Its not a 1/2/3 star hotel its like a lodge with ac room more. Bathroom was not clean Bed sheet were having stains Electric kettle was having stains inside Floor was not dry Shower head was leaking Door knob lock for bathroom was not of use they kept rubber stopper to close the door.

Старый дом, более 100 лет, стоящий в двух шагах от океанского побережья. Высоченные потолки, огромные окна. Номера в колониальном стиле. Аскетизм и достоинство. Минимализм в интерьере. И аскетизм номера создают иллюзию полного погружения в 60-70 годы. Все пропитано духом романтики. Да есть определенные проблемы, но они ничтожны по сравнению с подаренной возможностью перенестись в прошлое. Спасибо. Если бы у меня была возможность прожить полгода в Коломбо - я провел их именно в этой гостинице. В этом же номере. Спасибо!

They made an early check-in possible, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made my arrival much smoother. • DANUSHKA (9/5): Worth for money - Great hotel in a perfect location! It’s very close to important offices, banks, and many good restaurants, which makes everything very convenient. The staff including Rajah are also extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended! Nothing

• Arvind (7/5): Unbeatable location, but needs some TLC - I recently stayed at Comfort@15 (Feb 2026)and the location is easily its best feature. Being so close to the Kollupitiya Railway Station made getting around incredibly easy, and having the beach and major Colombo landmarks within short distance was a huge plus. The staff were curteous and accommodated our requests. However, the property itself is feeling a bit dated. The building is in need of some upgrades and general renovation to bring it up to modern standards. If you prioritise being in the heart of the action, it’s a solid choice, but don’t expect brand-new facilities.

• Dinesh (10/5): Amazing value and super accommodating staff/management! - Amazing location. CBD in the heart of the city. Restaurants, shops and all the important businesses and was perfect to get my work and leisure time in central Colombo. The staff were just amazing and accommodating and always willing to oblige. Didn’t have certain frills like having it’s own pool etc but best of facilities are available for pretty much everything you want from entertainment, casinos, restaurants, cafes, spas and gyms within a short walk. So this was not a problem for what we paid to get a very comfortable nights sleep.
• K.A.S.SHYAMAL (9/5): I will definitely come here again. - My wife and I went to this hotel for a change. Everyone including the manager welcomed us very well and provided excellent service. All our needs were met efficiently. This is the hotel to go to for a change. I will also inform my friends about this. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned.It would be better if they spent a little more on maintenance.

One thing is need to say , tea and coffee not included the brekfast menu.They served artificial fruit juices. If can provide morning tea it should be better.

Had a relaxed stay at the hotel.Excellent location close to Galle face and walking distance to the main shopping areas Train station at a walking distance . Well maintained and clean.Thank you Mr. Vincent and the entire team for a pleasant stay. Will definitely recommend and visit again on my next trip to Colombo Nothing to dislike.

Spacious and clean room. 10 min drive to Galle face mall and beach. The housekeeping was good. No Television (a monitor was kept) AC was not effective. Poor Wi-Fi. The senior man @ reception (probably the owner) was a little rude.

• Simone (8/5): Bra - Jätte trevlig personal speciellt vincent. Väldigt hjälpsamma, ligger till frukostställe alldeles bredvid som serverade jättebra mat. Tar va 25 minuter att gå till centrum. Stora rum och väldigt rent. Man ser havet bara utanför, Galle road precis ovanför med matbutiker och shopping. Bra pris. Enda nackdelen är att tåget hördes väldigt väl in i rummet, men man vänjer sig med det.

At the end of trip, he asked me for Tuk Tuk with a meter by his kindness. He arranged a driver for dropping me off at a high-speed AirPort bus stop. But,The driver doesn't use mater, charged 400Rs!! Moreover,he dropped me off at a local bus stop‼ Vincent is a very nice person.　The lowest driver did not have the respect for Vincent
• udamamo (6/5): - 立地は、コロンボセントナスターミナルからトゥクトゥクで15分くらいのコッピタルヤというところです。バスターミナルから、100番、175番などのバスでも行けます。(ただ、乗り場が分かりにくいので、初回はバスターミナルからはトゥクトゥクの方が良いかも。)一方通行だらけなので、荷物が軽い人は近くで降ろしてもらってGoogle MApを見て歩いた方が良いと思います。大きなお世話ですが、トゥクトゥク乗るときはメーターが左上に付いているかご確認を！部屋はまあまあ広く快適でした。冷蔵庫付きですし、スタッフも明るく対応してくれました。ホテル出るとすぐ海で、海沿いを鉄道が走ってます。その 景色をすぐ見れるだけでもこのホテルに泊まって良かったです。一つだけ難がありました。部屋にwifiがありません。くれぐれもコロンボ空港でSIM買って下さい。(2.8GBで600LKRと激安です。しかも使い切っても街の至る所にチャージマシンがあり、簡単にチャージ出来ます。)次にコロンボ行くときはwifi付いていたら泊まろうと思います。

• Verified traveler (2/5): - My stay was a disaster as the room got flooded with a leaky roof damaging all I had bought books, clothing, gifts, etc. I also had a bad fall injuring myself (still being treated) and my iPad got completely immersed in water and had to be replaced. No responsibility taken by the hotel management and no compensation.!
• Henry (4/5): Scary - We arrived late after 35 hour plane rides, showed to our room and went to bed... at 2am someone tried to open our door repeatedly for 10 minutes! No knock no phone call !!! Finally after telling person to leave us alone three times my husband got clothes on and open the door, the manager said he had given us the wrong key!! That our key opened another room plus our room!!! Now we had a hard time sleeping
