- Simon (10/5): Idéal pour se relaxer - Tout était parfait, l’emplacement de la chambre en face de la piscine, la patronne et le personnel super accueillant, l’emplacement de l’hôtel à côté de super restaurant et dans une rue calme, des massages partout dans la rue et proche, le stade de box est à côté même si je ne suis pas allé. J’ai suivi des cours de massage et séjourné 10 nuits dans cette hôtel, c’était parfait pour se relaxer. Rien à redire à part qu’il n’y a pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre

- Niamat (4/5): Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. - Het enige wat me beviel was de personeelslid van de nachtdienst hij was erg vriendelijk. De buurt is erg fijn alles is wel in de buurt. De eigenaresse was ook oplossingsgericht en erg vriendelijk. Ik kreeg een verkeerde kamer dus ik moest meer dan de helft van mijn verblijf boven verblijven in een omgebouwde kamer met een tussendeur met een andere kamer je hoorde alles en kon er bij wijze van onder door kijken. In die kamer was niks zoals op de foto's er was pas na 2 weken plek voor een andere kamer. Sinds ik dat aan had gegeven zei de vrouw die daar werkt geen woord en gedag meer alleen als de eigenaar erbij was zei ze gedag. De hygiëne viel tegen. Ik kreeg alleen nieuwe handdoeken. Mijn lakens bleven hetzelfde dit zag ik aan een vlek die altijd in die laken zat en soms werd deze laken omgedraaid toen zat te vlek aan de andere kant.

- Rodrigo (2/5): Terrible location, very loud even for those who are not light sleepers. Incredibly uncomfortable beds - Pool seemed nice and staff was very friendly For starters the property is right next door to a few clubs, restaurants, and bars. For the two nights I stayed there I couldn’t sleep due to the outside noise. Even with my sound machine on full volume and earplugs. Secondly the bed was so hard it actually hurt my back.

- Diana (10/5): - I stayed in Rawai in order to have easy access to the Chalong harbour for dive trips. This hotel has been exceptional and I was positively surprised by the beautiful and very spacious apartments. I extended my stay 3 times and so I had move apartments. As such I have seen various rooms and I would definitely recommend the poolside apartments which do not face the street. I would not recommend the room upstairs because it is not as nice as the apartments downstairs which are basically all separate buildings offering some privacy, and also the room upstairs has a connection door to another room and I could hear everything from there. In the neighborhood to the hotel there are various nice bars, cafes and restaurants which can easily be reached by foot. The personnel at reception has been absolutely lovely and friendly and overall I enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely return.

- Or (10/5): Exceptional - The most helpful and kind staff I encountered. They went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation in an extremely short time frame, and were overall extremely kind and pleasant. The pool is beautiful and spacious, and the rooms have beautiful natural lighting.

I broke my foot during my stay and they were very caring and assisted me with purchasing my boots. The beds were comfortable, and we slept like babies once the heads touched the pillows. The pool is nice and clean and it was nice to have outdoor seating The cleanliness was not up to mark however - the toilet had a constant urine smell once we entered the room , I had to purchase a cleaning disinfectant and wipe all the surfaces which was not cleaned after checking. The AC kept leaking and the shower did not drain very fast, hence the water kept overflowing

I got stomach sick of the breakfast the first day, our room was dirty and the staff did’nt show any understanding for anything that we pointed out to them and wanted them to solve for us.

- Nigel (9/5): Lovely hotel but some small negatives - Beautiful room, nice bed, great shower. Soft fluffy towels every day and good wi fi. Pool just a couple of steps away. Fabulous breakfast best I have had in Thailand. None of these are major issues. Don't ask people not to put paper in the toilet if the bin next to it has no lid. Have to order breakfast the day before and the time you want to eat it. Contrary to other reviews receptionists not as welcoming as other hotels. Command of English not great. Had to leave early so we couldn't have breakfast but no offer of a take away option. They advertise a shuttle bus to the beach which doesn't actually run. Don't use their taxis Bolt are way cheaper. The beds by the pool need to have pads on as they are very hard.

- EMP8338 (10/5): Lovely place - Stayed here for three nights back in February. Clean room, ac worked great, fast wifi. Patio area to chill and dry off your clothes. Pool are was nice. Warm water which was very refreshing to swim in. Hotel includes a free shuttle service to Nai Hairn and Yanui Beach. Only downside is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Rawai Beach if you are looking for restaurants and bars.

The breakfast menu is sparse, but enough for a good breakfast before heading out for the day. Their price is reasonable. Location is away from the crowded tourist areas. Feel like I am staying in a resort, so relaxing with a pool just in front of our doorstep. All their staff were extremely polite and helpful. Their services certainly go beyond my expectations, 'GEMS' - Go Extra Miles Services is the word! Breakfast was served based on our selected choice, staff was ever willing to drive us around whenever requested. Be it to the nearby Shark Bites Food Court for our pickleball sessions, to the Rawai Beach Restaurant, the Night Food Market Festival, made transport arrangement for us to travel to Kathu to play more pickleball and also to and fro the Airport. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel for holiday if you are visiting Rawai Beach in Phuket.

Great location close to the beach but far enough away to be quiet. The room was a good size with lots of natural light from the big windows. Plenty of wardrobe space and good sized fridge, microwave and kettle. The outdoor feel to the bathroom was a nice feature too. The owner is a really helpful lady who helped us with motorbike hire and booking our day 5 covid tests. The pool is a nice size and convenient for all rooms.

The place is located in a very calm and quiet area, whereas very close to Phuket Beach and not far from Nai Harn Beach. Convenience store within 2 min walking distance. I particularly enjoyed the nice swimming pool, very relaxing! The rooms are big and comfortable, very clean and quiet. Best of all, the staff is very welcoming and helpful, very kind! The owner is also much involved and present at reception desk most of the time to make sure you enjoy your stay. Thanks a lot for this stay, I would definitely choose the same hotel for my next trip in Phuket!

The free shuttle that the Hotel provided to and from the local beach was a godsend, and the friendly driver was extremely helpful. I will definitely stay at this Hotel again the next time I visit Rawai.

The personal is after a few days so friendly and also helpfull that of feels like family. The breakfast is very fresh and it is also possible to order eggs, bacon, rice,etc. Normaly we never go 2 thimes to the same hotel, but we like so mutch our stay that we booked for another stay form 28 nights.

The owner of the hotel was so sweet and took us to the hospital and then to nearby restaurants free of charge. They also took care of my laundry and helped with food delivery. I felt at home here.
- j0hnjane (8/5): An oasis of calm in Southern Phuket - The Phu NaNa was an oasis of calm and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We were welcomed and greeted with a drink on our arrival. The rooms are in the style of small studios set around a pool with beautiful greenery all about and the scents in the morning and at night are lovely. The room was beautiful and minimal with plenty of space and thoughtfully laid out. The bathroom was lovely with a pebble floor in the shower and the floor length windows looked out on tropical vegetation. Staff were kind and helpful. We had daily rides to the beach on the hotel truck, they were very flexible about drop off and pick up times. We hired a car, the process was simple and easy. A market takes place on Mondays and Thursdays on the spare ground by the hotel. This was lively and interesting. Otherwise the hotel was a completely secret hideaway and a delight.

This hotel is a super good boutique hotel, with excellent management and personal. They do everything that they can to make your stay in Rawai perfect. So they can bring you to that beach or Rawai beach. And if you ask they bring you to the Rawai Fish market were you can buy fish and also for example lobsters and go to a restaurant over the small street to make the baked fish like you wishes. The hotel is also very clean and have also a swimming pool. So this hotel get 5 stars from me, because I haven't find something wrong. Everything is good and they work very hard to be perfect. Miss Jin has make a super team around her.

- Maika (10/5): MERVEILLEUX - Hôtel merveilleux, paisible, les chambres sont magnifiques et très propres. La gentillesse est la générosité des propriétaires et des employés est vraiment fabuleuse. Possibilité de louer un scooter directement à l’hôtel pour un prix super raisonnable et ils ne sont pas regardants. Vraiment je recommande cet hôtel à 100%!!! Il est bien placé mais un scooter est indispensable pour aller à la plage et visiter les alentours. Merci à cette superbe équipe sur place qui est d’une gentillesse hors du commun.
