The owner was friendly at first.We book for the first night and we decided to stay a little more to see if we like it and we decide to stay more.We ask her to clean the sheets but she refuse to do so,didn't give us any complimentary water. Told us to decide right away how long we are going to stay since she has other customers wanting to book the room. Bad customer service,owner is only after the money and didn't treat us like a guests making sure we're comfortable enough during our stay. The bedsheet isn't comfortable. Could have done better.

• Joel (9/5): 10/10, would stay again - I don’t have a single complaint about this accommodation. Everything was 10/10. The room is spacious, as well as the bathroom. Very clean. The location of the bungalows are great, lovely garden and green area out front and through the driveway, 15 second walk from bungalow to beach front. Restaurant area is absolutely spot on. Amazing sunset spot whilst having some fresh Thai food with an ice cold fruit smoothie… Haad Yao beach is beautiful, good for a swim. Some brilliant snorkelling spots roughly 10 min drive away (Ko Ma Beach). You can rent scooters from the owner’s. The owners were perfect, always said hello with a smile and helped with taxis etc. I booked an additional night whilst staying here as I didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend this accommodation, great value for money.

From the first moment, they were making faces we are arriving at 7 pm. Then at breakfast they did not want to give my the wifi password until I order.. Then our son went to an open budist altar that is in the property, nothing is written - not to enter - it was also fully open. Then they came extremely shouting at us for no reason. Also other day our friend ordered a sandwich and the man started to shout at us like crazy. I told them it is not the way to speak and they should not shout at people like this. Then they started fuck youing. I believe they hate tourists. Try to choose a different place- because it is very bad to stay in this hardcore vibe and being afraid of the owner...

The staff was friendly and it was good that their restaurant was a quiet place as many neighbouring places on that beach played loud music which became a bit disturbing sometimes. Wifi was often not working. Also, my bungalow did not look inside as the one in the photos. It was a bit outdated, with brown walls, there were no shelves or no place to hang or place your clothes. There was a corner in the room where it could be possible very easily install such clothes racks, so it would be better than keeping things on the floor.

• Maia (7/5): Basic bungalows located right on the beach making for a lovely relaxing stay. - The bungalows are right on the beach and are close to restaurants, bars and 7-eleven. Each bungalow contains a nice terrace area with outdoor furniture. The staff were friendly and transferred us to the ferry when it was time to leave. The restaurant served great fruit shakes but we did not eat there because there were cheaper places and we were on a budget. The bungalows are in need of an update. They are spacious but quite dark and some areas smell (e.g. inside of the wardrobe). The shower is quite temperamental and the wet room could do with a deep clean/renovation.

The Thai family were very friendly and helpful, had many conversations with Sa and Bo and daughter Da. All were very polite and helpful. Was very sad to leave but very happy to have made friends with them all and plan to see them all again when I return. Wish I could have stayed a lot longer than the 26 days I was there.

Beds were on the firmer side, that's a personal preference whether you prefer a firm or soft bed Balcony for relaxing Excellent value for money. Staff were friendly. Previous negative reviews on here don't represent the place well. I initially read the negative reviews and was sceptical about staying but alot of the reviews don't reflect the place. It's basic and at a good price. You can't expect luxury for budget prices.

• Roswbkk (6/5): Fine. - I loved that it was quiet and peaceful and the beach just outside is perfect. I actually like this kind of resort more than busy fancy ones because there are not so many people. The room looked quite dark, but there was also a nice spacious terrace outside. It was great value for a great location with shops /food options close by. The rooms are very dated and could do with a few repairs. I looked under the sheet and saw that there must have been bedbugs before (I know the signs from a different bad experience) but looked as though there were no bugs currently (I had quite a hunt). Still, I now feel that when I get home I will have to hotwash all our stuff, which is a big pain.

• Nikola (6/5): Pleasant - You can wash you feet before going in, they provide some dishes in the room, really close to the beach and you can also rent a bike here. Many mosquitos in the area during our stay. Be sure to use repellent a lot cause we got Dengue fever here. The bungalow is nice but when we came AC was terrible and door didn’t lock. Owner fixed that. There was no hot water. Also the owner was mostly nice but he had his moods and often he was not so eager to help. When we asked him to take the trash out he sent us to the big trash can to do it ourselves. I don’t know what changed but few hours later he offered to clean the whole room 😁 At first we didn’t really feel welcome there, we actually had a feeling like we were a burden to him. But other times he was friendly and talkative. Make your opinion…

The bungalow was spacious. There was a refrigerator. The hotel was calm. The AC in my room was working well. Many things: - The staff could have been more friendly and helpful. They clearly do not care much about making our stay pleasant. - The restaurant is placed on a beautiful beach but very hot because the tables do not have a fan. - The meals that I could eat were tasty, but the dinner stops at 8 PM, a bit early for me. - The bungalow has a balcony but has no fan and is difficult to use when the weather is very hot, as it was during my stay. - The bungalow was quite dark - The wifi not really usable, I used my 5G.
