• FERNEY SAUL (2/5): Parecia un hogar geriatrico - La ubicacion esta bien ,la cocina y el refrigerador de lo mejor daba un plus adixional La habitacion 107 mortal, 12 personas metidos en un cuarto para maximo 8 personas, era un hacinamiento critico una incomodidad al extremo no se podia dormir un cuarto que prefería dormir en el lobby del hostal a quedarme alla en el cuarto,un olor asqueroso pues el encierro de 12 personas con aire acondicionado pero sin centilacion natural lo hacia muy critico que sali enfermo y las colçhonetas ya muy apachurradas todo un fraude

• Aarón (1/5): Lamentable, tan lamentable que preferí dormir en mi coche que pasar dos noches en cómo le quieran llamar a eso. - Que se respetarán los horarios de dormir ya que la gente mueve muebles hasta las 00:30 e incluso más tarde, que se limpiarán más los baños y las duchas, que salga el agua más caliente porque me he tenido que duchar con el agua prácticamente fría, no hay sábanas en las camas ni cambian la funda de la almohada y las camas son de lo peor que he dormido nunca. Nada.

• xavi (6/5): Hostel sin ambiente hostel - Está bien tener una taquilla bajo llave en habitación compartida. Al menos , en mi habitación, de enchufe cerca de la cama nada. 2 enchufes para 6 literas... a la hora de compartir con desconocidos se hace un poco difícil dejar el movil cargando sin vigilar. Supongo que el precio y zona hace que vivan en él más gente "sin recursos" que otra cosa. Todo huele a curry

• Alice (1/5): Mauvaise - J'ai réservé deux lits par erreur et au lieu de me donner deux mais en haut car c'est des lit superposés c'est très mal réfléchi ils auraient dû préparer un pour une personne qui réserve pour deux personnes le wifi je n'en savais pas s'il y en avait et pas de prise dans la chambre sauf USB c'est pas tous qui ont des chargeurs comme ça pour quelqu'un qui sort tôt avec un téléphone décharge quelle galère bref mal dormi l'accueil sympa mais une mauvaise organisation des lits J'ai dormi dans la peur avec un téléphone à plat en plus pour se garer difficile personne ne parle français c'est dommage des travailleurs des endroits comme ça devrait savoir parler minimum trois langues français et anglais rajouter à leur langue

• Ann-Clarisse (1/5): Médiocre & très sale - Uniquement l’emplacement J’avais réservée pour mon enfant de 11 ans & moi à mon arrivée on me dit que la réservation était uniquement pour moi du coup le monsieur est moi on s’est arrangé du 18 jusqu’au 23 au lieu du 24 , normalement je devrais avoir une chambre pour mon enfant et moi uniquement mais à ma grande surprise j’ai dû partager ma chambre avec 2 autres personnes sur des lits superposés. Je précise que mon enfant a 11 ans et il est très fragile comme beaucoup d’enfants de son âge , on a partager la chambre avec une personne de type transgenre qui la nuit ne s’est pas gêné de se masturber devant mon enfant , il y avait beaucoup de cafards dans la chambre, pas de climatisation & surtout les draps sales et beaucoup de bruits impossible de dormir . Du coup à ma grande surprise l’hôtel nous met à la porte brusquement le 21 à 10h du matin je leurs est montrer ma réservations sur booking ils en avaient strictement rien à faire. J’ai pas pu prendre de douche ni moi ni mon fils car ils nous ont mis la pression pour quitter l’hôtel , j’ai appeler booking ils m’ont jamais donner de suite .

• Francesca (4/5): - Lo staff era davvero gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare. Più che un ostello sembrava un dormitorio pubblico... mi sono tagliata con un chiodo sporgente appena aperta la porta per entrare. Prima cosa, mentre il ragazzo della reception mi stava ancora mostrando il mio armadietto, ci ho trovato uno scarafaggio dentro. Non c'era buono odore, in nessun ambiente. Si vede che lo staff fa il possibile per mantenere puliti i bagni, ma non ci riesce.

• Valentina (6/5): Barato - La amabilidad de las personas tantos hospedadas como el personas del lugar, me gustó que las pertenencias tenían loker quiero decir cajas fuertes y grandes para guardar tus pertenencias Pues estaría bien que la ubicación la especificaran mejor para las personas que tal vez no conocen la zona, además una toalla se cobra a parte, la limpieza tanto el baño como las habitaciones estaba bien pero si la mejoran más, sería increíble

• Nina MbN (6/5): - Me ha gustado que hay un baño para bañarse dentro de la habitación y hay otro baño pero para el aseo dentro de la habitación. Me ha parecido curioso y bonito que haya dos tipos de baño. Que me han puesto la cama de arriba y no la de abajo. Yo pedí la cama de abajo tienen que ser más atentos en lo que uno escribe que necesita.

I didn’t have much problems at that point till I had problems with the receptionist. I couldn’t stay in that place for more than a day (I originally booked it for 2 nights). I asked for a refund of my second night and the guy on the reception told me it’s done your refund will come. I was like when is it gonna come? He told me it’s going to be at the end of the month. I waited till the end of the month and did NOT receive my refund, even when I called him he told me he would send Booking.com an Email and then I called him again to find out that I cannot be refunded. After I was lied 1 month after that I had access to a refund. Never dealing with anything related to that hostel!! Do not recommend at the slightest. As soon as I arrived the room wasn’t ready. Los mismos migrantes generan un ambiente tenso e incómodo para la estadía. Solo me quedé una noche de las 3 que había solicitado y no les importó nada al respecto nisiquiera preguntaron.

• Marie (1/5): A fuir. - Absolument rien, établissement à fuir. Établissement dans un état de propreté très précaire voir insalubre. Pour avoir fait beaucoup d’auberges de jeunesse auparavant je n’ai jamais vu aussi sale. Des gens airent dans les couloirs, poussettes entassé dans les couloirs, salles de bain inondé, papier toilettes usée et étalés sur le sol des toilettes. Tout laisse à pensé que les gens dans une situation précaire y vivent à l’année. Pas de règles de vie dans l’auberge de jeunesse : appelle en pleine nuit en haut parleur dans la chambre, cri, lumière … Peu dépannée mais à éviter au plus possible surtout pour les femmes ( dortoir sensé être mixte mais uniquement des hommes dans notre chambre ).

• Eva (3/5): Hostel del horror - Me gusto la ubicación ya que esta cerca de la linia de metro No me gusto que los recepcionistas me hicieran mal el check inn, las camas super incomodas, que en una habitacion de 8 solo enchufe para 2! Y tampoco me gusto que no se señalice cuando se friega el suelo ya que es muy resbaladizo, yo que ya vengo de una lesion casi me hago mas daño porque no lo han señalizado

• Martika (9/5): - Cama cómoda, especialmente la almohada. El único lugar en el que he estado en el que ésta es adecuada para dormir bien. El aire acondicionado estaba estropeado y daba un calor tremendo. Deberían poder apagarlo en estos casos.
