Завтраки шикарные большой выбор, всё свежее и вкусное, фрешики различные- мы это любим). Чувствовали себя очень комфортно на протяжении всего пребывания. Ни капельки не пожалели, что не рассмотрели рядом Avtograf collection Spa зона замечательная, думаю, когда откроется внешний бассейн будет отлично вдвойне официанты в ресторане в целом какие-то вялые — хотелось бы больше энергии и внимания к гостям. Над этим стоит поработать явно. В целом отель отличный 👏🏻

Rigmor (7/5): Et bra hotell, men som ikke helt lever opp til forventningene om 5 stjerner - - Fine omgivelser - Pent hotell - God frokost - Juniorsuite med fin utsikt og komfortable senger - Hyggelige og hjelpsomme betjeninger, spesielt dama som jobber i frokostsalen - Aircondition er ikke funksjonell. Vinduer må være åpne om natta. Det er mye mygg som kommer inn på rommet. Vi fikk en del myggstikk i løpet av oppholdet. - Spaet er lite. Det går fint når det er lite folk på hotellet, men til tider blir det overfylt. Små barn tillates adgang, noe som til tider medfører skriking, roping og hopping i massasjebassenget. - Det er kaffemaskin på rommet, men det blir ikke fylt på med kaffekapsler, selv ikke når man ber om det. - Hotellet ligger ved en sterkt trafikkert vei. Noe som ødelegger litt av idyllen.

Colazione abbondante soprattutto nella parte salata e di elevata qualità ; stanza grande , pulita , con materasso top e cuscini di vario tipo; Personale di sala molto disponibile e cortese la piscina della spa è un po’ piccola ( ma per questo periodo che non è di alta stagione può andare bene) Il fatto che non c’è uno spazio esterno ( limitrofo alla piscina interna ) dove mettere i lettini per prendere il sole .

anapC5220XA (8/5): At the end we love it - At first we were surprised because the facility itself didn’t look and give us what we expected and saw at webpage , hotel has too many details that are mixed up but if you give it a chance it is really ok. The staff is very helpful and wonderfully willing to help, the room is clean and tidy. The spa is a bit too small for all the guests and there are often a lot of children in the pool and the feeling of peace and quiet is lost. The breakfast is rich and the ambiance, especially on the terrace, is great. You can feel that everyone is trying to make everything great, but for a real 5* experience, more staff and details are missing. The service is a little slower but it is really at a high level, the tea in the spa was already prepared and a little bitter, the only thing that bothered me was that they didn't refill the instant coffee in the room every day.

Cleanliness- the glasses at breakfast were not very clean, as well as the whole hotel (windows you could not see through when the sun shines through them, rests of food on carpet - not vacuumed even next day). Spa/ wellness area was disappointing.

Het is zeker geen 5 sterren hotel, misschien ooit geweest maar het hele hotel is rommelig, veel spullen, geen samenhang, geen onderhoud. Bij het ontbijt, zeer zware klassieke muziek die veel te hard staat. De wellness kan je vinden door een soort onderaards stelsel te lopen. De buitenentree van het restaurant is een kapotte houten vloer, onderhoud is er niet of nauwelijks gedaan. Al met al geen 5 sterren ervaring.

nikolaj (7/5): It's.. ok. Not exceptional. - The spa is wonderful - the breakfast is exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helped with breakfast for a very early check out. The room was mediocre. Not terrible, but not up to what I would have expected. AC didn't really work, room was cramped and fairly dated, Coffee station looked more like a motel.. so essentially everything was there, but barely.
Perry (9/5): Heerlijke overnachting in 5-sterren hotel - Prachtig hotel, mooi gelegen aan rand van het centrum met heerlijk ontbijt, met volop keuze uit ook glutenvrije producten. Vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel liet te wensen over.

Tommaso (8/5): Rilassante e piacevole!da ripetere - Posizione ottima dal centro e vicinissima alla funicolare per Montecatini alta! Immerso nel verde e con una bella spa! Buona Colazione in un bellissimo ambiente Come in ogni hotel ti chiedono di voler salvaguardare l’ambiente riutilizzando gli asciugamani..purtroppo non ci sono ganci per appenderli né in bagno né in camera! Sarebbero molto utili! Piccolo appunto sulla spa: bellissima ma forse sarebbe utile che il personale dedicato ricordi che è un “oasi di silenzio “ a chi ne usufruisce e non un acqua fun soprattutto nelle ore più affollate! Per fortuna se c’è il sole il giardino rappresenta una vera oasi di pace!

Martina (10/5): Assolutamente da rifare - Tantissimi servizi, pulizia impeccabile, spa e palestra fantastici. L’arredamento include pezzi di design storici che fanno sembrare l’albergo una mostra permanente. Abbiamo cenato al bistro con grande soddisfazione, cucina ottima, porzioni abbondanti, servizio cortese e puntuale. Il bagno open space è d’effetto ma offre poca privacy nei momenti di bisogno.

Julia (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit SPA-Bereich - Die Unterkunft ist schön und sauber. SPA Bereich überschaubar, aber hat eine kleine Sauna, ein Dampfbad, Erlebnis-Dusche und ein Pool. Früchte und Wasser wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Badezimmer in unserem Zimmer war riesig und es gab keine Türe, um das Bett zum Badezimmer/WC abzutrennen. Es mögen vielleicht nicht alle, sich vom Bett aus auf der Toilette und beim Duschen zu beobachten ;-) Das Abendessen im Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Da sucht ihr euch besser ein tolles Restaurant im Städtchen. Personal unaufmerksam und Essen für den hohen Preis definitiv nicht gut genug. Frühstück jedoch reichhaltig und lecker.

Gaia (9/5): - Stanza molto bella, ben tenuta, con tutti i servizi ed ottime finiture. Nell’armadio ci sono ciabatte e accappatoio per la spa. Colazione molto varia e tanti posti a sedere, tavola apparecchiata molto bene. La spa è bella e pulita, peró purtroppo non è molto grande, e sabato pomeriggio c’era abbastanza gente, c’era comunque posto per tutti nei lettini e nelle varie piscine, anche se all inizio abbiamo dovuto aspettare che qualcuno si alzasse per stenderci, quindi forse in alta stagione potrebbe non essere così. Ci è piaciuto molto. Come riportato da altri utenti l’acqua della piscina non è calda, è appena tiepida, non quello che ti aspetti. La spa offre frutta, acqua e una sola tipologia di tè caldo, poca scelta rispetto ad altre location, mi aspettavo di più.

Loris (5/5): Hotel che non vale 5 stelle - Siamo arrivati a orario di pranzo e abbiamo approfittato a pranzare li, ci ha accolto un cameriere molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo scelto 2 cacio e pepe e sono stati davvero buoni. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti con un bimbo di 1 anno in una stanza family, appena arrivati iin hotel non ci sono state informazioni per quanto riguarda colazione, checkout, ecc ( praticamente tutto ), dopodiché la stanza l'abbiamo trovata in ordine però sotto i letti tantissima polvere. Ci sta un minibar dove appena abbiamo aperto lo sportello è caduta una bottiglia di vetro perché la fascia che mantiene le bottiglie è troppo bassa e non riesce a mantenere le bottiglie (sono stati gentili da non farci pagare la bottiglia di acqua). Verso sera abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere un piatto di pasta in bianco con olio e formaggio per il bimbo e ci è stato detto che il servizio in camera costa 15€ altrimenti se lo andavamo a prendere noi è gratuito è così è stato, appena pronto dovevano avvisarci loro ma passati 25 minuti ancora nulla quindi mio marito è andato a chiedere nella hall e li hanno detto che era quasi pronto 🤣 , ha atteso altri 15 minuti, quando il piatto è arrivato li hanno dato solo il piatto della pasta senza condimento e dopo aver atteso altri 5 minuti il cameriere è andato a prendere una caraffa con 1 dito di olio ( eccessivo ) e un piatto di formaggio ( spreco alimentare ). Appena mio marito arriva in stanza con la pasta praticamente la pasta era dura e gommosa ( servizio pessimo ). Per quanto riguarda la colazione il buffet molto scarso per un 5 stelle, abbiamo soggiornato in molti hotel a 4 stelle di cui il buffet aveva molta scelta e tutto etichettato. Le marmellate del supermercato con 1 cucchiaio per tutti i gusti ( quindi se vuoi l'amarena ti becchi anche l'arancia e il miele ), se per caso ti piace la cioccolata portatela da casa perché qui non la trovi. Nessuno viene al tavolo a prendere ordinazione per caffè o altro, dopo una lunga attesa abbiamo chiesto noi i cappuccini e da lì altra attesa. Per noi è stata un esperienza negativa.

Øyvind (10/5): Flott hotell med utrolig god middag - Enkelt å finne hotellet. Rommet var stort (junior suite) og veldig rent. God belysning. Frokosten var god, men kanskje ikke helt ihht 5 stjerner. Spaet med basseng og treningsfasiliteter så veldig bra ut, men vi rakk ikke å prøve det. Fin parkering rett utenfor hotellet. 4 retters middag var nydelig og prisen var helt grei for et så godt måltid. Hele hotellet var rent og lukseriøst. Vi kommer tilbake, og vil da bo flere netter. Et vanlig problem i Italia: Aircondition virker ikke for kjøling på våren. Det var mye støy fra veien utenfor, så vinduene ble lukket i løpet av natten. Dermed ble det en varm natt.

Романцова (3/5): - 1.На ресепшене девочки приятные, согласились переселить из шумного номера и немного позже выехать. 2.хорошо что завтрак до 11, так как после водопоя не успевали бы раньше 3.Рядом паркинг 1.Вай фай работал очень плохо, все время выбивало 2.Номер совсем не тянет на заявленные 5 звезд 3.В один из дней принесли несвежее полотенце 4.Воду в номер не приносили, только в день заселения одну бутылку поставили 5.Качество еды на завтрак очень плохое и выбор скудный, приходилось приносить с собой (был неприятный момент, когда я попросила рукколу мне сказали что она закончилась, но через 10 минут увидела как соседнему столику та же женщина вынесла и рукколу и авокадо) 6. Кухня в ресторане ужасная!!! Порции на ужин микроскопические и невкусные, название не соответствует описанию (в блюдо с омаром положили 50 гр и он был резиновый), уточнили что аллергия на болгарский перец, но официант плохо говорит на английском и всё равно его принес в блюде 7. Перед заездом уточнила есть ли спортивный зал, но по факту это не зал, а пару тренажеров в коридоре, к сожалению пришлось пропускать свои тренировки из-за этого 8. От спа одно название…

Milena (5/5): VIVERE DI RICORDI - L’Hotel è sicuramente una bella struttura ma ci fermiamo qui! La pulizia della camera, La pulizia nella Piscina Interna. Colazione Pietosa e buffet che alla pensione Maria è nettamente superiore, servizio penoso e mi fermo! la Piscina interna perché di termale c’è la voglia, ho chiesto per il parcheggio auto interno alla modica cifra di €20 al giorno peccato che la mia auto non faccia colazione perché altrimenti avrebbe pagato più lei! Ci sarebbe molto altro ma credo che ci sia troppo da migliorare ed io non tornerò mai più!! Capisco perché Montecatini sia caduto così in basso se anche un hotel così (sulla carta) apparentemente blasonato abbia lacune evidentissime!! Abano a Montecatini non lo vede proprio!

Solo due addetti per circa dieci tavoli sono insufficienti, con conseguenti ritardi nella preparazione, nel servizio e nel rifornimento del buffet. Musica sinfonica romantica a volume elevato poco adatta a mio parere. Prodotti da bagno: scelta ecosostenibile apprezzabile, ma qualità non all’altezza. Bagnoschiuma e crema corpo sembravano prodotti economici e poco curati. Cena in camera: supplemento di 15€ su 45€ di conto eccessivo e non chiaramente indicato. Avrei apprezzato trovare una penna in camera
Vesna (7/5): Lep starinski hotel z odličnim zajtrkom in čudovitim vrtom - Hotel ima res lep starinski šarm, čeprav je videti, da je bil na hitro in nekoliko cenovno ugodno obnovljen. Kljub temu daje prijeten občutek bivanja. Zajtrk je čudovit in zelo raznolik – res velik plus! Osebje je korektno in prijazno. Vrt je zelo lep in urejen, notranji ter zunanji bazen sta v redu, vendar bi potrebovala nekaj obnove. Parkirišče je brezplačno, nahaja se čez cesto in je povsem ustrezno. Na splošno prijetno bivanje z nekaj prostora za izboljšave. Ploščice v bazenu odpadajo, kar je lahko tudi nevarno. Splošna čistoča ob bazenu je slaba. V celotnem tednu niso pospravili ostankov plavalnih kap ob robu bazena. Opazna je tudi plesen po stropih, stenah in oknih, kar daje zelo slab vtis. V sobah je po tleh poceni topel pod z imitacijo parketa, kar ne ustreza standardu takšnega hotela. Prostora za shranjevanje oblačil skoraj ni – na voljo je le manjša omarica z obešalniki, brez polic za zlaganje. Prostor je praktično le za en kovček.
