• Adam (10/5): A very nice and comfortable stay in a good location - A nice hotel, the staff was extremely nice, always smiling, always greeting us when we walked past them, spoke perfect English. The room and bathroom were absolutely fine. Breakfast was good as well, more than enough choice. The breakfast area felt a bit small, but that's just nitpicking. The rooms have international power outlets, no need for an adapter. Payment with cash or card. The hotel is walking distance to 3 metro lines and the main station, so the location is great.

Even the restaurant crew and room cleaners were cheerful and spoke to us with good English or Japanese. Thanks♡ For certain, their work was perfect!! Free to use the washing machine and tumble dryer. Good location close to Taipei station, and to access any place by MRT or bus. Breakfast was delicious in variety. None!!

• Toshi_roo (9/5): リーゾナブルな宿泊料金で素晴らしい台北滞在となりました。 - MRT中山駅から近く、ローケーションは非常に良い。MRTで台北市内を巡るのであれば非常に便利。 スタッフもフレンドリーで対応も良かったです。 ロビーから部屋に行く途中も清潔感があり、良い香りがしました。心地が良かったので、エレベーターを使用せず階段を利用することもありました。 部屋はモダンな感じのデザイン。非常に居心地が良かった。 家族３人（私と妻と娘）でダブルベッドとシングルベッドだったが必要十分。 朝食は滞在中は全てではないですが、毎日メニューが変わっているようでした。 味も問題無。美味しかったです。 次回、台北に訪れることがあれば、ここを選ぶと思います。 良くなかった点は特に見当たらなかった。 私にとっては非常に良いホテル。 家族も同じ意見でした。
• Julian (8/5): Small Hotel in a Good Central Location... - Small, very authentic Hotel in a good location. The rooms were a bit basic but clean and comfortable enough for 1 night. In Europe think of a Travelodge or an IBIS and it's close to those brands. The breakfast was authentic Far East - no probs with that - part of the experience ! The Staff were helpful. Nothing really. It was what I expected.

Plutôt comme un Rbnb - La qualité de l’espace et la décoration très industrielle Le fait que ce ne soit pas vraiment un hôtel mais un café avec des chambres derrière et au dessus. Après 18h il n’y a plus de desk… donc pas de relation et ça devient un peu froid.

• Harald (10/5): Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt! - Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und nett. Das Zimmer war in der Größe angenehm. Es war sehr sauber. Auch das Bad war angenehm groß und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und lecker - es fehlte an nichts! Auch die Möglichkeit, tagsüber einen Kaffee zu trinken, war sehr angenehm.

They even gave me a card and cake on my birthday without me saying anything about it being my birthday. Very large room with a balcony. Breakfast was fantastic. Free Laundry on site. Very clean. Great location. Snacks throughout the day. They provide you with everything you need. It was a Perfect stay.

• Heidi (10/5): Excellent Experience—5 Stars! - This boutique hotel is wonderful. The rooms were super clean & well maintained. I had one small maintenance issue the first night, and it was promptly fixed—with a smile. No problem with that. The staff here are terrific; they seem to authentically enjoy helping you. The location is so convenient. I took advantage of the free laundry service, which is great perk. The breakfast choices were varied and changed daily. My favorite thing was taking my tea sitting out on my balcony and reading & meditating out there. The front desk should let guests know that at certain times the breakfast area can get full and management may need to ask guests to come back in about 15 - 20 mins. I didn’t know this. I stayed 5 days and it never happed to me until my checkout morning when I needed to catch a train. I was originally asked to wait 20 mins, but I didn’t have time. I said I’d have to just skip breakfast then, but thankfully the kitchen manager found a way to accommodate me. Also, it would be much preferred if the balconies had simple, weather-resistant little tables for one’s tea or coffee or whatever. Ideally a chair too. (I took my desk chair out onto the balcony to sit when it was good weather.)

The breakfast room was a little small, so not enough seats when all guests showed up at the same time. The room was rather small, but manageable with backpacks. It would be difficult with bigger luggage.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und mit der Möglichkeit ausgestattet, einen Kaffe oder Tee zu kochen. Die Lage in dem Stadtteil und die Nähe zur nächsten U-Bahn, die in drei Minuten zu erreichen ist, war ein wesentlicher Grund für die Buchung. Gegen Gebühr konnte ich die Check-Out-Zeit wenigstens um zwei Stunden verlängern. Die Flüge nach Europe gehen ja immer erst in der Nacht los. In diesem Preissegment hätte ich ein Zimmer mit Fenster erwartet. Das Fenster war zugeklebt, weil es zu einem unschönen Ausblick geführt hätte. Außerdem ist beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu bemängeln, dass es nur eine kleine eher kahle Lobby gibt, in der man sich mal außer auf einer kleinen Holzbank mal hinsetzen könnte. Dafür sind unnötigerweise gleich drei große automatische Glastüren vorhanden. Zwei hätten es auch getan.

• Pinaki (10/5): Great little hotel - This is a great little hotel close to the centre of the city, surrounded by restaurants and numerous convenience stores. The breakfast was basic but absolutely fine and the hotel has thought carefully about how it can help guests: access to a free laundry, guide books and information about Taipei and Taiwan more generally and incredibly helpful staff who agreed to store one of our bags while we travelled around Taiwan for two weeks. We would definitely stay here again It’s not a luxury hotel but it doesn’t pretend to be one

• Kniffel67 (10/5): Perfektes Hotel! - Hervorragendes Hotel mit einem extrem guten Servicelevel! Tolles Bad, sehr schönes Zimmer, excellentes Frühstück (sowohl asiatisch als auch westlich) mit frischem Obst, Joghurt, Saft. Ich habe nicht vermisst. Außerdem gibt es bei Regen auch einen kostenloses Regencape, nachmittags noch Kekse, sowie ab 22:00 Uhr kann man sich Suppe machen. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Würde ich das Hotel nochmal buchen? Auf jeden Fall!

• Naruto (9/5): 満足しました。再度宿泊したいホテルの一つになりました。 - 今回は定宿が満室だったため、このホテルに滞在しました。 朝食は普通に満足していますが、やはり24時間いつでも淹れたてのコーヒーを飲めることが一番うれしかったです。 また、ホテルスタッフもとても丁寧で毎朝ホテル周りの掃除をしているのを見かけて好感を持ちました。 また宿泊したいホテルです。 特に気づいた点は無かったです。

The staff were super-friendly, and the facilities and thoughtful extras were amazing - free dumplings, drinks and snacks in the afternoons, noodles for guests at night, mini-bar with drinks for free, washing machine for guests, great breakfast just to name a few. • Edeltraud (9/5): Top-Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt in toller Lage - Top der Reihe nach: 1) Personal - sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit - 2) Lage - nahe der U-Bahn, viele Geschäfte herum, man kann viel zu Fuss erreichen - 3) Dusche - wirklich ausgezeichnet - 4) Sauberkeit -- es spielt da keine Rolle, dass das Hotel von aussen kein Reisser ist und manches vielleicht etwas abgewohnt ist. Man ist nicht in einem 5-Sterne Hotel in Europa Etwas mehr Ablagefläche wäre wünschenswert gewesen - man hat quasi aus dem Koffer gelebt. Für 1 - 3 Tage Aufenthalt kein Problem ! Qualität beim Frühstück sehr gut, der Umfang könnte besser sein (zB keine Spiegel-Eier, keine/kaum Wurst). Aber: man ist in einem asiatischen Land und da hat man eben andere Voraussetzungen.

Big shout out to Kim, who helped us buy bus tickets and give us some recommendations for the next stops on our tour. DIY laundry is available and the toilet seat was a nice surprise. Nothing!
• Wayne (9/5): First Time at Dandy, First Time in Taiwan. - The hotel was great for its cost. staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The complimentary amenities were a surprised addition. And was a good base to rest after a long day exploring. I wish i had done more research on the location of the hotel in relation to things we wanted to do/experience. We had to travel upwards of 10-20 mins to get to any night markets or tourist hot spots.

• Dilip K M (9/5): Great little hotel in a central location, with easy access to transportation and the food and sights - Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.
• Ann-Marie (10/5): - Staff were very helpful and understanding of us traveling with 2 bikes. They helped to store the bike cases while we spent time cycling in another part of Taiwan, and didn't mind us packing the bikes away in the lobby. Hotel is in an excellent location to explore the Zhongshan area or to catch the train.

• Diana (10/5): Small but fine, awsome! - We stayed in the Tianjin Branch. The location is perfect , within walking distance to the nearest underground station Zhongshan and also to the main station Taipei where we can check in our luggage 3 hours before our flight departure. There is a bank just across the main street for exchanging to local new Taiwanese dollars. Also a night market and a very big underground book shop. Shopping is available everywhere nearby. The famous Dumpling restaurant, Ding Tai Fung, is situated very near to the hotel where we could enjoy the delicious soup dumplings and other local specialties. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. Especially the kitchen staff, she even showed us the sauce they used! We loved the breakfast which offers both Asian and European style foods. The hotel has also service for ordering the famous Taiwanese pineapple cakes for the guests which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Taipei. It is understandable that the room is a bit small as it is situated in the city center. For a couple of days, it is good enough and we can store our four luggages under the table without any problem.
• HELENE (10/5): Excellent séjour - Très bon petit déjeuner, le plus était que l'on pouvait prendre un thé ou café dans l'après midi. Chambre très confortable Hôtel bien situé proche du métro et de la gare centrale. Il est très facile de rejoindre des quartiers populaires de la ville. Beaucoup de restaurant à proximité. Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel lors de notre arrivée et au moment du retour en France. Nous avons apprécié de revenir dans cet hôtel lors de nos derniers jours. On peut y laisser nos bagages si on arrive tôt le matin ou pour un départ tardif.

• Yi-Fen (10/5): 舒適、人員親切、早餐讚 - 服務人員親切，春節期間有準備一些互動遊戲，頗有趣。 晚上有提供免費的泡麵和熱包子，早安選擇多元，不過咖啡機好像容易故障。 房間靠天津街，可能因鄰近酒店多，連續兩天深夜有人在路邊歡笑暢聊，影響休息。

• Ching-Wei (9/5): Wonderful stay - Breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff and location of course!! Standard room was a bit small - I was glad I booked 2 rooms for the two of us coz we like some space to ourselves.

The hotel staff team was excellent. The free breakfast was delicious with new menu each day. We really love this hotel. We like everything about this hotel.
