• Jack (7/5): - The room was on the first floor and I parked in front if my entrance. The front desk person was very friendly and polite. I was booking to stay in Kissimmee and somehow it was changed to Clermont which was a bit of an inconvenience to me. Also the basboard was peeling away from the walls in the bathroom area.

• Viva (1/5): El motel del terror - Nada. Todo lo que está mal en un alojamiento. Sucio. Descuidado. Olor en la habitación. Gente que vive ahí y "decora" a su gusto. Las camas también, un horror. Claramente no volvereria ni siendo gratis. La zona sin luz. Todo mal Todo. SUCIO. Las habitaciones daban miedo, el baño sin un poco de mantenimiento. Olor espantoso.
• perez (8/5): - The instant hot water when needed and the soft bed really made the difference xD The location was a little far from my cycling spot but for the price I think it was worth it .

• Krista (9/5): Staff was very nice. Room was clean. We were able to check in early! - I didn't realize breakfast was offered.
• Joseph (6/5): Ok for what I needed - The bed was clean and comfortable and the room didn't have any bugs. The rest of the room was in serious disrepair. If you're looking for a quick stay this might be ok, but I'd ask to see the room first. If I was staying more than one night I would have found a different place.

• Marquita (6/5): Did but never will again. - The beds were comfortable. Peter, the guy who works at night, was really nice and professional. Some of the staff are unprofessional and don't know how to talk to you. Cecelia at the front desk is cool, but that other lady at the desk, her attitude is ewww. The housekeepers have horrible attitudes, and they never clean the floors. Look clean, but the bottom of your feet will tell it all. I spent money there every day just to get treated like a welfare case in the end. After two weeks, they want to throw you in the rooms at the back of the hotel. If I wanted to pay weekly or monthly, then I would have done so. They make the choice for you.

• David (2/5): Horrible but lady at front desk is nice and awesome - Well it’s close to Publix, and the lobby Everything the rooms filled with roaches, have a stank smell, have mold, walls dirty the future 30 years old, the wood dresser old and dry rotted, outlets dirty, rails and toilet paper holder is rusted as well, big gap under doors so roaches and bugs will always be in room, and well it rain in comes in room because of big gaps under doors so roaches.
• Andrea LS (3/5): - Not much. Getting moved from room to room three times due to them working on the rooms. You had to keep it cold to to keep the appliances from breaking due to condensation. Cops were always coming in and they were having to throw people out at all hours of the night.

• Ashley (6/5): - Check-in process was smooth and staff super helpful. Area didn't feel unsafe. Just needed a place to crash. Do not book if you are looking for more than that. Had some 6 legged roommates but other than that all was ok. Microwave and fridge in room.
