angelcA2953TP (2/5): Not the Experience You Expect from a Hilton Property - I recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Fargo and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While the room itself was clean, that was about the only positive. The front desk staff made us feel like we were a nuisance rather than welcomed guests, which set the tone for the entire stay. For a king-size bed, there were only three pillows provided, which was inconvenient. The shower pressure was extremely poor—barely more than a trickle. It took me nearly 30 minutes just to wash and condition my hair, which was incredibly frustrating. Noise was also a major issue. The guests above us were so loud it sounded like elephants stomping around, making it difficult to relax or sleep. We were also unable to use the pool, as one family had completely taken over the entire area with no staff intervention. Considering the high price we paid for just one night, the overall experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here and suggest looking at other options if you’re visiting the Fargo area.
linz03302019 (6/5): Family trip to see Disney on ice in Fargo - I stayed here in March with my daughter who is 6. She was very much looking forward to the pool of course. We found the pool to be a bit chilly and since there was also a winter storm occurring we definitely wanted it to be warm. However, that wasn’t the biggest issue with the pool area. There was a group of 12-year-olds in the pool in the evening with no parents and attendance. There were about 10 of them and they were very rude to my daughter and wouldn’t let her swim in the area she wanted and kept blocking her. The pool rules stated no children under 16 could be in the pool area alone, but these kids did not have a parent in the room with them at all the whole time. When the pool attendant came into the pool area, she only said I’m just checking on towels, but did not acknowledge that there was no parent in the room with these kids. They were very loud and literally not allowing anyone else to swim. We left the pool area. When I gave feedback to the hotel, they quickly tried to reconcile the situation which I do appreciate through customer service. The room was very nice and very clean and hotel staff were courteous. We enjoyed our room and the breakfast in the morning and they had free coffee and tea in the lobby all day along with water which I appreciated since it was so cold out I have stayed at many Hiltons in the United States and I love them in general. We are actually staying at one of our favorite Hilton’s in Florida in June so I can say Hilton usually does a great job anytime there is an issue and in this case that was true as well.

There is only one chair in the bedroom (for all the Home2 suites we stopped at). The room size could accomodate two chairs which would make it more functional for two people.

Would definitely stay here again. Cost was reasonable. We stayed at over ten motels on of trip out west and this was in the top three. Nothing, well maybe the elevator is too slow.

My husband and I are both in our 70’s and stepping over the side of a tub can be very dangerous. I would highly recommend this hotel.

They kept running out of coffee and the food was difficult to access and somewhat dried out. I give them credit for having a nice variety.

The staff is extremely friendly, the amenities they offer are exceptional, the rooms are very comfortable for the 10 days we were there, and if you get Sylver or Namoi at the front desk, you won't be disappointed with these two. Their customer service is beyond anything I have experience at any hotel. Made my family feel like a part of theirs. When we come back here, we will be staying here again.

The rims are clean and organized, there is even shampoo and conditioner in the showers. Streaming services are awesome to have, and this hotel did. The breakfast was small compared to others I’ve been to but the staff is quick to restock food after guests take their share and lots of seating for eating in the lobby area. 10/10 stay Breakfast had little to choose from

Greeted me nicely, saw that I was a rewards member, offered and gave me complimentary water bottles, said have a good night. Clean well lit area, with pool/exercise amenities. Very welcoming color scheme and lighting.

bellacS3230EU (6/5): Not my personal choice, but wouldn’t be mad about coming back. - Five children per one adult… way too many kids here which of course led the pool to always be busy and dirty and loud. Called ahead for some accommodations, didn’t receive them, but they did help out after the fact. Staff is nice maintenance is fast. You have to check out portable stove, and you only get one pan.housekeeping can get loud.. but quick and helpful. Windows don’t open so you can’t air out your room. Breakfast is your basic hotel breakfast laundry is free. Small but clean gym. All walk-in showers no tubs besides disability rooms that I know of room doors don’t always lock you have to pull and make sure it’s closed when you open door most of the time it tries to close on you and it won’t open past 45° without a good pull/push. the rooms are spacious. Parking is always available close enough to the building area location is great. Not my choice my company booked this hotel for me, but I wouldn’t be mad about coming back.
markvY3514SG (8/5): This is a good hotel. - Spent one night at this location. Hotel room was clean, employees were very friendly, and they had a really nice breakfast. Only issue we had was with the bathroom pocket door and it was fixed immediately. I should have booked this hotel my entire stay.
Sheri (10/5): - Walking distance of West Acres. Room has real glass dishes and silverware, dishwasher, good sized fridge and powerful full size microwave. Bed and pillows were comfy. Can turn the thermostat down to 65 for cool sleeping. Shower has amazing strong flow. Cute decor.
birdybird42 (10/5): Very nice stay - One night stopover on our way out to WA state and we could not have been more pleased with the hotel! Check in was a breeze. Room was large, well appointed and very clean and quiet. Laundry facilities on-site were very helpful, as we’d been on the road for days prior to stopping in Fargo and had clothes to wash. Used the very spacious on-site fitness room while waiting for laundry, which was very nice as well! Area that the hotel is located is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay again if passing through Fargo.
Brian (10/5): - Guest services were very professional and very courteous. I had 3 packages delivered at 3 different times and they were great about it. They greeted us upon arrival and even gave our teenage son a key card (other hotels usually don't); he was happy about that. Our first stay here but definitely not our last.
Seonggi (10/5): Excellent family friendly service and great location. Indoor pool is good for kids. - Location. Right off the hwy. Many restaurants options around. Close to the airport, downtown, and shopping district. Free parking. Indoor pool w/ warm water. Lower ceiling as compared to other Home2Suite hotels in other cities. Not bath tub.
