The location is ex - The location is excellent and the back rooms away from the street are quiet. The staff are helpful and friendly. The floors were very dirty and there were a lot of old rugs that didn't seem to have been cleaned in a long time - along with the sofas and chairs and baseboards. I have dust allergies, so it was not good for me. There was no restaurant or AC as advertised. The fan was sufficient in the heat but a bit noisy.

• Sheldon (7/5): Interesting theme, but if you prefer classic Mexican decor, colors - stay elsewhere. - Fortunately had a "preferred" room with a balcony and two doors to the balcony, for much daylight. the other rooms (that I peeked into) had smaller windows, so less natural light. THe theme (famous musicians and classical music) was chraming. Service at breakfast was slow, and we were obliged to pay for breakfast, when others had it included in the room rate.

Esta ubicado en el centro y aún así no se escuchan los ruidos de la calle. Bastantes conectores. Buen wi fi. Me gustó mucho el área del baño, con un espejo muy amplio y bien iluminado. Ofrecen un desayuno incluido sencillo pero llenador.
• Sheldon (7/5): Acceptable, and something to the positive side, but I’m unsure as to how other competitive locations and hotels may be. - Large room (this was the corner room with two full-size glass doors out to the balcony) and there was only a block from the Zocalo. Well, the theme is really interesting and engaging, it’s a little bit dated. It could use something of a facelift. (. All depends on your standards, of course). But there’s plenty of hot water, ample storage space, comfortable bedding and sheets, plus unlimited, filtered water from dispensers in the hallway.

• ojitodegato (9/5): Excelente relación calidad-precio, con habitaciones de lujo en pleno centro de la ciudad - Hotel muy amplio y luminoso, tanto en los espacios comunes como en la habitación que reservamos (Tchaikovsky). Ubicado en pleno centro, cerca de todos los hitos y calles imperdibles como turista. La habitación tenía un excelente sistema de aislamiento acústico, por lo que no molestaba mayormente el ruido exterior. La ducha, la comodidad de la cama (super king), etc.: todo excelente. El personal que atiende en recepción al parecer rota mucho y pareciera estar solo para los chek-in y check-out, sin mayor capacidad de interacción ni de solución de problemas. Ante un par de solicitudes que hicimos les costó reaccionar (y no dieron finalmente una buena solución al par de inquietudes). Nos dio la impresión de que no estaban "dentro" del funcionamiento del hotel. Eso hace que de la impresión de que finalmente no hay un equipo de recepción en el establecimiento. En el tema del desayuno, también se nota que el pequeño restaurante funciona de manera independiente: nunca se nos ofreció nada de allí, parecía un espacio frío y siempre sin clientes; incluso cuando solicitamos a recepción un té de manzanilla, nos dijeron que estaba cerrado y después de insistir nos buscaron un sobre con té para que lo preparáramos nosotros.

• Teresa (10/5): - Loved the unique theme to the hotel. Great touch with the record player playing the composer our room was named after. Loved the decor throughout the hotel and our room. Loved the balcony, too, overlooking the action! One block from zocalo. Great location! Nice shower towels and toiletries! Filter water and coffee supplied. The staff are lovely. The cleaner was lovely too and did a immaculate job! Highly recommended N/a personal taste but the coffee was a little weak for me! 😒

The floor was not clean, we had to ask the hotel to clean the bathroom as we saw footsteps marks in the bathroom floor. The street was also noisy with water trucks in the street until after midnight that make loud noise. We asked to change the room and the other room didn't have a clean floor either. It was one night only and the experience was not good.

• Samuel roberto (8/5): Estancia satisfactoria. - Me gustó mucho la hospitalidad y la sencillez de la recepción, sin cargos ridículos o absurdos, sin tener que lidiar con políticas inventadas o contratos adicionales que hacen la estadia pesada, el hotel muy amplio y con un diseño pintoresco, la temática musical lo hacía único y especial, la habitación por más sencilla que fuese no imposibilito el descansar plácidamente, sin contratiempos ni malos momentos, la habitación limpia, sin olores desagradables, decoración sencilla, pero con encanto, baño limpio y sin olor a humedad, muebles limpios y sin desgaste aparente, la cama como cojines y sábanas limpias, el colchón cómodo en medida de lo posible y con terraza con vista a la calle principal, además del detalle de tener agua potable a refill sin cargo extra, el Staff muy amable y servicial, localización excelente ya que permite turistear sin problema alguno con museos, arquitectura, restaurantes y catedrales muy cerca del mismo. Por lo mismo que la habitación tiene vista directa a la calle principal por la noche llega a ser molesto el escuchar voces, ruidos de coches, sirenas, camiones y cualquier otro ruido proveniente de la vía pública, no hace imposible el descansar, pero no es algo que no pueda pasar por desapercibido. No tiene estacionamiento propio, tiene convenio con un estacionamiento cruzando la calle, pero este cobra una pensión de $100.00 pesos por un horario de 22:00 a 08:00 hrs, toda hora fuera de este horario con un costo de $10.00 pesos lo que obviamente debes de tener en consideración dentro de los gastos mismos. El desayuno incluido deja mucho que desear, no es malo, ni incomible, de hecho es muy sencillo y este incluye fruta picada (1 porción) jugo (1 vaso) café (1 taza) y un cuernito de jamón o de dulce, no es un gran platillo y mucho.menos llena, pero cuenta con restaurante y con precios que rondan los 100.00-200.00 pesos por platillo, para considerar en el presupuesto.

Comodidad de las habitaciones. Acceso gratuíto al agua mineral. Situación inmejorable para desplazarte por todo el centro histórico. La amabilidad de su personal. Dos cosas: que se trarara de una habitación suite y no dispusiese de un mini frigo. Pero la que nos resultó más incómoda es la falta de insonorización de la habitación. Parecía que el tráfico pasara por dentro de ella, y especialmente el ruido de un camión auto-bomba TODAS las noches a eso de las 00:00 a 01:00 con un ruido ENSORDECEDOR. Difícil descansar en esas condiciones.

Alle notwendigen Pflegeprodukte im Bad in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Der Zocalo ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkhaus für den Mietwagen 50m entfernt. Für einen Aufenthalt von ein / zwei Nächten klare Empfehlung !

• Liza (1/5): No lo recomiendo 👎 - Lo escogimos por estar ubicado en el centro, pero realmente la experiencia fue fatal. Todo se veía super viejo, mal mantenido, olía raro, el baño no funcionaba…. FATAL. Resolvimos no quedarnos y perder el dinero de las dos habitaciones.
• Cornelia (10/5): - Schönes großes Zimmer, die klassische Musik sorgte immer für einen entspannten Vibe. Für Kaffe am Mogen auf dem Zimmer war immer gesorgt, das war perfekt! Zimmerreinigung hat stattgefunden, es war sauber und alles wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden. Man kann morgens unten im Café Frühstücken, das Frühstück war sehr gut. Will man Touren buchen, hilft einem das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption. Zum Zocatlo ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Wir haben es geliebt! Das Waschbecken bot keinen schönen Anblick und könnte erneuert werden, und die Möglichkeit, Handtücher aufzuhängen fehlt.

• Susa (9/5): We loved the place, very unique! - The concept was very nice and unique, we loved the music box inside each room and that everything in the decoration of it was planned and thought. So creative to have costumes you can try on. The rooftop was cute as well. The girls in the front desk were very professional and nice. We didnt try the breakfast but it wasn't appealing due to the options around the hotel. No Meeting Room / Office area.

The room and bathroom smelled strongly of chemicals, maybe paint or another strong cleaning chemical. Once the fan was on, it faded but it was very pungent. There is no window out outside so no open to let the room breathe.

• Janet (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. There was a record player with classical records in the room. Decor was music themed and quirky. Gear location.
• Gabriel (7/5): It was an acceptable place to stay but a bit in the expensive side for the facilities. - The location was great. It seemed a little cheesy with the type of materials such as the painting. It smelled like fresh paint. Also there was a TV but no TV channels to watch or even the local channels. Also, it was a bit noisy during the night, but it seems to be the case everywhere you stay.

• Mahesh (8/5): Really good experience and ideal hotel to experience Puebla - The location is excellent. The rooms were very spacious. The design with focus on music theme was really interesting and charming, a really unique concept! AC was ok but we needed it colder especially as our room faced the afternoon sun, but the hotel kindly provided standing fans which made it very comfortable
• Julie (8/5): Despite the AC issues, we loved the hotel. We recommend it to anyone traveling to Puebla - Great location. Beautiful rooms and art throughout the hotel. Phonographs and choices for classical music were wonderful. We appreciated the filtered water and coffee as well. Very warm at night. The AC didn’t cook the room much.
