• Lauren (6/5): Location and pool was good, breakfast and unworking elevators made it not worth it. - Pool and location. Pool was warm and kids enjoyed it. The location was close to things like dunkin, other fast food and grocery. Close enough to Legoland which is where we were going but there were other options closer that I would've chosen instead based on our experience. Coffee machine in the lobby is nice (fresh ground). Refrigerator in the room is key with little kids- able to bring juices and fruit from home (see below as to why this was needed) First room we got smelled awful- so bad we were gagging (like wet dog). The 2nd room was fine on 3rd floor but the elevators didn't work the entire first day were there which meant going up the stairs with 2 toddlers multiple times. The breakfast was not good either. Didn't have any fruit, no pancakes, no cinnabuns, and only sausage as a protein which no one in my family eats. One of the reasons we stayed here/picked this one over another was for the breakfast and now wish we hadn't. We all just ate cereal and only option was whole milk. Also none of the soda machines or ice machines were working. They had bagged ice in the lobby. The outlets in the room were weird- there was an outlet on the sink counter but it was blocked so you could not use it. They provided only 2 full sized towels for a 2 queen room which slept us 4. Short 2 towels.

• john (9/5): Super nice for the price and it was really close to things stores food ect. - I had 3 sausage patties for breakfast and they were good o don't like instant eggs so I opted out of those. The kitty out back was so cute my wife loved it! Not a negative thing to say! Instant eggs lol

• Kaitlyn (4/5): - Easy access - coffee in lobby Room was mildew. Pool was out of order and was not mentioned prior to booking - in fact the clerk that checked us in gave us the pool hours. When we talked to the manager about a discount he stated that he could give a discount for a future stay but then when I called to Book he was unable to offer the aforementioned discount because it was a “busy season.” The pancake machine was out of order our entire stay and the dryer took three cycles to dry a small load.

• Chinigo (8/5): Good for a few nights - Very nice people working there. Answered all questions and helped with laundry issue. Location was good. We had a party to go to in Windsor. Well bathroom had a lot to be desired. Safety bar was mounted and split the tiles. I guess they were just glued back on. Tub had a few hairs on it which was a complete turn off. I did want to comment on both the washer and dryer did not work. Sign said washer was broken nothing about the dryer. Put money in dryer didn't work no refund. Had to go to the front desk. Told the man to fix that sign. He was very nice. He took my pants and dried them in the back room, and gave me a refund. Everything worked out well. If he didn't do that for me, I would have had to go to the Laundromat next building over and pay for one pair of slacks for 5 mins , of heat. He really saved the day for me. Ice machines didn't work on every floor, however they made individual bags available. That I thought was a great idea.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not worth the price at all - The room odor was disgusting. The curtains were broken and dirty. The bare minimum in room amenities is contained in this room. Not even the little pen and paper are in your room. The breakfast was even a disappointment. If I paid for a one/two star facility I would have understood that you get what you pay for. This room was priced like a three/four star hotel with one star quality. Not what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

• sarah (9/5): I'd stay again - in a quiet corner of town. beds were comfy, room was spacious. plenty of onsite parking. the breakfast was a good variety. there is a dunking donuts right next to hotel which is nice. there was a blinking light on the ceiling that was obnoxious. made it hard to fall asleep for both myself and my travel partner.
• Michele (6/5): - We arrived at the hotel about 3:00 in the afternoon. We soon discovered that the TV did not work. We contacted the front desk. They did nothing. We contacted them by phone later. They did nothing. We tried to contact them a 3rd time when we went to dinner. No one was at the desk, and they did not come when we rang the bell. The lack of response was upsetting. When we stayed here last week, the fire alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning, and we had to evacuate. We got no apology or explanation. The breakfast on that date was out of orange juice, eggs, sausage, muffins, and coffee cups. It was later replenished, but we were annoyed that we had to wait. We will not be back.

There was no apology, explanation, or compensation given by the staff. Also, there were no eggs, sausage, or cinnamon rolls, orange juice, and coffee cups at breakfast. This was disapppinting considering what we paid for the room.

It was quick check in and the moment we walked in the hotel smelled so good compared to the super 8. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and the location only steps away from a Dunkin', which was great because my only complaint about my stay was the food. Very few options, the pancake maker was broken, and almost no fruit. The tea and coffee options were not great and the water had a smell. Great place to stay, just eat elsewhere and pack drinking water.

The breakfast was a great variety of hot and cold meals for u to choose from. Some things u can even take on the go. My kids enjoyed the pool and the free wifi. Will return in the future if I need to go to some thing in that area again. No brochers to near by attractions.
