• Joke (9/5): Rustige locatie nabij Ubud. - Een rustige locatie dichtbij Ubud. Voor de reis goed e-mailcontact met resort vanwege boeking transfer vliegveld. Goed geregeld! Ontvangst warm welkom. Huisje is zoals op de foto's. En 2 mooi zwembaden. Ontbijt simpel maar uitstekend. Bij het ontbijt altijd een bord fruit en verse sap. Het avondeten op het resort is goed en smaakvol. Personeel super vriendelijk en attent! Het regelen van een privéchauffeur en transfer naar de volgende locatie werd uitstekend geregeld voor je!

We had the entire villa to ourselves which made it feel super private and relaxing. The room was absolutely beautiful — spacious, clean, and styled so nicely. The whole place just had such a peaceful, luxury feel to it. The staff were honestly incredible. They went above and beyond the whole stay and made us feel so looked after — we were completely spoilt. We had room service for both breakfast and dinner and the food was amazing every time. It’s hard to even put into words how good this place was, we genuinely felt like royalty staying here. None at all

Отдельно хочется отметить персонал, все очень дружелюбные, внимательные и искренне добрые. Всегда с улыбкой, в любое время суток готовы помочь, это правда очень ценно. Виллы просто шикарные! Чисто, красиво и очень уютно. Уборка каждый день, а иногда даже два раза в день, если мы уходили и утром, и вечером, это было очень приятно. Территория отдельная любовь, много зелени, всё ухоженно, очень атмосферно. Бассейн тоже очень красивый, прям хотелось там проводить как можно больше времени. И, конечно, ресторан! это вообще отдельная тема! Самый вкусный ресторан, в котором мы были в Убуде. Завтраки à la carte — супер, всё очень вкусно, а ужины — просто восторг. Очень удобно, что есть комфортный шаттл до Убуда несколько раз в день в обе стороны. Это сильно облегчает передвижение и делает отдых ещё более комфортным. Также пробовали балийский массаж, остались в полном восторге, очень расслабляет. В целом, отдых получился очень душевный, тёплый и запоминающийся. Остались только самые приятные воспоминания. Обязательно ещё вернёмся к вам!

Además, los espacios comunes como las piscinas eran hermosos. La vista de la habitación era espectacular hacia campos de arroz (un poco abandonados pero muy verdes). La aislación de la habitación no era buena, ya que los ventanales tenían grandes aberturas. Por lo que el aire acondicionado no alcanzaba a enfriar todo el espacio (se sentía un poco caluroso). Además, desafortunadamente dentro de la habitación había un gecko que nos despertaba varias veces por la noche. También, vimos varias hormigas y otros insectos dentro de la habitación. El agua caliente no alcanzaba para las dos duchas diarias y se enfriaba después de un rato. Por último, no pudimos comer en el restaurante porque no tenían opciones veganas/vegetarianas, a pesar que nos ofrecieron hacer un menú especial.

• Romans (10/5): Place where you feel same like at home ❤️ - We loved this place from the first day, booked for 7 days on the end we stayed 15 days. Celebrated Christmas and New Year. Very, very nice people are working there. They made our holiday very special, it was so sad to leave, such a lovely place. Place is definitely worth for money what you pay, jungle view and rice view villas have beautiful views, breakfast menu selection was nice, with some flexibility, its nice that they are allowing some deviations from menu, specially for kids. For our 6 years old daughter, it was the best holiday. She made so many friends from this hotel, and she learned how to do guest check-in, take an order for breakfast, etc. I wish all the best for all of the staff and this business, because there was something special at this place, I guess it's nature and of course hotel staff. Definitely will come back to this place. And definitely highly recommend by our family. In Europe, it's so difficult to trust the booking score. Most of the time, it's not matching with reality, but this place 100% worth of what it's scored and what you pay for. I visited more than 50 countries and stayed over the 1000 different hotels, but so far, only a few places were very special from me, and all of them, unfortunately, were in Bali -> Ubud ❤️ I hope if you decide to stay over, you will get same experience as we get. • Tomasz (8/5): Cisza i spokój tego oczekiwałem od tego miejsca. - Hotel oceniam jako bardzo dobry. Pobyt był ogólnie udany, a standard obiektu spełnił moje oczekiwania. Śniadania były smaczne i urozmaicone, a personel, z którym mieliśmy kontakt, był niezwykle uprzejmy, życzliwy i pomocny w każdej sytuacji. Niestety, jedynym minusem był fakt, że w pokoju dość często zdarzało się, iż na łóżko lub podłogę spadały odchody gekonów, co wpływało na komfort pobytu. Mimo tego mankamentu, całość wrażeń pozostaje pozytywna i hotel można polecić, szczególnie ze względu na obsługę i jakość posiłków. Minus który opisałem powyżej.

• Gaya (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf gehad! - Geweldige aantal dagen gehad. Locatie is iets verder van het centrum, wat het een rustig verblijf in de jungle maakt. Iets waar wij heel erg naar uit keken. Verder was je met 10min in het bruisende centrum dus konden wij makkelijk de drukte opzoeken. Onze jungle villa was echt prachtig. Groot en en comfortabel. Ook het algehele complex, met haar twee zwembaden ontbrak aan niks. Een ware oase van rust!

Un peu de vis-à-vis pour lequel le personne a trouvé une solution, ce qui nous a permis de nous baigner à l'abri des regards. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'effort. L'environnement est très joli. Un peu isolé donc nous ne sortions plus après 19h30 car il faisait rapidement sombre dehors.

De villa’s omringt door rijstvelden, echt uit een boekje. Het personeel gaat above & beyond voor de gasten. Er wordt een a la carte ontbijt aangeboden. Ik geef zelf de voorkeur aan iets meer keuze van een ontbijt buffet.

• Anıl (9/5): Fabulous - We chose a private pool villa for the first stop of our honeymoon in Ubud, and it was truly an impressive experience. Thank you for the welcome surprise! The cleanliness was excellent—despite our many concerns, we didn't see any insects or anything like that inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything has become about money. Only two 330ml bottles of water are provided in the room per day, which is extremely insufficient—especially since, due to our fear of "Bali Belly," we didn’t even use tap water to brush our teeth. When we asked for more water, they told us it would be at an additional cost. I've never encountered such treatment anywhere else in the world. The restaurant prices are quite expensive, and all prices are listed excluding service and tax, which are then added on top. We did not have this kind of experience at any of the other hotels we stayed at in Bali. The hotel is about 15–20 minutes away from the center, and there’s no free shuttle service. They asked for around 100–110k IDR per person for a one-way trip. Just to compare—if you use the Grab app, a motorbike ride costs about 15k, and a car ride around 50k IDR. You do the math. Breakfast for two is 330k IDR, and if you want it by your private pool, it goes up to 550k—so the only difference is it being brought to your room. Their approach to service has unfortunately become too money-oriented.

A big thanks to our waiter Riski, whose beautiful smile made our mornings so pleasant. The breakfast was very tasty! The villa and the surrounding area are beautiful, with lots of different plants. Also, my friend had a birthday, and the staff helped prepare a surprise by decorating the room beautifully and providing a nice cake. The location is very good, close enough to centre but the hotel is located in very quiet location next to rice fields and jungle. Everything perfect!

Information about the spa is not easily accessible to resort residents. I think information regarding the services would be easier and having it done in the villa at a request.

• Zoltan (10/5): Exceptional - This is a small paradise in Ubud where you can relax. The staff is lovely. There was some issue with the pool, and they fixed it very quickly. Breakfast is delicious, especially the avocado toast! We were in the two-bedroom villa. The floor tile between the two bedrooms was very slippery when it rained, which happens often in the rainy season.
• Florencia (10/5): This is your best choice 🙌🏼 - Our stay was wonderful, we stayed 6 nights in the villa with a private pool. The hotel is wonderful, full of nature and has two very large pools. The hotel has a transfer that takes you to the center of Ubud, very convenient. And if you want to take a Grab, you can get to the hotel without any problem. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The breakfasts were delicious, and it was the best crispy bacon of our lives. I had a small problem with the refrigerator in my room, I used medicine that has to be refrigerated, and the refrigerator froze them, if they are frozen they cannot be used. I was very scared because I brought my medicine for a 4-month trip, the staff was excellent, they found a way to find the medicine even though it is not very common and they replaced all the pencils that had frozen, I could not be more grateful for their service and concern. The towels and sheets did not smell very clean and the shower had a very clogged drain and the water overflowed into the entire bathroom.

• Christopher (6/5): Surprise villa experience - Nice tranquil setting outside of busy Ubud city. You have to cross a bridge over a small waterfall to get to reception. The property has very upscale feel with nice restaurant and multiple pools where you won't see anyone usually. They have so many staff to tend to your needs which is nice. They also have free shuttle to take you to and pickup from Ubud area several times a day. The villas are huge with living room and glass windows overlooking rice patties if you get that upgrade. They inform you that the villas are open and and that critters can get in. There is huge vaulted ceiling with so many unknown things living there. On the first night we saw a huge gecko walking along wall. It looks enclosed but there are gaps. The shower and toilet have no ceiling to outside either. Speaking of shower, you will have no privacy soon as you exit shower you are greeted full view of anyone sitting on bed so hope you feel super comfortable with your partner. The toilet room door has a gap too and not very private. The biggest problem we had was seeing a rat walking on the top of wall inside villa at night. Prior to this we hear something chewing on wood all day and night and few chirps every once in awhile. We also woke up to pile of feces from something they said was gecko but I'm not sure. Anyway, we moved rooms after seeing the eat and luckily was last night. The staff really need to secure the walls and outside with a screen if they want guests. Also add some type of partition to block view after exiting shower so you don't have to dry off with audience.

• Kamille (4/5): Amazing staff and beautiful nature! - The staff was so kind and so amazing! Beautiful surroundings/nature! Great place if you dont wanna stay in downtown Ubud. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the villas. The villas did not meet our expectations, and we will not stay in that kind of villa ever again. (The privat pool villa is much better) Be aware that there is a lot of jungle creatures, especially in the normal villas.. you will find their feces in the villas everywhere, even though the cleaning staff did a very good job every day. That's apparently just how it is, when jungle is the nabour. The hotel and the staff handled the situation very good and were nice even though we had to leave 2 days early.

Hotel also have free drop off to Ubud center and also they can take you back from the center for free. We stayed in garden view villa without private pool. Pool area wasn’t clean. Sound izoliation in villa was terrible. There wasn’t difference between being outside and inside. You could hear everything from another villa (talks, shower and etc), so quality of sleep wasn’t good at all and that was a problem for us.

Lost in the jungle and the rice fields . The pools , the rooms. Everything!! The thing to know is that resort is a bit far away from Ubud center (10-15mn drive) but they have a free shuttle . It was easy going back and forth with our scooter and we really appreciated the remote area

The hotel offers a free shuttle at certain times of day but outside of the set times and pick up/drop off spot you have to pay extra.

• Giovanna (9/5): Excellent quiet location, gorgeous rooms and pools - We booked 2 villas with private pool and the rooms were gorgeous. Very spacious and very clean. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The location was perfect for us as it is away from the chaos of Ubud but still easily reachable via grab. Breakfast was nice but it would be great to have a bit more variety, especially for people who stay for several nights.
• Adriana (7/5): Fantastic staff, beautiful location, great breakfast, super swimming pools but the cheaper villas have roofs with holes - Place is very beautiful and it’s like living inside the jungle. Really well curated. Although we understand we are surrounded by nature and there’s animal life everywhere, I think they should isolate the roofs better. We had a massive rat inside as well as a huge lizard making sounds. I saw some holes in the roof so more attention should go towards that.

• Deon (8/5): Definitely worth the money, highly recommended for budget stay - The staff are always cheerful and friendly, always striking up a little chat or just asking how you are. Very helpful as well as you can approach then to ask for advice. They even stayed up till 11pm just to receive us when we checked in. Facilities are basic but as an accommodation, it was plenty for us. Always a cozy place to return to. The aircon wasn't quite strong enough to cool the entire villa. The lights are also quite dim in thr villa especially at night. But overall a very comfy place!
• Eilish (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay at Suara air, the 2 bedroom villa was amazing, we had our own swimming pool and lovely large bedrooms and garden. There are also two infinity pools which we used and the atmosphere is just amazing. Listening to all the wildlife whilst having a swim or lying on the sun beds. There was so much breakfast choice, we thought it may have just been fruit but you could have smoothie bowels, pancakes and more. They don't serve dinner but there are a couple of restaurants down the road, a few minute walk which were lovely. We had a couple of massages and we felt so relaxed afterwards, again being able to listen to the wildlife whilst having a massage was amazing. We did a couple of trips from the hotel, the taxi dropped us off to the Monkey Forest but would advise going in the morning as we went in the afternoon and the traffic was awful. All the staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. They were fantastic with our 2 year old, we will miss them so much, especially the ladies on the welcome desk. There was some work going on but I wouldn't worry about this, it didn't take away the feel of the place and they were too noisy, the place is so amazing it didn't bother us.

Lots of mould on umbrellas and lounge chairs by the pool Can’t walk anywhere (no sidewalks on roads) Free shuttle into Ubud but you can’t go in before 11 or come back later than 7:30 Lots of bugs (I understand it’s the jungle but a spray could be done to get rid of the ants in the room and by the pools, and they provided a single use lotion for bug spray when we arrived but never refilled it). The body soap and shampoo provided were very low-end. This is fine but when advertised as a luxury stay I would expect luxury products. Sheets smelled good at first but once the smell wore off were quite musty like they hadn’t been dried properly. Only a small plastic bottle of water each was provided daily.
• Kaberi (9/5): Amazing value for money, would definitely return - The breakfast was amazing - I loved that it was an a la carte menu, rather than a buffet. The coffee was also really good (often isn't even in fancy hotels!) and the staff were really accommodating and helpful whenever we had any questions. They were also super responsive and when there was a water issue in our bathroom, they resolved it fairly quickly. The bigger pool was slightly dirty and some of the pool towers were stained, although they smelled and felt very clean.

I didn’t like how the breakfast menu was very limited and we were restricted to the amount we could eat. Furthermore, the second bedroom had a weird smell coming from the bathrooms and the tap in one of the bathrooms was not properly working. Furthermore, the property was located near roosters so the would wake us up at 4AM which was very inconvenient as we could not sleep in.
• Galiia (10/5): Great place to recharge your soul - book at least 2 nights - Perfect spot to stay with an incredible view of rice terraces and palms down the hill; they have a free shuttle bus to the town; and the staff is very helpful. Beautiful spa zone, but a bit pricy for Ubud. Also, maybe massage lady can enhance her skills. If you are not booking villa with a private pool, they have two large pools. Breakfasts are amazing and with beautiful view. Probably I will not recommend this place to those who have issues walking up stairs or people with disabilities. Otherwise, you will be in love with Suara. N/A

Nestled amidst lush rice fields, the villa offers spacious accommodations adorned with traditional Indonesian décor and enchanting infinity pools that overlook the lush jungle. The villa is impeccably maintained, providing essential amenities and delightful Balinese designs throughout. We really would like to know the name of the soap - it was that good! 😊 While close proximity to nature brought occasional encounters with geckos and cockroach droppings in the room, the villa's connection with its surroundings added to its charm. We could not get enough of the view to the fields - a truly mesmerising experience. Nearby, an array of local restaurants and a conveniently located waterfall further enhance the experience. The staff: The staff's warmth and hospitality were exceptional. From accommodating early check-ins to offering valuable recommendations, their calm and welcoming demeanor made us feel truly at home. The complimentary shuttle service to the city center every two hours added convenience to exploring the area. We truly felt like at home. Food: The culinary experience was a highlight, with sumptuous breakfasts, generous portions, and top-quality food and juices. I don't think I ever eat so much for breakfast like in this place. The welcoming drinks upon arrival were a thoughtful touch. The menu is also vegetarian friendly. One of the mornings we were supposed to leave to the tour before 6 o'clock in the morning that meant that we will miss out the breakfast time. The Suara Air team was very kind and made us a mini take away box with some hard boiled eggs, toasts and some fruits to make sure that we are fed and not missing out on anything.
