- Joel (8/5): - I enjoyed the walking daily, the property is just 2 blocks away from the beach and behind the famous Pattaya Walking Street, very safe and sounded with affordable restaurants
- angeloalessandro (2/5): - I didn’t like the check-in and the dealing with the people at the reception very rude not friendly always ready to assault you. I never felt so bad with the receptionist people whatever you ask you always receive a very rude answer. The only nice person at the reception it was the night Porter very friendly very negative experience this year the only trouble is that the hotel is in a very good position right in the centre you no need any transport to get to the nightlife you fancy.

- soul_phire (4/5): Reasonable nights sleep but hotel is tired and needs upkeep - The staff are friendly and the room is clean, but there is a definite need for maintainance. The shower had been replaced and when you turned it on the roof leaked. When yyou looked up to see where the water was coming from, you could see black mould on the ceiling tiles. the lighting in the hallways is pretty dark and the elevators cetainly don't feel like they've been inspected recently...

- Toda (4/5): - 予約が入ってる事を理解していなくてチェックインにかなり手間取った。指定の部屋は工事の掃除をしていなく変更してもらった。セーフティボックスも設置しているが作動していない。が、全てを凌駕してスタッフが一生懸命なので許せます。
- cinbkk (8/5): Fine, quiet hotel within walking distance of Walking Street - A simple room with all facilities including an affordable minibar and seating area. Our room at the inner courtyard was quiet enough, but it was not even a 10-minute walk to Pattaya Walking Street. The breakfast room looked okay, but breakfast was just a few fixed, cheap options on the menu, so we went somewhere else.

- cooldude09 (8/5): Good Hotel - We booked the hotel through agoda.com. Hotel was good but renovation and maintenance really required. Bathroom odour was very bad. For one night and with friends it is a ok budget hotel. Breakfast was very good and heavy. Nearby locations are very good, walking strret is in just 2mins walk away. As a whole it is a good hotel.

- Verified traveler (8/5): USA traveler - I have been a loyal customer for 25 years returning once or twice a year, usually for 14-21 each visit. The maid service and front desk service is excellent. Rooms are fine and AC is always cold enough. While the hotel is getting older, rooms have been upgraded over the years. Great hot water but sometimes faucets leak. Good class of clients to hotel. Hotel is a good value for a basic room. I always stay in a Deluxe room but a standard room is almost as good.

- Yuji (8/5): コスパ良いホテル - ネコが飼われているホテル。物を買って帰るとおねだりされます。 部屋は毎日清掃され、清潔。ただしシャンプーは自身で用意が必要。それだけでも満足感が上がります。 立地は、ジョムティエンまでソンテウを使って移動するのが簡単かつウォーキングストリートまでほど近い。 そのため十九時辺りはバイクの音が部屋に入ってきますが、気になるほどではありません。
- yusan (8/5): コストパフォーマンス高いホテル。 - 海岸、ウオーキングストリート近くの遊びには便利な場所。若干古いホテルだが部屋の広さ、清潔感、水回り等は価格と比較すれば問題ない。コストパフォーマンスは高い。スタッフもフレンドリーな対応で各種の質問には的確な返答が期待できる。セイフティーボックス未設置、各種のアニメティが貧弱なのも当然と割り切って使用すべき。次回も多分使用する予定です。

The bath room is so smelly n water can’t even flow from shower head. Hard mattress doesn’t matter but the stains on it and on pillow make me sick. I will never visit again.

- imek0 (6/5): Good location but old hotel - The hotel was near to walking street but was in very bad condition. The bathroom roof was full of mound and broken. There was no locker and half of the electric switch sockets were broken. There was filthy stuff on top of the wardrobe. If it’s for short stay than it’s fine other wise there were plenty of hotels near by.
- Verified traveler (8/5): そこそこ快適な、ウォーキングストリートに近い安宿。 - かなり古いホテルですが、スタッフはフレンドリーです。3泊しました。歓楽街のウォーキングストリートへは、徒歩2分です。しかし、少し離れているので、騒音は無く快適です。エアコンもセパレートタイプです。部屋に金庫はありませんが、フロントの金庫が使用できます。朝食は別途料金で130バーツ。シャワーは、固定式ですので少し不便で、湯量も少なめです。ロビーには、パソコンが2台あり自由に使用可能。WiFiもそこそこ快適に使用できました。エレベーターは三菱製です。価格の割にはお勧めです。

- 883tapang (4/5): Don't expect too much. - It is a budget hotel very near to walking street. This hotel seems to be very old. Antics were all around in waiting area. Rooms are neither too good nor too bad. Staff was too poor. When we checked in, a big not to do list is placed in front of us verbally. Although they are guest friendly but they ask for 200 bhat per person for a night. Restaurant is pretty good though.

- 696stevenk (6/5): Budget Hotel and centrally located - usually stay at this hotel because of where it is, not what it is. I booked a standard room, paying only 600 baht a night and was given a room on the ground floor, which due to where the hotel is located, turned out to be very quiet. Clean sheets and towels daily and a good restaurant outside, (excellent breakfast) however despite the staff being kind and welcoming, the rooms are now in need of a little refurbishment,. Indeed, there was no bottom part of the bathroom door as it seemed to have rotted away. All in all, I got what I expected for the money I paid and would have no hesitations in booking to stay here again

- davidpC4600NY (6/5): The Dream Hotel Pattaya - This hotel is mid to low price but is well worth considering if your budget minded. the facilities are basic but adequate. clean bed linen clean rooms with air con. It has its own restaurant, but we never used it. not for any particular reason just there is lots of choice, same for breakfast. it one street back from the walking street and the beach. it had when we were there its own live band which was mediocre. However this need to be taken into consideration when selecting rooms as they play quite late into the evening and could effect your room noise wise all that said we found it ok as I said for the budget mined. Our visit was for two nights and it was in the right spot for us allowing easy walking access to the beach and markets. I should point out my wife is a native of Thailand which obviously helps us, but they spoke enough english to get by. We were there during May 23-25th

The staff is good and friendly. Walking street is merely 200 meters from the hotel. I would not recommend to stay here. There are quite good hotels at this price in this area.

- Terrance (6/5): Great little hotel at a great location at a great price. - This is not the most luxurious hotel in Pattaya but it serves its basic purpose of having a clean big king size bed, clean bathroom and clean linens. The hotel is a little on the old side but the white towels are actually white, very soft, and smells clean! The shower is not sectioned off from the toilet like most local hotels in Pattaya. Great location in South Pattaya, a heartbeat away from the heart of Walking Street. Walking distance to food, shopping, and massages. The mattress is on the soft side but I was ok with it. They have a 24 hour front desk and an elevator considering this is a small hotel. I definitely would recommend this hotel for my friends and family members if they are looking for a bargain hotel to stay a couple of nights. However, I can't imagine myself staying here for more than 5 nights.

- yokum67 (6/5): A Simple place to Sleep !! - Stayed here for one night 25th Dec 2014, Only one night as i had made another Booking in Soi Buakow for 3 weeks and only wanted to stay one night as it was just convenient as i got Baht bus from Jomtien and wanted to stay near Walking Street and hit the bars ASAP after getting to Pattaya I was on the 3rd floor so a bit of a Slog to get baggage up as NO lift !! Room was nothing special BUT all i wanted was a place to stay for one night, Had one of those horrible showers that shower all of the bathroom floor at the same time as yourself, WHOSE BRIGHT IDEA WAS THAT ?????????? The only thing I would say, is I think its over priced for the area and the room, Should be more like £12 - 14 pound a night NOT £16- 18 pound !!! Would I stay again ????????? NOOOOOOOOOO DONE
- marcusjess84 (8/5): You get what you pay for. - The hotel is literally on walking street so ideal location if you want the crazy nightlife which myself and my friends wanted. Also the hotel's food is so delicious and cheaper than most other restaurants. There are many massage parlours right outside the hotel so perfect if you want to get some early morning or late night relaxation. I been to Thailand three times and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The only negative was the wi-fi. Around the reception area it is strong, but as soon as you step into your room, it goes down to one bar.

- rohanb343 (8/5): Good location, modern rooms, decent restaurant - Found reception friendly but not overly helpful. Easier to look things up yourself on one of the two free internet PC's supplied in the reception area. Found the rooms very modern and had just been renovated. A/c nice and quiet and modern. Small TV. Nice large comfortable bed. The shower and the toilet are in the one small room so if you have a shower the toilet gets wet. I guess they save money that way. The restaurant is good being efficient and decent food for decent prices, I notice they share this menu with a number of othe restaurants around he place. Maybe there is one big kitchen in the middle somewhere. I stayed in one of the rooms to the left of the hotel looking at it from the street and it is located near a garage where night girl / ladyboy workers park their motor bikes, so at 3am when they finish work it is very noisy, but this is Pattaya - party town, alot of noise !.
- Rossegnole (2/5): Nightmare - They have the worst front desk clerks, No cooperation .All they do is finding a way to charge you more. I asked for the fridge to be emptied so I can put my fruits, it has never been done. I asked to move to lower floor ( building B) they refused for no raison. The only plus in this hotel is the cleaning lady, she did an awsome job
- DavidReilly78 (4/5): A cheap place for the cheap singles - Having made my reservation the same as every other hotel during my travels in August, I was quite upset to arrive at Utopao airport and there not to be a greeter. However, not unexpected as they had not replied to my queries regarding airport transfer and breakfast. Eventually arrived at the hotel, and they did not have my reservation (and according to booking.com, were fully booked). I was offered a room for 950baht (even though I had already made a reservation for the same size room for less). Also in my reservation, I had included breakfast. The lady at reception did not provide options, just acknowledged that I "had" booked and gave me the first room she could. No information about what was available or when. Laundry service, internet and where and when breakfast was (and how much) all required trips down to reception as the phone in the room was not working in the room. Subsequently, went out and had a look around Pattaya and discovered it was minutes from the infamous Walking Street. Found another hotel 2 minutes away and was told I could look at the room. Same size, and everything very similar for almost half the price. Few drinks later, decided to have an early night for an early check out following morning. Not to be, as there was a band playing in the restaurant that kept me awake until midnight. Upon early check out, it was obvious from the parade of ladies coming out of the lift, what the hotel was there for. Breakfast was good, but not included. Overall, it was your basic "flop house" with poor service from the staff there. I wont stay there again, but if that is your "bag" there are worse places.
- Moshekachlon (2/5): Wherever you go don't come here... - Very bad service. Charging high rates for stupid things (lost key 2800 baht!!! Regular key...) I've been promised late check in with paying half day but on last day they change it to full day charge... So leaving the hotel early and need to find what to do with my stuff till the flight...
- PeterJ790 (6/5): Very near the night-life [if that's your scene]. - The main room itself was okay but the bathroom needed some attention due to grubby suspended ceiling tiles, poor wall tiling with some missing & so filled with a mass of grout. Reasonably priced. Staff, mainly friendly & helpful. Restaurant looks nice but food wasn't up too much for Thai cuisine.
