- Faty (7/5): Séjour agréable - Parking PMR payant - L'accueil du personnel. Le restaurant sur place très appréciable après une grosse journée pour une soirée tranquille. Ayant déjà fréquenté cet établissement à plusieurs reprise les années précédentes, les personnes PMR ne payaient pas le parking de l'établissement. Nous avions même recommandé cet hôtel à de nombreux amis. Cette année il semble que la nouvelle direction ait décidé d'exiger du public PMR le paiement du parking (10€/nuit). C'est décevant ! Nous serons contraints de trouver un autre hôtel en périphérie de Paris pour nos futures escapades parisiennes.

C’était juste horrible on a dû ns changer de chambre à 3 h tellement qu’on arrivaient pas à dormir . On a eu la chambre la plus petite qui existait le lit était en face de la toilette juste horrible .

De plus, l’une des chambres était particulièrement petite, avec un matelas très ancien et inconfortable. J’ai sollicité à plusieurs reprises le personnel de l’hôtel afin d’être logé à proximité de mes enfants, mais ma demande n’a malheureusement pas été prise en compte.

- Hanna (7/5): Had a good stay after staff helped us change from disappointing room to a better one. - When we checked in, we got a very disappointing room next to the elevator. The room felt old (in need of a renovation!), you could hear a lot of noise coming from the elevator and stairs next to the room, and the room had a malfunctioning AC so it felt like a sauna... But luckily we could change to another room when we asked the receptionist, and got a newly renovated room in a quiet section of the hotel. Did not try the breakfast or gym, but they seemed good. The room we got assigned at first was a disappointment, but the staff were very helpful in moving us to another room.

- Christophe (9/5): Ravi d'avoir passé 3 nuits dans cet établissement Je recommande ! - Le personnel est au top, chambre très spacieuse et très confortable, silencieuse. Facilité de parking. Le petit déjeuner mériterait d'être un peu plus étoffé vu le niveau de prestation de cet hôtel par ailleurs.

- Fabien (5/5): Pas convaincu - Emplacement, proximité, personnel, commodités, literie. VMC tres bruyante, oreillers un peu trop fins, climatisation bruyante et ce même lorsqu’elle est éteinte (cela m’a empêché de dormir une bonne partie de la nuit. Le parking a 15€ les 24h pour les clients.
