Mình rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm tại Mường Thanh Sông Lam và sẽ quay lại khi có dịp.

Overall it was nice but very pricey The breakfast was amazing with variety of local food and international ones. The promoted restaurant on first floor was completely empty and we were not sure if we are suppose to be there. The menu was quite scarce. For the rooftop bar you need to take the stairs from 32 floor and when we arrived it was empty with lights off and staff was missing. There seemed to be cockroach remains in the warming pot for the water so we couldnt make the complimentary coffee which looked good.

• Andy (8/5): - It is a slightly old hotel but still 5 stars in my opinion in vinh city. I do not understand why there are many bad reviews. We should not expect much until we compared this with other hotels within vinh city. This is already considered good given the size and the service of the staff are all acceptable too. Breakfast is probably not for local taste though but suffice for travellers though not the best, but come on, we are paying only this much, we cannot expect the same 5 stars level as hanoi or hcmc which is 3 times the price or 4. If the food selection has more local, that will be great! But spread is ok for international travellers.

• Sonjoy (5/5): Best Availability in the Area - Very Big Rooms and reception lobby My colleague and I, went to roof top bar and restaurant, it was deserted with no body there, we went to 2nd floor restaurant, there was no body, then we went to reception floor restaurant for dinner, except two staff there were no one at that restaurant, so we were concerned about the food freshness and went outside to a pizza place to have our dinner. All floor lobby has carpet, whey rooms doesn't have ! All the floor lobby Air Conditioning is closed and not operated and its very hot. But considering there is no option nearby, this looks like only best option and you have to go whatever they offer!

• Mardelle (8/5): Nice hotel - A nice hotel for the price. decent sound proofing at the back of property 7th floor away from main road. I am a light sleeper and I stayed extra nights. Breakfast was also good for the price. It is not 5 star by western standards but good for SE Asia. The reviews about staff not speaking English, is rude, it is Vietnam, I never expect this. I love eating the countries food, try it, bacon and eggs or western foods are not served for breakfast. The staff are lovely and do their best to help.

• Hải (2/5): Terrible - Nothing The staff was extremely unfriendly and lacked any sense of hospitality. Due to work commitments, I had booked and prepaid for a late check-out at 3:00 PM. However, at 3:04 PM, just as I was preparing to leave, the front desk—specifically Mr. Quân and Mr. Dương—called my room to inform me that I would be charged an additional 50% of the room rate for staying between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. I was completely taken aback by this, as no one had clearly informed me at check-in or payment that "even being one minute late would result in an additional charge." When I asked for leniency since I was only a few minutes late, they firmly refused, escalating the conversation into a tense exchange. Only when I insisted on speaking with a higher-level manager did they finally agree to make an exception. Technically, I may have been at fault for checking out a few minutes late, but this is not my first business trip or my first stay at a five-star hotel, and I have never encountered such rigid and inhospitable staff. Additionally, the hotel’s facilities were outdated, with carpets that were rarely cleaned, leading to an unpleasant odor. The hot water supply was also inconsistent. Overall, this hotel is far from deserving of a five-star rating.

First room had AC issue, language barrier prevented us from changing rooms until I demanded to speak to a senior manager to which none were available.

• Brian (8/5): A very relaxing and comfortable stay, certainly great value. - A quality and well managed hotel. The views from our 18th floor panoramic windows were fantastic. The breakfast selection was excellent for anyone from Asia. If you are from the UK then a little limited. The coffee was lukewarm always. Not too happy about hoards of children gathered around the buffet, picking and poking all the food, there should have been some member of staff perhaps keeping control of a noisy experience, although being the new year I guess that this might not be a usual experience with so many families booked in.

That was an uncomfortable welcome, so I didn't want to leave my room again until daylight. Otherwise I may have checked out the hotels amenities.

We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in the very spacious breakfast/dining area. Pool was nice but crowded in afternoons.

• Emrah (7/5): Staff is really nice and friendly. Considering that there are not a lot of options, this hotel is good to stay despite t - The location is perfect. You can find the pizza company and the coffee house right next to the hotel. Supermarket is also walking distance. The noise from outside of the room is so loud that you can hear clearly through the door. The smell from breakfast buffet is so strong that you have to change your clothes before heading outside. Somehow we also feel itchy from the bed. The pillow was stained inside when we tried to take off the cover to check.

• Koichi (6/5): 広くて清潔なホテル - 部屋は広くて清潔でよかった。ただ、シャワーのお湯がぬるかったのと、電源がささりにくくて苦労した。（部屋の中に数か所電源の差込口があったが、うまくさすことができたのは1箇所だけだった。Wifiが遅かったのは、ホテルのせいではなく、地域的な問題だと思うので仕方なかったとは思う。ただ、ベトナムの中でも大都市ではない当地に於いて、これだけ立派なホテルがあったのは、いい意味で驚きだった。
• Sunhee (8/5): 무난한 호텔 - 이 지역에서 가장 훌륭한 시설을 가진 호텔이라는 평을 읽고 2박 체류했음. 방 내부는 무난했고 나름 정갈했음. 직원들은 당연히 간까지 빼 줄 정도로 친절했고 우호적이었음. 실외 수영장에서 오전 강습이 있는지 이른 새벽부터 시끄러워 잠을 못 잠. 호텔 시설에 좀 모던하고 정갈하게 투자를 하면 좋으리라는 아쉬움은 있음. 관광을 위한 두드러진 명소는 없기에 여행객 입장에서 이 도시는 크게 매력적인 장소는 아닐 것 같음.

Not acceptable for a hotel at this price. Bathroom floor is of marble tiles, can be slippery and no sandals provided.

• Manh (8/5): Quá tải vào dịp tết - Vào kỳ nghỉ tết âm lịch nên khách rất đông. Khách sạn dường như quá tải nên việc tìm phòng đã đặt cho khách để check in và check in gặp nhiều vấn đề phiền toái. Tuy nhiên thì đây vẫn là KS tốt nhất thời điểm này tại TP Vinh.

• CJT (8/5): - A good hotel in Vinh City. It has everything you need including a convenient restaurant and roof top bar. The staff tried hard to please but often food choices were not available. It would have been easier if I spoke better Vietnamese.
• Nicholas (6/5): - Coming back for Tet holiday and stayed here for two nights. The staff is okay until one of the doorman trying to sell us their taxi service. It’s too overpriced. Half of the equipments at the gym broke down. As for the breakfast buffet, they have many selections but it can’t be compared to the food at 3 star hotel we stayed in Ha Noi.
