- Debbie (7/5): I enjoyed my stay but more suited for a young family who can navigate the maze. - 6 dollar breakfast was good. Dining room was lovely. Enjoyed sitting by the river The pool was difficult to get to with all the stairs. Luckily we we on the first floor because partner would not of been able to climb the stairs.

- Lisa (9/5): Great place for the family to enjoy. - Pool was great, beautiful location. Amenities perfect for our needs. Pull out couch very uncomfortable. Difficult to sleep on.
- Gary (10/5): -
- Lynn (9/5): - I appreciated that they put our rooms close together beside each other, and one room actually had a pull out couch which an ex was an extra bonus for us because we had three in that room. Any requests we had from the staff were taken into consideration, and they were very thoughtful to meet our needs. Pool was a bit dirty with clumps of hair and drains, Band-Aids, etc.

- Alyammahi (1/5): Worst stay ever - The first night was fine, and the room itself was acceptable The stay was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the high price.
There was a clear lack of staff, and no proper services available at all.
Whenever I called reception for anything, the response was either “we don’t have it” or “you have to come to the reception to collect it yourself.”
On the second day, I specifically went to the reception to ensure the room would be cleaned before my return — but it was not cleaned at all.
When I complained, the receptionist gave an unprofessional and dismissive explanation, saying they only make sure the room is “suitable for stay” for the second night and that there was no housekeeping staff available. She promised to “look into it as a priority,” yet no one followed up for the rest of my stay.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and it was particularly disappointing for both myself and my children. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
- Victoria (9/5): Amaizing - The cleanness , location is very close from downtown, and from Bracebridge falls. Also I love the river view. The temperature of the indoor pool, was kind of cold.
- Bakhodir (9/5): - Well-maintained, clean facility with a friendly and helpful staff. Bowling was a joke back in 80th, though we were entertained for $ 40 :) it is time to renovate :)
- Soo Cheol (10/5): -
- Terry (9/5): - Very nice rooms. Clean and comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was available at the adjacent restaurant- $5 for a 2 egg, ham, hash browns and toast. Amazing deal. Would definitely stay again.
- Katherine (2/5): - Didn’t like that nothing was accessible for someone with a disability
- Noreen (8/5): - Liked the coffee and tea provided.
Staff friendly.
Hot tub and pool clean
One concern: bed seemed to be a double instead of queen size, as listed online.
- Jaimin (10/5): - Clean room
- Dumitru (9/5): -
- John (10/5): Comfortable room - The bed was good and the bed comfortable.
The only issue is that there was no elevator and I had to carry my luggage up to the second floor.
- Deep (4/5): - Won’t go there again
- Hellen (6/5): So-so stay - I’ve stayed at this hotel but not for 7 years, and frequent other QI locations. There was no bathroom fan leading to an extra humid room, the lock on ground floor window was completely busted, so easy to break in. The Northland bus stops here, and though they have a cigarette butt receptacle, they were littered on sidewalk in front of lobby. The sheets were 55/45 poly cotton blend. Yuck. To add to a not comfortable mattress, no foam topper, the polyester blend sheets made me sweat.
Nice things were location, pet friendly, great staff and check in experience, plus the tea/coffee station in lobby.
- Gerry (8/5): - Restaurant wasn't great. Breakfast not as ordered and not great value
- Terry (8/5): - They have a bowling alley. A gym and a pool. Also had 2 EV chargers
- Brianna (4/5): - In need of updates. No fan in the bathroom so there was a good amount of mould growing on the shower tiles. Hot tub jets do not work, it just a warm bath. The head boards were falling apart and the beds were uncomfortable, but the room was clean (minus the mould) and the staff at check-in were friendly. The location was good, close driving distance to many restaurants. Likely wouldn’t stay there again. Over priced for what you get.
- Anna (8/5): - Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed due to unforeseen circumstances so I didn’t get a chance to check it out. I loved the room. It was cozy and warm, and I loved the view of the water. I was a little bit disappointed, though that the grounds were kind of dirty with litter, and I wasn’t comfortable seating by the water.
- safoora (8/5): - Room was clean. mattress was not very good . they were soft and for people with back pain, it is not comfortable. I think because of the humidity, the property and the room smelled musty.
- Ankur (10/5): - It was good experience
- Leeanna (6/5): - Staff was nice. Property needs some updating and more amenities (filtered water, etc). Onsite restaurant is convenient but food and service could be better. Other food options are less convenient.
- Shirley (6/5): - The restaurant view was lovely but the food was poor
- Donna (9/5): Very good experience. - Beautiful location. Clean and quiet.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
- Jessi (6/5): - We stayed July 2025, dated hotel but well maintained and clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the bowling alley. Restaurant on site was a nice touch. When we checked in there was a very strong smell of cleaning solution in the room (like strawberry car cleaner) multiple staff were very helpful in trying to resolve the problem and eventually changed our room. We will be back next year for sure.
- Steven (10/5): - Great place for me and my dog
- Amanda (8/5): - It was fine. The restaurant was nice, food was good. They have a $5 full breakfast which was nice.
- joy (10/5): - Great value for the money.
- Chris (6/5): - Not bad
- Halim (8/5): - Great serice , restaurants close to enjoy the food, pool hottub was great.
Room nice and cleaned 😊
- Kelly (8/5): Was close to Santa’s Village, Downtown Bracebridge and not too far from Port Carling. My son loved the pool and enjoyed - Location, pool, bowling and breakfast at the restaurant was really good! N/A
- Lauren (10/5): - This was a repeat trip. The hotel is on a very nice property, easy to get to, easy parking. All around convenient, clean and nice staff.
- Craig (8/5): - Convenient spot near fun things to do with the kids like mini putt. Bowling onsite. Good pool and overall great value.
- Jade Lynn (10/5): - Perfect for families, so much to do!
- Erika (7/5): Quick one nice stay. - Clean, easy to get too. Nice pool and view The air freshener or cleaner they used was over powering and did not smell good.
- Mark (8/5): - Although clean and comfortable they are aspects that seemed a bit dated. No usb ports in our room is one example
- Jacob (6/5): -
- Edwards (10/5): -
- Tracy (7/5): Great stay for any age!! - Love that everything is in one place. We could dock our boat up the street and take the river to the lake. Had fun bowling downstairs. We didn't get time to swim in the pool but the fact that it is open to an outside area was nice. It's dated as far as the carpeted stairs go but our room was nicely updated, clean and the shower was AMAZING! Lots of hot water and excellent pressure. We tried the restaurant across the street called "Burgers". It's incredible! You can have a drink, have a meal and then hit the awesome ice cream parlour. They can make it all!!! Next door....mini put. We are an adult couple but great for families with children to stay as well. Unfortunately very dated by the carpet on the stairs and in the halls. Doesn't reflect the updated rooms. If you have accessibility issues you have to have a main floor room...no elevator. You can't get to the bowling alley/pool tables or the pool. If you're going to update the rooms, you should update the coffee machine in the rooms. My husband had to go downstairs and get coffee in the morning.
- Sunil (8/5): - Nice to have swimming pool, pool table, and bowling in facility. Very good service. Hotel could do with some renovations.
- richard (6/5): - The only complaint I have is the room and contents are dated and could use some fixture updates . One example the shower heads
- Brittany (10/5): - This was a perfect stay for our children after a long drive and a fun day at Santa’s village. The children were so excited to be by the river side and the pool and bowling alley was a HUGE hit and saving grace to tire our children out. The staff were so helpful with recommendations and accommodations. It was a wonderful trip
- Amy (8/5): - Other then there being old food left in the freezer , our stay has been great, the room is clean & well setup.
- Carolyn (10/5): -
- Andrea (8/5): - Property is good with children, close to Santa's Village. The hotel has pool and hot tub, bowling alley. The other side of the road had mini golf, ice cream shop. Playground close, short walk to the park. You can lunch you SUP in case you want to paddle. The hotel offers tea and coffee, however it run out of the favorable fruit tea. The staff answer was that too many people used it and they never replaced it while we were there. Same with morning coffee, the staff never checked to make a new batch of coffee, rather replying that too many people drinking it. Yes that what people do in the morning, especially when the hotel is full. Staff wasn't friendly when you asked for anything...Gym is not so good as all the children needs to go through middle of the gym to the pool. Also some of the equipment ready to be replaced, even small things like the yoga mat, or the sanitizer dried out long time ago.
- Kerri (7/5): -
- Mariah (8/5): -
- Lyn (1/5): The room was nice but the double payment for the room was frustrating!!! I am a Senior on a fixed in - I paid online $171 and it came out of my account! The front desk at Quality Inn Bracebridge, Ontario said the room was NOT PAID!!! And I had to pay $252 at the desk!!!! STILL TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!
- Stephanie (8/5): - $5 breakfasts, location close to everything Pool could have been warmer
- Moe (4/5): - We spoked to the front desk twice how cold the pool was and still no change ,I even asked if there was a daycare beside our room and very non chalante said no there just noisy ,,the restaurant is the slowest service ever and the food had no taste other than the ceasar salade and sixteen dollars for a small pita bread pizza is way to expensive sorry we won’t be back ,,,,,
- Kelly (8/5): - The free 24 hour coffee in the lobby was delicious! The staff was very friendly the afternoon front desk clerk was very helpful and kind she made fresh coffee in the evenings for me!
- Sheila (7/5): All in all we enjoyed our stay. - Location was great and also restaurant food was awesome with a beautiful view of river. Staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately power went out so couldn’t use facilities. Also room was up on second floor and very difficult as no elevator to get lugguage up and down. I had to get staff to bring it up and down for me. Very kind of them.
- Judith (8/5): It made for a great short family vacation! - Wonderful location on the river.
Great new restaurant with indoor/outdoor eating. The breakfast was superb!
We used the indoor pool and we used the bowling alley.
Across the street from mini golf and a burger place. Lots to do! The rooms need updating.
- Bill (10/5): -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Stay elsewhere! - Will not let you in your $225. a night room till 4 pm, get out at 11am! Bathroom door sounded like a Barn door opening & closing. Mostly contractors spend the night to hit the job next day.
- Davis (8/5): - Staff help ful and friendly Bathroom small
- larry (8/5): - We loved the river view. The restaurant had a good breakfast deal for guests. The pool and hot tub were very clean with perfect temperatures. It would be nice to have a comfortable chair in the room. Enjoyed our stay!
- Lynn (8/5): - Excellent hotel. Only downside for us was that there aren’t any elevators.
- Anna-Maria (9/5): Relaxing - The food was excellent at the restaurant and a lovely view. Also the bowling alley although very old we had some fun playing. Not near things to walk to but okay
