From start to finish, everything was handled with utmost professionalism and care. The banquet team, led by Azin and his team, was incredibly attentive, well-organized, and ensured that every detail ran smoothly. The kitchen crew, under the leadership of Chef Danny, served absolutely delicious food that received endless compliments from our guests. With a booking for 1,100 pax, the portions were more than sufficient and served promptly without any issues. A very special thank you also goes to our Person-In-Charge, Puan Mazlina, who coordinated everything seamlessly and guided us with warmth and efficiency throughout the planning and execution of the event.

High praise to Ms Mazlina for hosting the event in such short notice with such high levels. The event was smooth and the ballroom given was luxurious. The spacious and comfortable grand ballroom, equipped with fast and reliable WiFi, ensured that our event ran smoothly and flawlessly. The generous booth space for employer agencies also made our arrangements throughout the program much easier. Moreover, we were highly impressed with the friendly and professional service from the entire hotel staff starting from the warm greetings by the security guards, receptionists at the front desk, banquet assistants, kitchen staff, café servers, all the way to the marketing management officer, Ms. Mazlina and her team, who attended to us with great care and attentiveness. The comprehensive parking facilities including spaces for cars, buses, and underground parking also provided additional convenience throughout our stay. With all these excellent facilities and outstanding service, I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future

We booked our reservation through Mazlina,she was the Pic in charged. She was friendly and easy to work with. We were assisted and served by the F&B Service Staff which were Lexmi, Bala, Mashood and Kamal who did their best in ensuring our gathering was really enjoyable and a pleasant one.The food spread was of course worth the money we paid for and that, we would like to thank the Kitchen Staff lead by Che Salem and his team. I, personally like the salad counter and the coffee choices. My friends and I had a great time. This was our 4th time here and we will definitely choose Buzz Cafe, Premier Hotel again. They had just renovated the cafe and it looked amazing.

- Getaway40416955427 (8/5): CROWNING EVENT AT GRAND BALLROOM - We had our Crowning of Mrs Malaysia 2024 event at their Grand Ballroom and Letchu - the event floor manager for the setup and on the day of event was such a responsible person. He manage to get all our last minute requests in without delay and literally was on the ground doing the setup and coordinating with his team. Well done Letchu.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hello, Last week, we booked the Superior Triple Room. The front desk staff was so friendly, and greet us well. After that we check-in the room. Satisfied with the room, so spacious. But, the moment we entered the room, it have that unpleasant smell, probably from the carpet. Then, we checked the bathroom/toilet. It has cigarette smell, even tough we asked for no smoking room. Also, one plug is not functioning on the right side of the queen bed (below air-cond regulator). Other than that, we are very happy and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your service.
- Leif Gehlert (8/5): - I booked executive floors to have a pleasant stay in their executive lounges, but it was closed due to no customer. So it was waste of money to book at executive floor.
- kim (6/5): - The hotel is clean but the service is very poor for a tourist. We could not get any information from the front desk or concierge about what to see or do in Klang and the surroundings. No tourist info, no maps to help. Looks like a hotel for business people only. Fortunately being a resident of Klang in the 1950's I can remember some of the places of interest but for my daughter from Germany this was a real disappointment.
- Tan (10/5): Satisfaction - Bring along my parents to Klang and stay in this hotel, front desk staffs are polite and efficient. Room is clean and cheerful, nearby are shopping mall tesco and aeon, we have a very nice day over here, totally worth for the price

- Kalaimani (8/5): Sign boards - The hotel room, cleaniness & service was good. Since there is some construction is going on infront of the hotel it would be better if there are sign board for entry into the hotel. There was a number of turning and not sure of the entrance.

- Michael (6/5): Not up to my expectation - Not amazing. I was disturbed on the eve of my check-out. Room service rang the doorbell at 12.18am insisting that I ordered room service. I told that guy he make a mistake and insisted that I ordered. I was fast asleep and let alone order room service. After a few mins of disputing he left grudgingly. I couldn’t sleep thereafter. Just wondering how could room service makes such mistake. Another issue is that only two teabags were provided in each room. Normally, in Most hotels at least four or five packets of different flavours.

They delivered two plates of a combined yellow noodles and kway Teow . Besides their food was very Salty. We realised later that all their food were Salty. We told the Manager of the restaurant about the next morning.

E.g Poor and slow coordination between different depts in the hotel. The bill at breakfast was not processed in time for check out and the staff had to chase me in the carpark for payment of Milo. Reception staff told me it was not their duty to collect the payment.... this was poorly coordinated. What if i had already left the hotel? Reception staff cannot answer simple requests and have to check everything with duty manager....

- RANDY (4/5): Unpleasant experience. - I have requested & was given a Non-smoking room. However, the first day when I entered into the room, there was a stale cigarettes smell in it. There were stains on the bedsheet. In addition, the telephone was not in working order that I have to go down to the front desk to get their housekeepers and technician to address my complaints. However, I still continued to experience cigarette smell especially, in late night at around 11pm in the following day that I asked for a transfer to another room which doesn't as bad as the first one even though there were still some stale smell.

- Siva (10/5): Enjoyable experience. - The stay at the hotel was a very enjoyable experience. Staff was extremely polite and very hospitable. There is ample shopping and good eateries nearby. For relaxation, there is the massage and spa at the hotel with very experienced service staff. Good location for a weekend getaway. The only drawback was that beer and liquor were not served at the hotel. Why I do not know.
- Jasmine (10/5): Pleasant stay at Premiere Hotel. - Was my mother 4th or 5th stay with Premiere and my 1st stay with them. Hotel service staff was great and we had a pleasant short stay. The room requested was allocated to us and was very clean. Nearby is Tesco so getting other amenities was not a problem. Had arranged for Airport Transfer both ways. The driver was very courteous and had good driving skills. Will definitely stay with Premiere when I return to visit my relatives.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice, comfortable rooms - Rooms are clean and comfortable. It is right next to a Tesco and there are restaurants next door. It is also a short car ride to the Aeon Mall. Check-in and check-out process took a bit of time as there was only 1 person managung it even though there were other staff at the counter.

- CT (10/5): Clean and big room - The room is clean, big and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Hotel is next to Tesco which is reachable by walking. Aeon Mall is just 2km away but you need to drive there or take a taxi. Anyway, Taxi or Grab are quite cheap in Malaysia. Overall, the stay is a pleasant one. Will stay here if we come to Klang again.

Still, around 8am plus, there is a cleaner ring our door bell, saying wanted to clear out room!!!! After pointing at the sign, she just say"ohhh.ok.didnt see... " than walk away!!!!!
- nik (8/5): nice business hotel - location is near to big shopping complexes, a hypermarket within short walking distance, near to klang port. room is clean and comfortable. however, the front desk staff were not that friendly. tired of fasting maybe.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The banging of doors was a nightmare. It was like guns going off early in the morning through to late at night. The gym was a let down. Small, no sanitizer, and ran out of towels.
- James (10/5): Near the place of bat kut teh - The room is comfortable, clean and near the Aeon Mall, but that is not the point. Most importantly the hotel is at the heart of bat kut teh! There’s a lot other very good food nearby as well.

- Siva (8/5): Hotel is located near to city and good amenities - My expectations on Klang Hotel werr low how Premiere Hotel change my perceptions. This hotel is very well maintained. Staffs are willing to help and guide us if we need any advice about the city or transport. Room is clean including the bathroom. Spa is amazing with affordable price. Overall I will always book Premiere hotel if I visit Klang again.

- Alex (8/5): Modern city hotel - for sure the best choice in Klang, modern, clean and with all amenities necessary, big Tesco store next door . You’ll need a car to get around though
- Nathan (8/5): Nice hotel within a peaceful part of Klang - There were few staff manned near the entrance, so if you're carrying a lot of luggage, expect to bring it up yourself to the lobby. Other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful, room was decently large, and was very clean. Having a three-person bedroom option was also a great plus for groups with odd numbers. Around the hotel, there are many easily accessible places to eat and hang out. At the moment, the area is rather quiet, but it may change upon completion of the LRT 3. Was an overall enjoyable stay.

- LAW (6/5): staff n room n service - When check in staff not friendly Room door cannot close need to use force.Parking ticket cannot use so have to wait at the exit for more than five minutes which is not acceptable for whatever excuses. At that many cars were waiting behind so embarrassing n annoyed. Must Rectify soonest possible.
