• Manfred (8/5): - Für kleines Geld ist es völlig o.k. in der Nähe gleich Big C extra, echt super..Gute Transportmöglichkeiten zur Beach oder anderswo in der Stadt. Beste Möglichkeit sicher und mit fest Preis ist für mich Grab.

• michaelmA1566LX (6/5): Relaxing - Very good clean and a good price. 500 bhat a night I was staying in Navin Mansion 1 over the road is a big C extra supermarket.very handy for to fill up the fridge with cool beers and food....also has a foodcourt.you can buy a card and get cheap food cooked hot and spicy thai.
• Kenno (8/5): Nice, clean and affordable accomodation. - Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Quiet area. Only disadvantage is the distance to town and beach. It may sometimes be difficult to get one of the normal taxies, but a motorbike taxi will take you there for 50-60 baht - if you don't have or rent a vehicle.

• JD (2/5): The WORST lodge I have ever stayed in Thailand! - All member of staff are not well trained in a manner of hospitality. All property and facilities are dated. Welcomed with no smile, they did not try to listen what guest asked them to do. Security around the property is not maintained since without an entrance door, anyone could get an access to guest rooms easily. Would NOT recommend this lodge to stay to anyone all over the world.

• とび (8/5): 食事や買い物がしやすい - BigC裏手の駐車場に隣接しており、食事や買い物がしやすくて助かる。客室は十分な広さで、清潔に維持されており、設備も整っている。価格を考えれば優良だと思う。WiFiは無料で快適。かつては1Fフロントのみだったが、現在は各部屋で使用できる。 最初に割り当てられた部屋は、夜中にライブ音が聞こえたので、部屋替えをしてもらった。滞在はストレスがなく、総じて印象がよかった。

• samm5466 (6/5): Simple and decent hotel - Just fine for a couple with basic amenities. Being clise to the local market eating places and departmental store made our stay comfortable. Though the receptionist doesnt understand English we somehow worked our conversation through!

• Karmaline (10/5): Best bang for your buck for a budget hotel... - It's a Bit of an older hotel...maybe lucky if a 2 star hotel but I give hands down 5 circles... Not sure what you are looking for... I looked at a few hotels and this is the best price for what you get- that I found... Very Big and really clean rooms, clean sheets, some English tv Chanels, a good sized fridge,a/c, big beds, a patio, 20 min walk to beach or a 30 baht scooter ride.... ,hot water shower and excellent wifi... Also next door to big C which is a grocery store/ small mall- very convienent.....What more can you ask for... Well price for what you get...and the maids are Very honest...

• DM_157 (6/5): Affordable budget hotel - The hotel is behind a mall so finding it is a little difficult. The rooms are very good and spacious. Wifi is good and the staff is also courteous. The location is also quite good. It's neither too far nor too close from the beach.
• ChiwitKongNakMuay (8/5): Second time staying. - Second time back here,but its good enough for me. The front desk remembered me,short hello and thats it. Basically,this hotel is one where your rooms will be cleaned and thats all you should expect for its price. One big improvement was the wifi connection..much better than the last trip in November. Thumbs up! I like this place for the spacious room,big bed,big bathroom and plenty of drawers and storage space. The hotel hasn't much to offer,but if you are independent of service,just need privacy,a huge clean room,good air-conditioning,good wifi..this is excellent. You have Big C for groceries just beside the hotel,a huge fridge/freezer to store your food. Its a bargain. I would come back anytime.
• Verified traveler (4/5): nicht zu Empfehlen - Ich bezahlte das Hotel hier auf hotels.com.Die Rezeption wusste nichts davon aber brauchte aber dann nichts zu bezahlen. Sie behielt sich den Zettel was ich ausgedruckt habe. Das Zimmer was ich bekam ging die Klimaanlage nicht.Die umgebung ist super und man hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wer auf wenig Standard legt ist es ok. ich bin nicht sehr Anspruchsvoll aber würde hier das hotel nicht mehr buchen.
• umberto (6/5): Central pattaya - Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig und auf den ersten Blick sehr sauber . Das Personal freundlich Die Lage ist okay ein Problem wenn man einen scooter hat. Zum Strand sind es 10min. Das big c einkaufzenter ist gleich gegenüber. Aber man braucht Handschuhe. Denn geht mein einmal durch das Zimmer hat man schwarze Füße, ich denke aber das ist normal für Asien . also ich kann es weiter empfehlen. Und wer online nicht spart sich 150bath pro Nacht.

In most rooms you will not get internet connection so you have to go to common area. Extended my stay but had to do it on the web site as the hotel will not except credit card. Good shopping across the street in big C center.

• 148teddyw (6/5): Spacious Room but Far From Attraction Places - Located in Central Pattaya Road, behind the Big C Supermarket. It's far from any attraction places. You must walk pretty far or rent a motorbike since public transport in Pattaya is not as good as Bangkok. Receptionist was not very helpful, they quickly said "I don't know" when we asked for anything. Room is not very clean, towel and blanket is dusty. Spacious room & cheap price is the only good things of this hotel. I definitely won't stay again in this hotel.

• jalee77 (6/5): Spacious room .. but ... - The room was spacious but shampoo was NOT provided.. instead, they sell the shampoo at the lobby for 25 Baht a bottle !! The bathroom drainage hole was choked and water could not flow fast enough through the hole..so after a bath there was a huge puddle of water...I wanted a change of room but was informed the rooms were fully booked over the weekend.. There is a safe deposit box , cupboard, TV, floor was clean, near the Big C supermarket as well..

• ChiwitKongNakMuay (8/5): Spacious and quiet. - The room,bed and bathroom were spacious and there was also a balcony to dry clothes or just sit outside. The fridge was well stocked..however there is no kettle to make your hot drinks. Just at the lobby there is a hot pot and mugs for you to make your hot drinks. Rooms were kept cleaned everyday with fresh towels. No complaints except for the wifi..when booking,take a room on the ground floor and near to the reception. Otherwise..you can sit at the lobby and access the wifi,but there are plenty of mosquitoes there. Staff were friendly. The location is great because it id directly behind Big C and also you can get food around the area. For those who want the beach,you can catch a songteaw or baht bus or walk 30 minutes to Central walking street beachfront. There is a safe and the door had two locks. Pretty safe area.
• 618petern (10/5): Business - Located just behind Big C 3 Rd and Pattaya Clang. Real Fine hotel for reasonable price for about 500 baht. Fine friendly staff, has a lift and a small bar, Frig well stocked, pay when you leave. about 3 minutes to Big C. 10 minutes to the beach, about 10 baht on a bart bus to the center of town. If you want to walk to the malls and shopping areas, about 25 minutes walk with a very senic walk along beach road. Buss station 15 minutes. Have a nice day and try this very nice hotel
• lugovayak (6/5): Good price but don't expect too much - Good price and good location next to a supermarket Big C Extra.Room is qute big,but cleanness is poor.The floor is full of dust,so if you are walking without slippers you will get a dirty feet till you reach the bathroom and back.Aircon is old and very noisy.Bed linen is not so new, sometimes gray colour but clean.Just washed to long time.Time to change.Bathroom is big it's plus but i'm sure that the mate was cleaning a walls in the shower a year ago.So,if you will stay outside in the city most of your time and just come to sleep in the room the hotel is ok.But if you expect more choose another one.

• 642GaryS (8/5): Great Big Room, Great Big Value. - Stayed at the Navin Mansion 2 for one week. What a surprise it was, big room, tidy and one minutes walk to the Big C. Lots of local style restaurants and bars within a two min walk. The staff were great, friendly spoke enough English to get by and more than helpful. I was on the 3rd floor and had a nice little balcony but I would think the view from the 6th floor would be pretty special. On the down side a little too far from all the action if thats what you are looking for but 70 baht max taxi scooter or 200 baht if you are drunk and forget to get a price first! And WiFi only available at reception area. I have never been so impressed with a place considering the price, its far from being the Hilton but its one tenth of the cost.
• mattk1uk (8/5): I liked it here - Found this hotel after a visit to Big C extra - it is located about 1 minute away from the back entrance which is very convenient. There is also a 7-eleven about 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction. We stayed in room A104 and it was big and clean with a free to use safety deposit box. Also free wifi which worked good though I can't say what it would be like on any other floor (we were right next to reception where the router was located). At 600 baht per night I thought this was ok for a tourist city like Pattaya but then the two previous nights we stayed in a real dump of a place in Phe (name 'Nice Beach Hotel' near Rayong) and that cost 1200 per night. Friendly staff on reception who were helpful to answer our questions and very smiley every time we left or returned to our room. I would stay here again for sure if we are ever passing through Pattaya again. Hope that helps!
• DmitryP4 (8/5): Convenient, clean, friendly, but overpriced - Stayed for 2 nights due the short business trip to Pattaya. After about 4 hours of searching for the nice and clean room with reasonable price we were able to find only this one for 600 Bath a night. Very expensive, but very unfortunately Pattaya became to be very expensive city from short accommodation point of view. Monthly rate even more surprisingly expensive - around 17000 Bath. Do not forget, they asking for deposit 600 bath. Main thing - check you room first, because most of them use to be smoked room with very bad smoky smell. We check 4 rooms, before able to find room without smell from smoking. Room is quite big, big bathroom (though a bit dated, just need some small repair) with nice but a bit noise AC unit, nice balcony and safe.Furniture dated as well. Wi-Fi internet works in lobby, but not on the second floor. The TOP price for this room with AC unit is 400 bath, but even in low season (August) they will not give you a discount from listed price. Huge plus the BigC extra with 1 min walk from here. So you can buy food in BigC or eat in food court. It is about 15 min walk to the Siam bay. They will also keep your luggage free of charge during the day.
