Descontrol en el cocinado de las comidas, cáscaras de huevo en los huevos fritos, gofres creps del los días anteriores, duros, en las comidas sin bebida porque no quedaba refrescos, teníamos que levantarnos e ir a la parte exterior a rellenar los refrescos… esa parte habría que mejorarla.

• minstaman (10/5): My Happy Place - I got a truely warm welcome from Receptionists Oliver and Tina upon my arrival - this trip marking 7 years since my original back in 2019. I have been very fortunate to stay in my chosen room, on numerous trips in the past few years too. The quality of room is very well maintained and its size is excellent. The housekeeping team across the whole site do a great job. It has a very large - well maintained - pool area - one pool heated , the other natural temperature. The Hotel's food quality remains of high standard with wide variety of dishes. The Bar Staff are a brilliant team. Notably Cristian, Marcus, Angel and new members like Kevin. I think This Hotels Staff really are Its greatest asset - its why I titled this review my happy place. I've already booked my next visit for later this year.

• lplplplp123 (8/5): A lovely bargain stay! - Positives: - Everywhere is immaculately clean - Sofa bed surprisingly comfortable - Great entertainment (we had a drag queen, musical acts, circus, magician) - Friendly bar staff - Loads of places around the hotel both inside and outside to relax - No shortage of sunbeds at all - Lifts weren’t nearly as bad as people have made out in reviews. Just remember to use the sneaky 3rd lift! - Lovely outdoor seating at the restaurant - All pool snacks eg chips are cooked fresh to order - no lukewarm chips! Negatives: - Felt like a really good 3 star rather than a 4 star eg cocktails from a machine but we were happy with this as it was a bargain holiday for us! I thought reviews about fruit juice at breakfast were OTT but having visited - it really is that bad! - Reception staff gave very little info during check in, a hotel map or explanation of where things are eg the gym would be useful. At check out there was no “how was your stay” etc - Very repetitive music around the pool! You’d hear the same song multiple times a day - As a vegan I was excited to see the inclusion of a ‘vegan corner’ of the buffet, however this only featured during evening meals and was mostly similar to what was otherwise found on the main buffet eg veg stew. On multiple occasions this had non vegan meat/dairy dishes which was a worry, but we also had some vegan meatballs and vegan chilli stuffed potatoes. The main buffet had lots of salads, grains etc which was enjoyable. Sometimes buffet items had every single allergen listed, or none at all, when it was obvious that wasn’t the case which did concern me so it was a lot of second guessing. I was advised to order off-menu at breakfast time for specific lunch and dinner vegan options (eg a vegan burger) but I didn’t want to be held to a specific meal time and part of the enjoyment of an all inclusive is picking what you fancy from the buffet! On the whole I did enjoy the salads I had and it was also great to have vegan milks and yoghurts at breakfast. I was happy to be here with non-vegan friends, but I’d likely go elsewhere if it was just me/with other vegans wanting to prioritise brilliant food options. Only vegan pudding option (unless preordering) was fruit.
• Gerard Thibault (8/5): Great value Hotel in Maspolomas - quiet, clean and comfrtable - Room was good size, very clean and good sized bathroom with walk-in shower, with controls at the entrance to avoid getting wet with cold water before the warm came through! Pool area was good, with adequate free loungers. The spa was excellent - we had 2 couples treatments for 80 minutes and both were fab! The hotel was a little way from the main activity area - can be good or bad I guess, but for a short weekend, closer proximity to shops and bars would have been better. Breakfast was very varied, but sometimes the cooked foods were a bit cool. Fresh juice would have been nice

Se agradece que en la zona spá, tanto la sauna como el baño turco sea de acceso libre. La zona spá podría tener un horario un poco más amplio. Algunas veces, la zona de las barras de la piscina quedaban desatendidas. Los aperitivos "entre horas" eran muy escasos (fruta y algún dulce).

I'm afraid some of the staff especially the bar staff can be a bit unfriendly, overall we would go back.

And I also recommend serving lentils, peas or beans on their own every day for protein for plant based diet, as eggs are only for vegetarian and not vegan. It would also be good to have the gluten free crackers and bread available for lunch and dinner in addition to breakfast.

• scruffyfluffy (8/5): Enjoyable week in the GC Princess - The staff were always friendly & helpful. The hotel was well kept - pool, dining room & entertainment area were well managed. The nightly entertainment was hit & miss....sometimes a bit cringy like balancing acts, but the singers were good. Unfortunately, the bed sheets weren't changed all week, which was disappointing. However, the towels were changed daily. We had breakfast daily which was plentiful & they provided a variety that would suit most tastes. We contacted reception as our shower tray was overflowing & it was promptly rectified. Overall I would be happy to return & would recommend this hotel.

Se volete rilassarvi senza bambini che strillano e stressano, questo hotel fa al caso vostro..qui potete davvero ricaricare le batterie. 2 Piscine a disposizione pulitissime una a temperatura ambiente e l'altra riscaldata..e poi bar a bordo vasca, bar all'interno e bar nella sala spettacoli. Consiglio di fare la formula all inclusive che conviene davvero tanto soprattutto se bevete tanta acqua . Posizione centrale..circa 10 min a piedi per raggiungere playa des ingles e il lungomare pieno di negozi. Metterei a disposizione una persona che parla italiano..qualcuno che ha difficoltà con le lingue straniere potrebbe avere qualche problema.
• metinaH3536FB (4/5): Nice large hotel with freezing pool - Sorry to say but the rooms were very dated, 😤swimming pool was only heated in one small area for a couple of hours than turned of,😤 the rest of the swimming pool was freezing that’s why it stayed empty, cracked floor tiles near sun beds,😤 you can’t leave towels on sunbed unattended or you will be charged & no entertainment around pool area as we were very bored, breakfast was no good as there was no bake beans & proper English sausages but hot dogs, where was the water melon 🍉 & most of all we paid for coffee the cup was very small like children’s cup 😤

En general, todo el personal muy amable. Los espectaculos nocturnos de calidad. Las instalaciones, como la piscina muy bonita y un parking gratuito que para los coches de alquiler viene muy bien En el buffet a veces no reponían platos, sobre todo un día no había pan y no había manera de que trajeran en condiciones, cada vez poquisimo y volaban enseguida. • Drucilla (8/5): Pour le prix payé ça aurait pu être mieux - L’emplacement, le petit déjeuner bien complet, et les activités mises à disposition comme le ping pong. Plusieurs points à amélioré : - la literie et surtout les draps pas agréable - les places de parking pas assez pour autant de personnes qui y logent - l’eau pas chauffé de l’autre côté de la piscine Et enfin une des réceptionnistes de jour n’a pas été pro, elle nous a fait croire que nous pouvions déjeuner avant notre vol de nuit a 1:30 a écrit sur le cahier devant nous et arrivé la nuit nous étions pas prévu donc nous avons payé un petit déjeuner pour rien on a pas manger.
• Navigator26435619393 (10/5): A wellbeing hotel with everything you need for a relaxing stay in gran canaria - One of the best hotels I have stayed in, staff and facilities were amazing. Definitely would return here. Location only short walk to the beach, very relaxed atmosphere, rooms were clean and spacious and cleaned daily. Very quiet hotel but plenty to do with lots of wellbeing services available at reasonable prices. Food was nice with lots to choose from. This hotel was very reasonably priced too. Overall a great stay and went home relaxed . Thanks gran canaria princess, see you next year
• THIERRY (8/5): Très bel hôtel - Nous avons aimé la restauration le midi et le soir qui est très varié. Le tout compris avec l'alcool compris. La piscine chauffée côté Sud. La chambre avec la terrasse. Le parking gratuit. La plage à 600m à pied. Le calme avec un hôtel sans enfants. Seul une partie de la piscine côté plage est chauffée. Le petit-déjeuner est toujours le même. Que deux ascenseurs pour tout l'hôtel. Toujours pris par le monde. On a dû descendre à pied six étages plusieurs fois car un ascenseur était en panne.

En av 2 heiser ute av drift.Mye venting på heis og ingen info om hvorfor. hotellet er ikke opptatt av syklister bl. bl.annet oppbevaring av sykler og forbud mot el sykler.Bare sykkelstativ ute og der parkerer man ikke sykler til 5 tusen € om natten.Dårlig vanntrykk i vask i 6 etasje bra i dusj.
• N7735DQcatherinem (8/5): Break away - Had a 7 night stay end of March start April. It was a nice gesture that there was a small lunch box being that we arrived late. Hubby and son wanted a beer were told by one staff closed by another open. Only once they explained not all inclusive as apparently that finished at 12 midnight they were able to order because they paid. The meals were good and of good variety but nothing ever seemed to be hot enough. Toaster was nightmare like all hotels and being charged in the evening for a simple glass of water, do they think no one wants a nice cup of tea in an evening. Rooms were cleaned every day and cleaning staff friendly. The pool area nice could get busy but no shortage of beds just getting the right area. Sadly the pool deep for us small adults. I normally enjoy the activity aqua aerobics but water too deep for me and shallow end ankle/knee height. Had never been to the area before but some parts pretty run down.
• jph15178 (10/5): Excellent hotel. Adults only - We were due to go to Thailand, but that was cancelled. So we chose this hotel. Expecting it to be a bit of an anticlimax but we were well surprised. The staff were very friendly and kept us fed and watered. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

• Mark (9/5): Relaxing, fun, great service, entertainment and food. 5 stars - It’s big so you always had space around the pool. Very relaxing and all was so clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back. I had the best service and on my birthday they put some bubbles in my room. We also arrived early at 9:30 am and they let us check in. So good Great bathroom but showet - went hot and warm. Chips were really skinny, so could be fatter
• wissywoo (8/5): Give us fluffy white towels - This is a good 4 star. Clean,spacious. 1 pool cold , 2nd pool warmer which was nice. Rooms cleaned everyday. Food is really good , lots of choices,English bacon was a bonus, my message to management.....please upgrade your towels, they are dreadful. When paying for a good hotel I want fluffy white towels.staff all pleasant too.
• Sightseer51034701068 (8/5): Enjoyable stay - Just returned after a week at this hotel. Our room was lovely and quiet and spotlessly clean. The food, breakfast and dinner was varied and very good, except for the orange juice! The pool area was busy but always managed to find sun loungers and the heated pool was a bonus. Can’t comment on the evening entertainment as we went out after dinner. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Overall a lovely hotel and we will definitely return. I have given a score of 4/5 as I believe Water should be complimentary at meal times and also wait times for lifts could be slow

• Voeffray (10/5): Tolles Hotel gute lage - Sehr tolle Lage, großes und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet sowie auch am Abend eine gute Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind groß und mit Balkon ausgestattet. Der Pool war sehr schön und der Jacuzzi einfach top. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das mega freundliche Personal. Parkplätze gibt es auch, allerdings sind diese etwas begrenzt. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber beim Frühstück hätte ich mir mehr Auswahl an speziellen Früchten wie Passionsfrucht oder Drachenfrucht gewünscht. Außerdem wirkte ein Teil des Essens eher wie Massenproduktion und weniger hochwertig oder frisch zubereitet.
