2. Children (2-7 years old) MANDATORY PRIOR REQUEST 48 HOURS. Subject to availability by the Hotel. Reservation of CHILD NOT GUARANTEED until you receive confirmation of EXTRA or possibility of SHARING BED WITH ADULTS by the Hotel. The extra or sharing a bed will be free for children up to 7 years old.
3. Children over 7 years old are considered as adults for the rates, so they must book triple or quadruple rooms.
4. Reservations with PETS - Dogfriendly Hotel mandatory REQUEST AVAILABILITY 48 hours in advance.
Reservation to stay with PET will not be GUARANTEED until you receive confirmation of availability of ROOM FOR PET by the Hotel.
Pets that are not CONFIRMED by the hotel will not be accommodated, as they cannot be accommodated in other types of rooms.

- Larissa (6/5): I would not recommend Hotel Alfonso. - It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Morning front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. Facilities, such as gym, were not useable.

- ALBERTO (9/5): Hotel muy recomendable - cafetería con terraza, spa individual, piscina, pádel y gym. Habitación amplia con terraza Personal de Recepción muy atentos. El agua en la habitación no tenía presión y aunque nos dijeron al día siguiente que lo arreglaron no tenía una presión normal. El gym con buen espacio pero las máquinas muy antiguas y le faltan mancuernas que tienen todos los gym de hotel.

Lo que me gustó fue la atención de la recepción , la cama muy cómoda la habitación amplia y limpia Lo que no me gustó fueron varias cosas ; Primero la atención de una de las camareras de la cafetería , nos atendió con muy malas formas. La piscina pequeña y tienes que pasar por el medio de la terraza de la cafetería con toda la gente allí .. debería tener un acceso exclusivo para los clientes del hotel. En la habitación la bañera hidromasaje no funcionaba ni tenía el tapón para llenarla y bastante antigua para ser un hotel 4 estrellas y por último el ruido que se escucha bastante quien pasaba o hablaba por el pasillo.

The breakfast was incredible poor, but they charged 15 € Also I was on vegan diet and they didn't have any option for me, so I drunk only coffee and took an apple, but they charged 15€ anyway.

- Annette (4/5): Gauw vergeten - Lekkere douche en bubbelbad. Fijn café beneden in het hotel. De temperatuur was niet te regelen. De airco gaf in alle standen alleen warmte af. Het licht op het balkon was zeer fel en kon niet zelf bediend worden. Om 00.00 de receptie gebeld en die gaven aan dat het rond 1.00 of 1.30u uit zou gaan. Ook zeer gehorig, ik hoorde uit de kamer naast mij gesnurk. Al met al slechte nacht gehad.

En las habitaciones hace mucho calor y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la única solución que ofrecieron desde recepción es dejarnos un ventilador, pero después de estar toda la tarde esperando nos suben uno q no funciona, volvemos a decírselo y después de una hora nos suben otro de tamaño minúsculo y encima lleno de suciedad... Ventanas sin cortinas, poca iluminación de las habitaciones, bañera con desconchones y sumidero roto etc...

- Firma Broetje Automation (8/5): Sehr gut und freundlich - Hotel mit SPA. Geräumiges Zimmer mit Schreibtisch. Großes Bett. Balkon. Ordentliches Badezimmer. Täglich Zimmerservice, neue Handtücher und Reinigung. Gym vorhanden und habe ich auch 3 x genutzt. Fahrstuhl für die oberen Etagen. Rezeption sehr kompetent und sprachlich auf Englisch geschult. Minigolf und Außenschwimmbad. Ungefüllte Zimmerbar mit Kühlschrank vorhanden. Bar für Kaffee und Gebäck vorhanden. Separates Restaurant in der untersten Etage des Hotelkomplexes mit regionaler Küche; Küchenleistung ist eher tagesform abhängig. 3x Top-Essen, 2x mittelmäßig und 1x sehr schlecht. Hotel unweit der Autobahn gelegen, die man aber überhaupt nicht hört. Gute Anbindung. 40Km zum Atlantikstrand. Großer und Nachts geschlossener überwachter Parkplatz.

- Domingo (9/5): Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt mit einem herausragenden Frühstück und einem extrem bequemen Bett. - Das Personal war durchweg ausserordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. Ob bei der Begrüssung, einer Restaurantempfehlung oder kleinen Extrawünschen beim Frühstück – man hatte stets das Gefühl, dass einem ehrlicher Service am Herzen liegt. Diese positive Interaktion hat den Aufenthalt deutlich aufgewertet. Das Zimmer war sehr hell, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die kleinen Minuspunkte _ Der fehlende Schminkspiegel im Badezimmer, welcher nicht fertig montiert war und so etwas unpraktisch war. _ Die Abluft im Bad funktioniert nicht. _ Sehr wenig Ablagefläche für persöhnliche Sachen

Lo q menos q había pocos taxis.Nosotros fuimos en tren.Picos taxis q llegaban al hotel para desplazarnos pues no llevamos coche.Y tuvimos dificultades para movernos.Y al ser fin de semana menos transporte.Solo eso vi mal.Pero lo recomendaría totalmente a todo el mundo.

- Sara (6/5): Agradable pero… - Alojamiento muy bien ubicado para visitar tanto zona Norte de Portugal como zona Sur de Galicia. Personal de recepción y cafetería muy amables, educados y serviciales en todo momento. Bien para una corta estancia. Aunque marca check out hasta las 12:00h de la mañana, se nos metió a las 10:00h el personal de limpieza cuando aún estábamos durmiendo, abriendo la puerta cerrada con pestillo. Aunque en un principio no nos molestó, consideramos que primero se ha de preguntar en recepción que habitaciones han realizado el check out para proceder a la limpieza, lo más normal . Por otro lado, las sábanas no se correspondían a las medidas de la cama, moviéndose por todas las esquinas, saliéndose la bajera dejando el propio colchón al aire, lo que resultó incomodo y nos dió sensación de insalubridad.
