- Angelina (9/5): Tiefschlafend in Shibuya - Trotz der Lage in Shibuya hatte man nachts seine absolute Ruhe - man hört weder den Verkehr auf der Straße, noch den der Zimmernachbarn ;) Das Zimmer war kompakt, aber sehr gemütlich, stilvoll und gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war kleiner als erwartet - aber so effektiv eingerichtet, dass das garnichts ausgemacht hat.

- Janine (8/5): I was only there overnight but it was an extremely comfortable stay - For a three star hotel, the room was a decent size,b was spotless, the bathroom was big enough and the water pressure was excellent. There was an ample supply of toiletries. There was no noise from adjacent rooms. The teppanyaki restaurant there was not part of the hotel but was excellent and reasonably priced for a steak dinner in Tokyo. Their bagged breakfast was a roll made up the previous night. It was edible but not particularly satisfying. This was the only thing that didn’t impress me. As always, there is a convenience store nearby

- cord (7/5): Excellent location and polite staff—that’s really all you need to know. - That’s the standout strength—location truly defines this hotel. Also, staff are polite. Rooms are compact, as is typical for Tokyo, and while expectations should be adjusted accordingly, the main drawback was that the air conditioning was ineffective, requiring the room temperature to be managed by opening and closing the windows.

The stab welcomed me with ope - Outstanding location, excellent staff, and for the coffee being instant, it was great. I’ll stay there again when I’m back in the area! A slight challenge defined as it is duct off down a side street.
- Natali (6/5): Gut, wenn man gerne shoppen und abends ausgehen möchte. - Sehr gute Lage mit Anbindung an die Bahnen. Das Personal ist super lieb. Die Basic Zimmer sind echt klein, wenn man zu zweit mit großen Koffern reist. Ist man ordentlich und organisiert, bekommt man aber auch das gut hin. Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen. Es wird also schnell stickig, nach dem Duschen. Sehr kleine Shampoo und Shower gel. Wir haben uns dann eigene gekauft. Am besten auch vorher einen Adapter für die Steckdose mitnehmen. Ansonsten kann man die auch günstig beim Don Quijote kaufen.

- Valentina (8/5): Nel cuore di Shibuya - La pozione è comodissima. Benché la stanza sia piccola c’era il giusto spazio per una persona da sola. L’atredamento è carino. Il doccino mi è rimasto in mano e ho annaffiato un po’ il bagno. Una volta fissato la doccia funzionava bene. Qulabche angolo della tappezzeria un po’ consumato.
- Stephanie (9/5): Great central location, minutes from Shibuya station! Clean and tidy - I accidentally booked the wrong dates and had to find a new hotel on the spot, this hotel was a great price. This location so close to Shibuya is common to be priced minimum $500 a night and we got a great price and were able to check in 1hr after booking. The room had a larger bathroom than we have usually experienced in Japan, was clean and tidy. No fault, for our expectations the hotel was great :)

- Velda (8/5): Great location - Fantastic location 2 mins to the train station and bus station. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Friendly staff. The coffee area was small. We were able to store our luggage on check out day. The room was adequate, a bit dated, it was great to have a window that opened for fresh air.

- EsterFV (4/5): Viejo y trato nada amable - La ubicación El trato del personal del hotel no fue nada amable, después de 3 semanas viajando por todo Japón y alojándome en distintos hoteles de diferentes ciudades donde encontré una amabilidad exquisita en todos los sitios, me sorprendió el trato nada amable del personal de este hotel. Además el hotel está muy envejecido, los ascensores no tienen ni sensores en las puertas y mi marido sufrió un golpe de una de las puertas que ni lo detectó. Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación, pero después de haber estado en otro hotel en Shibuya, ni la ubicación compensa el trato en este lugar. No lo recomiendo para nada.

- Markus (5/5): - Staff were very nice and welcoming. Location was great, very close to Shibuya Station New South Gate. The place is in desperate need of a refresh. Paint chipping off walls, wallpaper peeling off. Lots of calcium build up on shower fittings. There was no laundry as far as I was aware. The air conditioning only has a heat and fan setting and no cool setting leading to warm nights despite having the window open. The front entrance blends in and made me second guess whether or not it's the right place. As I was paying almost 40,000¥ per night, I was expecting a bit better quality.

- Suzanne (6/5): Perfect for a couple of nights on arrival in Tokyo. - Location. Cost. Staff. Cleanliness. Bathrooms are perfect. Rooms are tiny. No real common or lobby area. Not a lot of space if you have large suitcases. We had a view of nothing but were so jet lagged it didn’t matter. Not a room/hotel that was nice to hang out in on a rainy night.
- David (8/5): Good location in the heart of Shibuya. Comfortable room, small but everything you need. - The room is small but comfortable. Everything you need is in easy reach. The location is good -- steps from Shibuya Station (South), and a few blocks from Shibuya Crossing and all the excitement there. The shower in particular was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Climate control was lacking (the room was quite hot, and I don't think that was adjustable), but we had them open a window and it was comfortable enough for our stay.

- Alan (10/5): Everything you could want to see in Shibuya is a short walk away. - The location of the Granbel Hotel is a very short walk away from one of the best train stations in Tokyo. The room was comfortable and provides all that you need for a long or short stay.

Recordar que en Japón lo usual son piezas pequeñas en hoteles/hosteles así que cumple con lo esperado. Cabe aclarar que las ventanas vienen cerradas y solo se abren con autorización del personal, en caso de que así lo requieran. Super buena ubicación. Lo recomiendo. Gracias.
