• JOSE ANTONIO (10/5): Segunda estancia excelente: tranquilidad, amabilidad y muy buena comida - Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel y, una vez más, he estado realmente muy a gusto. Es un hotel cómodo, práctico y muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar, desconectar y hacer una buena limpieza mental. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad de todo el personal de Changpuak: siempre atentos, cercanos y serviciales, hacen que uno se sienta como en casa. La piscina es un pequeño oasis perfecto para nadar un poco y después relajarse. Además, he desayunado, comido y cenado en el hotel, y toda la comida ha sido excelente. Como dicen en Tailandia: aroi mak. Sinceramente, no tengo nada importante que señalar. Mi estancia ha sido muy agradable y la experiencia, en general, excelente. Bueno sí que me tuve que ir!!

• Patricia (9/5): - Lieu très bien situé, loin du bruit et de l'agitation.La chambre était très agréable et propre.Le personnel est attentionné.Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et peu onéreux.Les repas confectionnés par la mamy sont délicieux.La piscine et le pour tour sont propres elle est très bien exposée beaucoup de soleil dans la journée mais avec des parasols pour se protéger du soleil. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j’y reviendrai sûrement. Dans l'intégralité tout .

• Jolien (8/5): - Locatie vond ik top: dichtbij t centrum en s avonds ook vd Nightmarket aan Chang Puak Hotel en ver genoeg van de drukte. Zwembad is uiteraard ook een zaligheid! Wou een nacht bijboeken, dat kon, tot ik even later bij de balie stond en er werd gezegd dat er een fout was gebeurd. M'n kamer was dan toch niet meer vrij. Ik kon wel in een andere kamer verblijven, mits...een kleine meerprijs natuurlijk. Had voor die prijs mss een betere plaats in Chiang Mai kunnen vinden. De nieuwe kamer was wel picobello in orde.

• Laura (9/5): A quaint hotel with amazing staff that made our Thailand experience that much more special! - - the staff were amazing, so friendly and attentive, made us feel really welcome, nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they all work so hard - the rooms were tidied every day with new towels and bedding - the pool was lovely and very much needed for those off days when you need a rest - the wifi was really good even in the room - it wasn’t too busy - had plenty of activity options on their leaflet display - the aircon and the fan was very loud which made it hard to sleep without earphones/earplugs in - the beds could have been a bit softer and with an extra pillow

• Melissa (10/5): Safe, friendly, nicer "budget luxury" place to stay if your needs are on this side of Chiang Mai. - Lush grounds, lovely staff 24/7, surprisingly nice pool area, well located to a convention I was attending, and an easy walk to the north side of the Old City.
• MARIE&MARIE (9/5): Excellent sejour proche de la vieille ville - Hôtel très bien situé...très proche de la vieille ville ( quelques minutes à pied) mais à la écart du bruit de la circulation ou autre. L endroit piscine est vraiment super car grand très bien exposé ( de l ombre ou du soleil toute la journée selon vos envies), et à l écart du bruit. Commerces et restaurants à deux pas donc très pratique. L hôtel est ancien mais très propre et vraiment très bien situé et équipé. Les chambres sont bien équipées : lit confortable, bouilloire, placards, eau .. Un hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet emplacement et pour l espace extérieur. J aurais dû prendre une chambre avec climatisation car impossible de dormir avec le ventilateur qui fait vraiment trop de bruit....et 17 degrés étaient annoncés la nuit, mais j avais plus 28!!! Donc climatisation indispensable à cette période

Initially I had a room without AC and then extended my stay in a room with AC, definitely book an AC room, the budget room had a rotating fan that didn't work well and was stiflingly hot.

• Thomas (8/5): Preis/Leistung Top, empfehlenswert! - Super Lage etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Pool ist ein Salzwasserpool und lädt mit der grünen Oase zum Verweilen ein! Das hoteleigene Lokal ist sehr gut, wir haben einmal gefrühstückt und einmal zu Abend gegessen. Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt, sowie 2 Flaschen Wasser aufgefüllt. Ein Wäscheservice ist verfügbar den wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Preis/Leistung des Hotels ist Top und wir würden wieder dort übernachten. Sind insgesamt 5 Nächte geblieben. Matratzen schon eher hart, mir persönlich macht das aber nichts. Die Dusche und der Abfluss sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und die anderen Gäste haben noch nichts von Abendruhe am Gang gehört, dafür kann das Hotel jedoch nichts.

The room was good but wifi a little patchy. Cheaper than most in Chiang Mai and good value for money. Would stay again. Not much, was good.
• Janneke (8/5): - Hotel is nog redelijk op loopafstand van het centrum. Ligt wat van de straat af, waardoor je nauwelijks last hebt van het drukke verkeer. Bij het zwembad kan je lekker ontspannen met wat ruimte en groen er omheen. Kussens waren voor ons vrij dik en te stevig.

Like some other reviews say: loud AC yes, also wet floor on toilet after shower and yes the duvet is a blanket with two sheets - but its all just local thai style and I like it and I dont mind wet floor. Bed a little hard (not like floor, no!) but to be honest I liked it so if you dont need a soft bed then this is good for you. Cool that my tv had netflix (dont know if this is in every room). Very spacious! very kind staff, loved staying here and would stay again.

Quiet but central location. Very friendly staff. Offer a big breakfast for 130 bath per person and very good meals for lunch or dinner. No safe in the room. Could have more chairs by the pool.

Food and drinks prices were cheap and delicious food too. Only 500m to the north gate and you're in Old Town Plumbing not great sometimes. Outside pool showers didn't work. Not a big deal though.

• Caleb (9/5): Nice quiet location close to the old city - The pool is great My room didn’t have a hairdryer and lacked electrical outlets. It’s not a huge problem but could be if you needed to charge multiple things over night
• Sophia (8/5): Pool is nice, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Not high end but cheap and cheerful. - Poolside is amazing and looks like a high end resort pool. It is only a 7 minute walk to North gate of old town. There is a khao soi place 1 min away, muay thai gym 4 mins away and 7/11 2 mins away. The poolside smoothies are cheap (30 baht, cash only). It's good for a long stay. It's also quiet, mainly European families and older travellers (30+) so you will get a good night's sleep! Be aware there are 3 floors to the hotel, and no elevator. So if you cannot or find it hard to walk up 3 flights of floors or are travelling with older family, make sure to request a ground floor room. The shower was quite weak and hot water was not consistent. This would not have been a problem in the summer but in January it is still cooler in evenings so more consistent hot water would have been nice. Therefore I showered in afternoon when it's still warm outside.

• TIANCHEN (10/5): 清迈玩非常好的住宿位置 - 酒店很漂亮！下了两个订单入住给我们安排了同一间房间不需要换，很方便！有24小时前台方便凌晨退房，而且退房时检查房间赶忙送出来遗落的手机！位置在古城北门不远的chang puak区，附近本地好吃便宜的小店很多，去古城玩也不远。在巷子里面安静，有游泳池，每天打扫房间。本来订的时候还觉得有点贵，住过之后只能说物超所值！强力推荐这家酒店！

Le sol du couloir couine à chaque passage de personne et ça résonne dans la chambre. On entend les discussions des chambres voisines et les claquements de porte à chaque entrée ou sortie de client! L'extracteur d'air de la salle de bain fait un bouzin de malade!! Le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon. Les équipements sont vieillots. J'ai changé d'hôtel

Air conditionné bruyant ( besoin de dépoussiérage pour réduire le bruit et consommer moins d'électricité par un meilleur rendement), sur première réservation 315 absence ventilation salle de bains, la dernière réservation 208 : absence de sèche cheveux. Ventilation salle de bains bruyante. 2 à 3 transats à la piscine et 2 à 3 tables de plus en terrasse jardin serait un plus. Pour autant j'ai aimé mon séjour, merci
