- Catherine (6/5): - À part de dire que l'emplacement est très bien situé et que deux des employés de jour/soir était sympathique qui nous ont bien conseillé suite à nos questions, notre expérience a été quelque peu décevante. L'accueil était sans direction claire et recommandations, on s'est fait voler deux fois notre nourriture et parfois, personne n'était présent, De plus, les déjeuners devaient être inclus et finalement, on a vu personne pour le dit déjeuner. Disons que le potentiel pourrait être mieux exploiter et géré.

- Constanza (8/5): - Es un lugar bastante tranquilo para llegar de pasada, la limpieza no es tan buena y las instalaciones no son las mejores, pero es funcional. Me tocó un cuarto, es pequeño y el baño también, tanto que el agua de la regadera daba a la taza del baño y mojaba todo, el piso muy resbaloso, eso se me hace algo peligroso, estuve a punto de caerme varias veces. Los fines de semana se junta la gente del hostal, así que puede ser buena manera de hacer amigos, hasta extranjeros, se pone un poco ruidoso para considerar. Está bastante cerca de Chapultepec, así que tiene un lugar bastante estratégico, muchos lugares alrededor. Es barato, y es lo que pagas.

- Miguel (2/5): - When doing the online booking we picked a room with "bathroom" as one of the commodities and the name had no mention of shared bathroom, however upon arrival it was a shared bathroom, that's only the beginning though. When we entered the room we were immediately met with an unclean floor, poor pillows that seemed to have been there for 20 years, a cockroach inside the closet, a lamp covered in newspaper(?), a very dirty table and finally what seemed to possibly be dried blood in the towels. We tried to speak with staff about how we felt we were not given what was promised and got basically told "no, this is what you paid for". Would not recommend, spend a little bit more in a better place and save yourself the hassle.

Dice que es de 7:30 a 10:30 y cuando me pase por unos minutos no me lo quisieron dar, así que me paré al otro día muy puntual 7:30 y la chica de muy mala gana me dijo que era hasta las 8am. También hay una de ellas que nunca sabe nada y se tarda mucho en hacer el desayuno, de todo lo que le he solicitado siempre he recibido una negativa de su parte, además que para entrar el otro día que llovía tampoco me dio el acceso pronto y tuve que esperar hasta que quedara satisfecha con mi explicación de donde estaba hospedado, qué cama y habitación y mostrar mi correo de reserva, es con la única que he tenido este detalle. Todos los demás voluntarios excelente actitud y buen trato; Mishrka ( no sé si se escriba así ) sobresaliente actitud y servicio, también del chico cubano delgado, excelente trato y resolución de situaciones. Por último ofrecen servicio de lavandería y no es cierto, no hay; esta misma voluntaria que no sabe nada le pedí lavar solo una carga de ropa íntima ya que ofrecen el servicio en su página y todas las plataformas y llevo una estancia de más de 15 días y también fue una negativa de su parte… tache huarache para esa voluntaria 👎👎👎👎👎👎

- Alan (10/5): - Muchas gracias chicos todos fueorn muy amables, esta chido que se preopcupen por organizar noches de cine o pub crawls para la convivencia entre los huespedes, ademas todo limpio y en orden, esta bien tmabien que puedes hacer check in online asi que la llegada tambien con mica estuvo super rapida. Regresaremos!

- Dan Ezequiel (6/5): - Está muy céntrica y económica el detalle es que si le hace falta mantenimiento ya que sus instalaciones están muy desgastadas y no cuentan con ventilado en la habitación la verdad eso si siento que deberían de poner en todas las habitaciones el piso es de cemento deberían poner vitropiso y pero el lugar y lo económico que está vale la pena solo el detalle es que ocupan remodelarlo y implementar lo del ventilador

Recomiendo tomar una recámara con baño completo. En esta zona, muchos bares y restaurantes, de todo tipo, fácil caminar hacia Chapultepec muy cerca (10') o el Centro (25'). Unico problema, estacionamiento complicado cerca del Hotel por los parquimetros.

Hostel had amenities such as outdoor courtyard, ping pong table, mini computer lab and outdoor seats with free breakfast cooked by one of the staff members. Convenient location as it is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars. Only downside was showers didn’t dispense water well and need a little maintenance and renovation. Overall a good experience.

I room in particular had a dodgie doorknob which made me feel like someone could break in. The room was very hot and the outside noisy was loud. With that said, this was very affordable accommodation, so I wasn't expecting the best.

- Hugues (8/5): - Ma première nuit ne s'est pas passé dans la chambre réservée car il y a eu semble-t-il un problème entre ce qu'Expedia a communiqué à l'hotel et la chambre réservée réelle. J'ai pu y accéder à la deuxième nuit seulement. Le personnel est attentionné et a réglé un problème internet rapidement alors que j'étais en télétravail. L'endroit est bien situé la colonia Americana et à 25 minutes à pied centre historique. Le seul hic c'est qu'il se construit actuellement un énorme édifice juste en face et d'autres sont aussi en construction dans les rue avoisinantes. Il y a aussi un ou deux bars qui jouent de la musique à plein volume jusqu'à tard la nuit et ce plusieurs soirs semaine. C'est donc assez bruyant.

Las regaderas con exagerado poco espacio. Cuarto sin ventilador/ aire. Sin amenidades básicas como agua, toallas o jabón/ shampoo… no pudimos bañarnos. El precio es accesible en cuestión de ubicación, pero solo por este motivo. Me gustaría poder tener comentarios mejores/más positivos, pero si hay mucho que mejorar. No nos gustó.

Old towels, mismatched bedding, the shared bathroom had no space, one of the toilets was always locked and the other wasn't working, no hot water in the showers. Someone would walk by my door burping loudly at all times and the hall smelled of cigarettes when it clearly states that it is smoke-free.

- Hugo (6/5): 3 nights in Guadalajara - Nice place. A little out of the center, but there is a lot of buses. I haven't seen the individual rooms, but the dorm are what you need for solo travel (locker, clean mattress, curtains) and the common area is very relaxing with a functional kitchen and a lot if option for breakfast (eggs, 2 type of bread, cereals). The staff there spoke Spanish mainly (understand basic English) when I was there, but they do a lot to help you understand, and it's working. I would go back there.
