• Johnny (8/5): Amazing fabulous stunning stepping back into time perfection incredibly clean beautiful flowers well - There was no breakfast however it was the most amazing friendly and clean and also spacious location that I have stayed in sometime I was so very happy to see they offered an outdoor barbeque dinner space for family and friends lots of parking it was really nice to see a kitchenette actually an actual kitchen fridge stove sink the whole 9 yards everything was a map of excellence coming to the cleaning part was extraordinary windows were absolutely immaculate no bugs not even a dead fly so these people definitely know what they’re doing they need five stars without a doubt and as for the couch in the living room I would throw it out in one minute the most uncomfortable boney thing that I’ve ever sat on as a matter of fact I was more comfortable on the wood chairs from the kitchen TV was sketchy didn’t get any channels I was disappointed in that however I give the place an eight out of 10 I would definitely go back there anytime as for the ambulance I was waiting for Lucille ball to bounce out of one of the cupboards at any time the place was awesome and I couldn’t believe how immaculate the fridge and oven and under the sink Just completely clean even double checked the cutlery and absolutely immaculate so they got 10 out of 10!!!!!! I don’t usually give such a great rating but I must admit these people know what they’re doing beautiful fresh flowers hanging outside all of the driveway and Seating out front area completely pressure washed and clean not even a spiderweb I just couldn’t believe how immaculate this place was no squeaky floors no strange smells no black mould just amazing this place is run within a lot of extra love and care congratulations to these great operators I have already sent my Contact list a connection to this amazing place and also forwarded to everybody that I know that comes from the United States and abroad to go to Osoyoos this is an absolute must stay for sure !!! The very first thing to do is replace the Chesterfield/couch this beast of a bone rack most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on outside of a bus bench the TV did not work none of the channels would come in and everything was in Spanish or something like that I absolutely love this place except for these two most important things so therefore in the evening I did not get to Lounge on the couch with pillows and watch my news hour or my favourite TV show it was very uncomfortable and a waste of space I felt quite cheated over this and kind of annoyed me for that I would give it a crappy rating but because I love this place so much I would say eight out of 10 and hope for the future that you replace these Chesterfields with something more comfortable for the paying customers

• Randy (1/5): This place needs some serious updates before I consider returning. - Location was good, this place would be great if they renovated. They have BBq's that work good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. From what I can tell most people stay one night and move along but the place is still quiet. You have parking out in front of the room. Hard to tell from the photos but the room we had was very dated. Kitchen cabinets were from the 1950's and had a bad smell. The shower stall was again from the 1950's and reminded me of a bathroom I renovated 30 years ago as it was past due back then. The doors/knobs were again from the 50's and had a good 15 coats of paint from the years and years of use. The bathroom sink was full of cracks and had me concerned it was going to break on me. Most uncomfortable and stained sofa that I've ever seen and the bed was a old stiff wire frame. We had to pull the mattress off the bed and put it on the floor because the frame kept wobbling as I would toss and turn struggling to sleep. They need new furniture and a full demolition before I will consider staying here again, another coat of paint is not going to fix this ugly piglet. Limited outlets, the fan pull cord was fixed with duct tape, kitchen chairs were wobbly. I think I have pretty low standards expecting the place to be clean, which it was but I think I found my limit. Also keep in mind that I stayed at the end of busy season, for the stains on the floors and sofa they may be due for a steaming. Unfortunately, when you book with Booking.com you have no choice to pay for your room if you walk away and stay somewhere else. If I was viewing the room before paying I would not have stayed. If you are on a tight budget and are consider staying stop in first to view a room so that you are not disappointed. Otherwise if booking unseen, I do not recommend. Very unhappy wife on this booking, put a pretty big damper on our whole vacation.

• Hui (7/5): - The owner was really nice. We arrived early, and he let us checked in early, so we didn't have to find a place to go in the hot weather. There is a kitchen in the unit, and it is easy to cook simple meals. There are few flies in the unit.

• Alvin (9/5): It had everything we needed for stop on our trip. - The unit had a kitchen, sitting area and a separate bedroom. It is an old motel without recent upgrades but it was clean and well maintained.

Personale molto cortese, ottima posizione vicino alla strada, ma non rumorosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per una sosta veloce. L'ambiente risulta caldo, c'è una pala a soffitto e il condizionatore, che però risulta molto rumoroso.

• Pearl (9/5): A little Gem in Osoyoos. - The room was spacious, very clean, and wifi was fast. There were 2 bbq to use, we cooked out, as we were tired of take out food. The price was good. The location was good. I would book here again. It was quiet. They need to have more outlets, or extension power bars. Now days, people have to plug in their electronics, and phones.

• Ron (10/5): Awesome stay. - It is a quiet-relaxing location with garden area, if you want to sit outside, especially at night. The motel is close to grocery stores, gas station, restaurants and coffee shops. It is also 15minutes walk to the lake. It has a kitchen too with basic utensils. Owners are very nice and approachable. The motel itself is spotless and well cleaned. The only comment I have is the smell when I first entered the room. I guess it is from the aircon. I guess air refresherner would be a good idea. We had to use a car air refreshener, which worked pretty good to eliminate the smell for the whole stay. Will surely keep this motel in mind and come back, for future visit.

• June (7/5): It was ok. - It was quiet, peaceful stay. Fully equipped kitchen, good size fridge. Living room couch was comfy to sit on. They didn't turn on the air conditioning prior to arrival like many other do. Both of our beds were wobbly, mine even squeaks every time I turn.

A total throw back in time but so well kept, spotlessly clean and the on site owners could not possibly be more accommodating. • Sookey (8/5): Cute Motel - We got in late and the host waited for us to give us the key. Very nice I liked the feel of the place. Hanging baskets, picnic area. Lots of room. We didn't use the kitchen, but appreciated it was available. Can't think of anything. We weren't there long.

• Rose (10/5): I would highly recommend this motel to anyone wishing to stay in Osoyoos. - The location is excellent. While along a major transportation route (Hwy 97) the sound of traffic is deadened by the lowered position of the motel off the highway, and by a hedge. The only way the stay could have been better was if the suite bedroom had had 2 double beds in it, instead of the queen beds, to provide more walking room around the beds.
