- Angienewlook (10/5): Great place for the best Dominican flair - This hotel is so convenient, for shoppers, for fine dine lovers and for people who look to get a great customer service. We stayed there three nights and had a great time, loved the breakfast and specially Belkis the waitress was so attentive and professional.

- Jennifer (4/5): Worst night at a hotel - Check in was slow, the room wasn’t ready when I got there even though it was already check in time. Then they gave me the wrong room, a double bed when I had reserved and paid for a king. They finally changed it after like an hour and a half and gave me the right room but there was loud music in the pool area at 2am that didn’t let me sleep and despite calling the front desk numerous times they didn’t know where the music was coming from. I was only there for one night and it was a terrible experience, I couldn’t rest at all.

The barbecue serves during the dinner is great! Many types of meats, salads and sides. Really worth it. It is very well located. It is possible to go around by foot. The access to the BlueMall is easy, there are very fancy stores and restaurants inside. Hope to join it again sooner.

Si mi esposa no se hubiera dado cuenta, me timan más de $1,600US. En adición, te cargan por adelantado a tu tarjeta una cuantía muy en exceso a otros hoteles. Muy caro para lo que es. Hay otros hoteles de excelente calidad, a mitad de precio y algunos incluyen desayuno.

- paulgJ4406DU (4/5): Horror weekend stay at a JW Marriott. - I classified the hotel as a 3-star hotel. The hotel had an electrical fire while we visited. Backup generators failed. Power went out a second time while having breakfast at the hotel's Blue Mall lobby. Had to walk up to the lobby and had my luggage walk down 16 stories because we had to catch a flight back home. Never got an opology from the hotel nor a credit for the inconvenience.

- Philis (2/5): - Unfortunately my stay was met with disappointment. It started off with the unwelcoming receptionist at the front desk. I understand everyone has bad days but at least try to mask it. However I wasn’t going to let this ruin my experience. Boy was I wrong! My girlfriend and I proceeded to enter our room and noticed it it didn’t have a unpleasant smell. The room smelled moldy. It was as if someone had placed a bag of wet laundry and let it sit overnight. I noticed it wasn’t just my room, I had also booked three other rooms for my family and we all had the same issue. I had to switch rooms three times because all three rooms smelled exactly the same. The room I finally chose still smelled but wasn’t as prominent. It was the best of the worse. We also visited the lobby bar a couple time during our stay and noticed that morning customer service isn’t as friendly as the night shift. On day two our toilet broke down and took 6 hours to fix. I’ve been to many Marriott’s and this was the worst experience. What saves this hotel is the location which is prime! 10/10. The hotel is literally located within the blue mall which was convenient. Unfortunately I do not recommend.

- Tracey (8/5): - The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were tidy and comfortable. The guests in the adjacent room were a little noisy at times. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast each morning and ordered from room service. The hotel is in a convenient location for shopping, and the level of security that the hotel provided was noticed and appreciated.
