- Parinaz (2/5): - This hotel was a major disappointment and does not deserve its 4-star rating. Food: Very poor quality and little variety. Salads and bread were often old, and the food overall was not fresh. The afternoon “snack” consisted of leftover croissants from breakfast, while waffles, crepes, and fresh juice were only available at an extra cost. Even basic cocktails like margaritas were not included in the so-called “all inclusive” package, which offered only a very limited selection of alcoholic drinks. Service: Terrible. Getting something as simple as a glass of water was a hassle—you either had to walk to the pool bar or wait until the restaurant opened (no water available before 18:30!). Towels could only be exchanged between 10:00–12:00, and since we went sightseeing in the mornings, we had to reuse dirty towels. No coffee or tea was available in the afternoon or evening unless you paid extra for a Nespresso for 2 euros! Facilities: The kids’ pool and mini-disco were nice, but for adults, there was little to do—no entertainment or club activities after 23:00. Rooms on the left/right wings were extremely noisy. Positive note: The staff did send me a bottle of champagne for my birthday, which was a kind gesture. Overall, I have stayed at all-inclusive resorts at least six times, and this was by far the worst experience. The quality was closer to a 2-star hotel, yet the price was nearly the same as a proper 5-star resort. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Maten/all inclusive ikke helt det store - litt kjedelig og ikke den beste kvaliteten. Også veldig mye som ikke er inkludert i all inclusive. AC på rommet er ikke noe å skryte av. Det finnes, men virker ikke særlig bra. Treningsrommet er ok utstyrt, men et par apparater var i ustand gjennom hele mitt 2 ukers opphold (obs ingen AC på treningsrom, blir meget varmt). Fremstår å være nok solsenger og plass til alle, sjeldent det var trengsel verken der eller på spisesteder.

Eneste minuset, som egentlig bare er en bagatell er at alle palmene gir skygge over store deler av solsengene og man må flytte seg rundt for å få sol.

Lämmitettyjen altaiden vesikään ei ollut kovin lämmintä. -Mahtava vesipuisto lapsille, mutta siinäkin saisi olla lämpimämpi vesi. -Valtava hotelli, etäisyydet pitkiä. -Pääravintolassa kova meteli. -Ruoka näytti herkulliselta, mutta oli melko mautonta. -Paljon monipuolista ohjelmaa pitkin päivää.
- Katja (6/5): ISO hotelli - Hotelli on todella iso, paljon perheitä ja lapsia jonka vuoksi oleskelu ja etenkin ruokailut olivat rauhattomia. Ison koon takia ainakin meidän huoneesta oli pitkä matka joka paikkaan. Sijainniltaan hotellil on hieman syrjässä kaikkialta. Ilta-ohjelmat aika surkeita. Ruokaa ei hirveästi voi kehua maultaan, toki vaihtoehtoja oli runsaasti. Kaksi erikoisravintolaa olivat hyviä. Kalaa oli paljon tarjolla. Kahvia ainoastaan aamupalalla maksutta. Yleissiisteys ihan hyvä, joskin paikoin ränsistynyt/vanha. Lapsiystävällinen hotelli.
- Caroline (8/5): - Ett väldigt trevligt och barnvänligt hotell. Jättefint hotellområde med fina pooler och roliga aktiviteter. Bodde här med små barn (9 och 4) och hade all inclusive. Maten är bra och det finns väldigt mycket att välja på. Många olika pooler och ett fint vattenland för barnen. Miniklubb och mini disko för barnen. Trevlig personal överallt och väldigt hjälpsam. Det fanns två tema-restauranger som ingick i all inclusive. Man kunde inte boka innan man var på plats ändå var det fullbokat i båda hela vår vecka. Vi blev otroligt besvikna över detta. Till slut kunde vi klaga oss till en kväll på den ena men denna upplevelsen förstörde väldigt mycket av vår upplevelse så räkna inte med att få plats där, känns mer som att man har dessa som lockbete. Det som också skulle kunna bli bättre är: * Poolerna är uppvärmda men upplevs ändå kalla * Minidiskot kl 20 är väldigt sent för de minsta barnen * Nuggets borde finnas i den stora restaurangen som ett alternativ hela tiden * Hade varit trevligt med musik vid poolen * Långa köer vid viss mat i restaurangen Det vi uppskattade mest: * Trevlig personal * Stort utbud av mat * Fint utbud av dryck * Mysigt och fint hotellområde Jag skulle inte åkt hit utan barn då det är väldigt mycket barnfamiljer och hög ljudvolym men med små barn var det helt perfekt.

Wifi är inte så bra Vi bodde i juniorsviter 0265 och 0273 med sol under dagen

- Samantha (6/5): - Mooi hotel, ook een adult only gedeelte bij het zwembad. Eten was wisselend. Vorige keer bij dunas hotel aan de overkant geweest en vond die beter. Nadeel is wel dat het echt een familie hotel is, continu overal huilende baby's. Je kan niet even rustig eten zonder gehuil om je heen. Ook de kamers zijn helaas gehorig, hierdoor werd ik af en toe wakker van huilende baby's. Leuk hotel voor gezinnen, minder als je geen kinderen hebt en een beetje rust wilt.

- Diana (10/5): Fantastiskt! Kommer gärna tillbaka! - Positiva Fick ett varmt välkomnande med information om hotellets aktiviteter/utbud. Tydligt från början och fanns alltid personal omkring som man kunde fråga om det behövdes något. Hotellets erbjudande avseende all inclusive var väldigt bra! Det gäller variation på frukost och mat. Personalen var alltid glada och hälsade på oss och hade ett fint bemötande mot barnen. Trots att de hade mycket att göra var de alltid tillmötesgående, trevliga och professionella. Barnpoolerna var fräscha och bra uppvärmda. Flera olika poolområden att vistas på. Stort plus är att det fanns sandområden, det gav en strandkänsla och uppskattades av barnen. Hotellets olika matplatser var rena och hade färsk mat som hela tiden fylldes på. Goda drinkar där man faktiskt kände smaken av alkohol, till skillnad från abora buneventura. Maten var inte tillräckligt kryddat för vår smak, men det fanns alternativ av såser och kryddor att strö på om det behövdes. Kids club får även ett plus i kanten där barnen kunde pyssla under dagen samt ett minidisko som var högst uppskattat. Lekledarna tog sin tid och umgicks med barnen även på deras raster med high fives och bus. Mindre bra Högljutt i matsalen, hade varit optimalt med avskärmande väggar. Vi märkte skillnad på lugnet när vi valde att äta utanför hotellet. Mindre stressigt både för vuxna och barn. Barnens lekplats kunde varit större för ett så stort hotell, alltså utan vattenlek. Rummets skick kan uppgraderas, kändes gammalt för ett hotell av den klassen.

Tosin löytyy pieni K18 aluekin jossa lämmitetty allas ja oma baari.

They were so spacious and clean the balcony was the size of some of the rooms and was looking onto the main pools. Aircon was good. Don't believe all the reviews about the food. I found it a great selection and not repetitive at all. All in all i will recommend to everyone and will be back again.

Me parecen exagerados los precios de los extras: wifi 6€ al día, nevera de la habitación 2€ al día... Además se suponde que hay parking en el hotel pero es muy pequeño y está simpre completo, tuvimos que aparcar fuera del hotel cada día... Tampoco me gustó que a los clientes con media pensión se les prohíba coger agua de una fuente de agua que al final es del grifo y se les obligue a comprar botellas en el restaurante.

The hotel was very clean and there were lots of pools, green areas, arcade, shops and also a man made beach. Very impressed with the location as well. The buffet had a very large selection and the restaurant was clean, but the food was standard. We chose to eat out for dinner a few times because of this. We were a big group of 11 with kids, and we would definitely recommend the hotel and stay there again one day.

- Frederik (8/5): - Selve hotellet var vildt smukt og ikke beskidt eller noget. Dog var der lidt slidt nogle steder, f.eks var vores træ dør til toilettet rådnet i bunden så der var faldet lidt træ af... men det er nok det eneste man kan sætte på som negativt. I vores pakke havde man all inclusive hvilke betyd mad, drikkelse og spiritus. Dog var de drinks man fik ved poolen ret svage, altså mængden af alkohol var ikke så stor... og udvalget i bufferen var ikke det største, men mere en rigtigt til at klarer sig på.
- Pia (10/5): Dejligt hotel - Hotellet er rigtig dejligt med et meget flot poolområde. Vi overnattede kun to nætter og havde specifikt ønsket et værelse på en øvre etage med eftermiddagssol. Dette blev desværre ikke opfyldt, selvom personalet uafhængigt af hinanden lovede, at de kunne få det til at ske. Vi fik istedet et værelse i grundplan, som dagen lang lå i skygge og var mørkt. Udover det var maden yderst velsmagende, og der var rigeligt af den! Morgenbuffeten lidt kaotisk, men det kunne ikke være meget anderledes med så mange spisende gæster.
- Fredrika (10/5): - Veldig bra hotell, personell og service. Bagasjen ble bringt på rommet, og var en del av servicen. Ulempen var at vi med halv pensjon ble avhengig av all inklusive. Vi manglet drikke på vår halv pensjon.så der gjorde vi en bommert, da det virket som at noen av basseng barene bare serverte all inklusive gjestene. Drikke kunne vi kjøpe i restauranten til måltidene, men vi brukte mer enn prisen det hadde kostet med å oppgradere til all inklusive. Så vi skulle bare ordnet all inklusive med engang. Ellers god mat, variert og grei dessert. Nært til jumbo senter og stranden i maspalomas. Samt nært til flyplassen. Vi booket transport med candidotransfers og ble hentet på flyplassen og kjørt rett til hotellet, samt ble plukket opp i god tid på hotellet før avgang. Null stress, og null ekstra kjøring som med de store reiseselskapene. Det var også barnebilstoler med i bilen. Slik at vi blir å bruke de igjen. Hotellet hadde også egen lege og frisørsalong. Som kommer godt med for oss som barnefamilie Vertfall:)

Även när du bokar så det ingår mat så får du ändå betala för all dryck. Aldrig varit med om att ett hotell tar betalt för sådana saker som möjligheten att kunna använda ett kylskåp.

- Volker (4/5): - Eine riesige Bettenburg. Ein kaltes Zimmer (Schattenseite). Keine Trinkgläser im Zimmer (mussten wir uns aus dem Speisesaal holen. Kein Wasserkocher, auch kein Wasser zur Begrüßung. Das Essen war recht gut. Aber nach einer Woche war man es auch satt. Zwei große Hotels nebeneinander und alle essen im gleichen Speisesaal. Viel Lärm, viel Unruhe, nichts gemütliches.

Stort og fint rom, god seng, blide og hyggelige ansatte, aktiviteter på dagtid og variert kveldsunderholdning. Uteområdet var kjempe flott! Masse palmer, store basseng hvorav to oppvarmet på vinteren. Treningsrom, badstu, tennisbane, minigolf mm. Det beste var maten! Så mye godt! Det beste utvalget jeg har hatt på all inclusive-hotell! Jeg skal garantert tilbake!! Dette var over all forventning!

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Hotellet er fantastisk bra, hyggelig personalet, god mat, mange basseng , fin naturen og osv, men vi hadde bestilt alt inkludert men fikk ikke dette. Anbefaler virkelig spørre om det før bestilling !!!
- Tinmi (8/5): - El hotel Maspalomas Princess estuvo bastante bien si te gusta la tranquilidad y pasas las vacaciones en el recinto. Las paradas del autobús a Mogán, Las Palmas, Playa del Inglés etc. estaban cerquita. Y se puede llegar andando a las Dunas y a la playa, son unos diez minutos. El personal del hotel amable, el desayuno muy bien, el resto de las comidas normalitas, al final comía fuera del hotel. Tenía un todo incluido, dos veces que pedí algo en el bar, la copita no era igual que pagando, ya que unos amigos pidieron la misma bebida pagándola. En realidad, comprando un todo incluido se supone que ya la has pagado de antemano. Me dieron una habitación con vistas al patio y tenía ruido de las máquinas del aire acondicionado, tendrán habitaciones más bonitas. Había pensando utilizar la terraza pero no se pudo. Tampoco bajé a las piscinas, porque no había hamacas libres. Al final no pasé tiempo en el hotel, sólo para dormir. Pero en general, el hotel está en buenas condiciones y limpio. El wifi de pago funciona bien.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nicest hotel I've stayed in for holidays ever. Staff were courteous, room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very plush and elegant and beautifully decorated for Christmas.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - This is not a 4-star hotel. Maybe 3.. Mold in the bathrooms. Bland food. Bait and switch. Charges for extras like WiFi, room safes, etc. Pool was decent.
