• Ahmed (9/5): - The staff were so helpful, there was a smell in my room they immediately changed the room for us. Location is excellent close to many activities nearby which you can spent the night there. The ventilation of the hotel needs to be improved to prevent bathroom and corridor smells.

It would be nice if possible to book the exec lounge for certain specific days, not for the whole stay. Similarly there are some days breakfast required, and others not - it would be helpful to be able to book all of this in one transaction.

До честных 5 звезд не дотягивает всё-таки. Номера немного уставшие. шум от поезда BTS был отчетливым даже на 20 этаже. Завтрак: вроде очень разнообразно, но до 5 звезд не дотягивает уровень приготовления. да, и яйца пашот (бенедикт) готовить не умеют

• Kim (7/5): For the money i expected more. - Location We had a in room dining and ordered burgers and water. The burgers came but no water. We had to call 4 times to get out water . Of course it ruined the dinner, burgers cold fries cold and just an unpleasant experience. We brought this up when we checked out as well. At the same time we informed them about the broken shower hose. The shower was very tight so you could only open the door pushing it in. Once done you have to step in to start the water, but the hose was broken and splashed me, fully dressed. I always start the shower just before i undress to get hot water. A hotel like this should have small details on place.

What made the stay exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from Ms. Nipaporn Noichan (Nano), the Front Office Manager. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, handled requests with great professionalism, and made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Her attention to detail, warm attitude, and dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out and made a big difference in my overall experience. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to her and the entire team. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Value for money was excellent, the hotel is ideally located right near Asoke BTS and MRT with plenty to do within minutes walk of the hotel Some things were starting to feel slightly dated in the room, especially some of the plumbing fittings in the bathroom sink particularly. Wifi was mildly temperamental at times, 'signature scent' in the main foyer/check in area was overpowering
