og det var ikke tilrettelagt for henne. Hun måtte lage en "bestillingsliste" ved ankomst og så laget de ting fra den listen til henne. Det var en diettbuffet der, men den var kun operativ på lørdag (usikker på om det var andre dager, men tror ikke det). På den buffeten hadde de stort sett ris og tørr, smakløs kylling. Det var dårlig med aircon i restauranten. Det gikk veldig fint om morgenen og midt på dagen, men det ble veldig varmt til middag da sola skinte rett inn. Det skulle ellers vært ferskpresset juice tilgjengelig. Den vi fikk, som de kalte fersk appelsinjuice, var så absolutt ikke det. Den var en utvannet variant som var grei, men ikke god/wow. Juicene, både den "ferske" og den på automatene smakte litt merkelig og var dessuten kun tilgjengelig til måltidene. Stranda var smal og til dels steinete. Jeg hadde ønsket meg en bredere og lengre strand uten steiner, men den var helt OK og lå inne i en liten bukt.
• Elena (10/5): Vacanța 4-12 august Le Bleu Hotel & Resort - Noi ne-am simțit foarte bine in acest resort, mâncarea a fost bună, camera cu o frumoasă vedere la mare, copiilor le-au plăcut foarte mult la cele două piscine, plaja ok, seara a fost divertisment pentru adulți și copii ( copii s-au distrat mult). Am găsit acolo niște oameni care muncesc foarte mult si își dau silința sa rezolve orice situație, personalul cu noi a fost foarte prompt si amabil, in special Alona de la Resurse umane, Orkun și Elcin de la Recepție. Mai mult decât mulțumiți am fost de felul cum s-au purtat cu noi, orice le-am cerut au făcut tot posibilul sa ne mulțumească. De exemplu, am cerut o camera la unul din primele etaje si cand am ajuns acolo ne-au cazat la o cameră de la etajul 1 ( Mulțumim!) Am fost si o nunta turcească in resort intr-una din seri si mi-a plăcut ca am văzut si eu un pic din acest fericit eveniment ( imi doream sa vad cum este o nuntă pe plaja la turci). Aceasta a fost experiența noastră. Nu am fost la prima vacanță in Turcia, noi iubim foarte mult turcii si țara lor. Îmi doresc sa nu se schimbe niciodată, sa rămână mereu la fel de primitori, distractivi și prietenoși!❤️🙏 Sper sa ne revedem! -

• Moana (4/5): Good holiday in spite of the disappointing hotel - Lovely sea - on the territory of the hotel and some great sea views! Pier was a good solution for swimming as waves in the open sea are often high. There was some choice of food so we could pick what we liked out of what was mostly average-tasting food. Plenty of sweet watermelons. We did not get stomach bugs during the whole stay. Thank you! The weather in the region was comfortable - plenty of sunshine, yet moderate winds and refreshing sea which helped not feel too hot in what was the hottest time of the year - July-August. Helpful staff at the reception (in particular, Orkun and Musa), at the guest relations (Alona was very helpful booking the restaurant for us) and Lana at the watersports centre. Staff seems overwhelmed and unhappy. Most restaurant and cleaning staff look like they hate the guests and wish they'd all leave. At least we can guarantee not returning. But the hotel is packed and we can see there seems no reason for the management to make any improvements. Waiters push their trolleys full of dirty dishes and bins with overflowing rubbish along the isles in the restaurant regularly placing them next to the tables and cleaning dirty dishes right next to our plates as we were eating - never seen this before - everywhere we'd been before, including Turkey, waiters collect dirty dishes on the trays and clean them in the kitchen or some area away from guests. Tables are not cleaned properly - there are breadcrumbs and food staines on the 'freshly' laid out tables and on chairs. Lots of badly chipped plates. Bathroom fixtures need replacing - scary shabby mirror and shower. Very odd bathroom design solution - matt glass instead of a wall between the bathroom and the room with silhouettes of people showering visible from the room plus a matt glass door with an inch-wide gap around it as if the door was left open all the time. Offputting for a family with children. Rooms are not cleaned properly - sink top, surfaces in the room, including the bed top, are never wiped - all dusty. Twice we got sheets with massive holes. There are not enough umbrellas on the pier. We saw some guests fighting for one. It looks like not the greatest investment to put more shade on to the pier, but the hotel is saving on everything. The toilet next to the pier is stinky. Not many public station toilets can be found in such a state. The hotel is generally full of unpleasant scents - chlorine in the restaurant, etc, old hotel smell in the hallways. No properly working aircon in the restaurant or the reception area - the premises get very stuffy. Good aircon in the rooms. Very small swimming area in the sea. OK if it was 3* hotel, not 5*.
• Emine (10/5): Parfait - Le personnel très gentil, serviable et respectueux. La disponibilité et la propreté Les personnes qui réservent les transat avec leur serviette pendant des heures sans etre là. La wifi captait tres mal dans les chambres et l’établissement.

• PIERRE (8/5): Bel hôtel pour un séjour en famille - Les chambres sont confortables, les repas divers, le ponton au bord de mer avec un espace sécurisé pour nager. La petite crique charmante Les pannes d’ascenseurs fréquentes (nous sommes restés bloqué un long moment un soir tard).

Храната не беше разнообразна , не отговаряше на звездите на хотела. Български абитуриенти пречеха на спокойствието на гостите , деноношно имаше пиянски ексцесии ! Срам за нас Българите !!

Mancare,,desi a fost multa cantitativ, a fost din zona lor( nu am murit de foame) !! Prăjiturile multe si delicioase.

Plaja extrem de aproape de hotel. Au avut și parcare, am venit cu mașina. În cameră condiții OK, un aer condiționat eficient și silențios. Personal amabil, atent cu oaspeții Plaja. Mică, cu pietre, se adâncește relativ brusc. Avantajul este că lumea nu prea venea la ea, preferau cele 2 piscine, sau alte plaje. WiFi slab, merge pentru mesaje whatsapp, si pagini web cu un pic de răbdare

• Osama (10/5): - Fantastisk vistelse med god mat och total avkoppling Vi bodde på detta hotell en vecka med all inclusive och är otroligt nöjda! Maten var en av höjdpunkterna – varje dag bjöds det på varierade rätter med både lokala och internationella inslag. Allt var fräscht, vällagat och smakrikt. Även barnen hittade sina favoriter varje dag, vilket inte alltid är en självklarhet! Hotellet höll hög standard när det gäller renlighet , både rummen, restaurangen och de gemensamma utrymmena städades noggrant och regelbundet. Sängarna var bekväma och rummen tysta, vilket gav oss en riktigt god natts sömn. Poolområdet var välskött och det fanns alltid lediga solstolar. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam, alltid med ett leende. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell för dig som söker en avkopplande semester med bra service, bekvämt boende och framför allt riktigt god och varierad mat!

• Amir (10/5): - Everyone was nice and relaxing. Beautiful spot with sea and sunset view. Two pools, one for fun and one for relaxation. Fine entertainment every day and night. Food and alcohol can improve, but there is no major problem. All in all, we were pleased with everything.

• Edo Vedo (10/5): - Ovo je naš drugi boravak u ovom hotelu,i sigurno ćemo doći opet.Dočekani smo sa voćem i vinom u našim sobama,kao znak dobrodošlice.Hotel je savršen za obitelj sa djecom,ima sadržaje za sve generacije.Hrana je izvrsna i ukusna tako da iako smo imali a la carde večeru uopće je nismo iskoristili jer nije ni bilo potrebe..Osoblje profesionalno i vrlo ljubazno . Veliki pozdrav za Zelih i Merjem,one su predivne, hvala im na osmjesima.Preporučujemo ovaj hotel! Nema ništa što mi se nije dopalo . Hvala svima u hotelu Le bleu na savršenom odmoru!

• Anthony (6/5): Great location, good food and buffet selection, comfortable rooms, however Staff lack customer service skills/focus. - The location was good. The selection and variety of food was great. Access to the sea or pool was great. Was relatively clean. The staff were not engaging, not one would greet you with a hello or how are you. The bar tender would often sneeze into his hands and continue to serve drinks without washing his hands before continuing. The girl at the bar on the pier was always sitting looking into space or on her phone and never engaged when you politely asked for a drink. Always felt that you were disrupting her when ordering a drink. The staff all need a bit of a shake up on why they are working at the resort and their purpose to assist their guests. Too many people on their phones lack of customer focus.
• Vera (10/5): Heerlijk!!! - Perfecte service, iedereen was zo vriendelijk en deed zijn of haar best ons verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken. Kamer had een prachtig uitzicht en geen geluidsoverlast. We hebben genoten en ik zou zo terug willen. Loved it! Je moet geen angst hebben voor liften, deze zijn klein en krakend. Maar dat was ook echt het enige, kleine kritiekpuntje, verder was alles top geregeld.

• ian (8/5): Good and bad - Superb headland location with spectacular sea views. Excellent access to sea swimming. Not much in the way of evening entertainment, so it’s best suited for a quiet, relaxing stay. We also had an issue with the air conditioning which did not work on the first night.

• Nurakhan (7/5): - Территория красивая, вкусная еда , все хорошо кроме порядка в ночное время В три часа ночи в коридоре шумели пьяные соседи, 2 ночи не давали спать , очень плохо что бар работает ночью !!!!!! Нужно говорить гостям чтобы не шумели и следить за этим Ведь и другие гости , а их большинство хотят отдохнуть и выспаться
