• Constantin-Adrian (10/5): - We had a great time here and extended by another week. The hosts are very nice, offered suggestions for activities and helped us out whenever we wanted to do something. The location was perfect for us: close to the old city, several places to work from and surrounded by locals (I highly recommend visiting the Siri Wattana market). All in all great value for money and we would definitely come back. The only thing to keep in mind: the property is next to a street and you can hear the traffic, at least in some of the rooms. For us it wasn't a problem, we extended the same room even :) Of course this has the advantage that you can quickly get around.

Đó là một căn villa 2 tầng có lối kiến trúc truyền thống đậm chất Thái Lan với nhiều cây xanh, không gian yên tĩnh, riêng tư. Phòng ở sạch sẽ đáng kinh ngạc, có một ban công đủ rộng nhìn ra con phố bên cạnh. Chủ nhà là một người đàn ông lớn tuổi nhưng vô cùng thân thiện. Ông ấy và con gái đã nhiệt tình hướng dẫn chúng tôi các thông tin cần thiết. Nơi ở cách phố cổ Chiangmai hơn 2km, tuy nhiên đó là cơ hội rất tốt để bạn có thể xách xe đạp lên và đi. Từ đây đi tới One Nimman cũng rất tiện. Ngay gần villa có một quán ăn địa phương ngon và rẻ. Chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu nơi ở này với bạn bè và người thân. Hẹn gặp lại Villa Korbhun Khinbua một ngày không xa. Thiết kế giường không được thân thiện lắm vì dễ bị va chân vào.

• brian (10/5): Simply Amazing! - I've been traveling for 8 months now and this may be the best room I've stayed in. It was almost perfect. The layout, style, vibe, and quality of the finishes were outstanding. It's hard to explain how or why, but all of these things just made me feel so relaxed and at home. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly and everything you could need is just outside your door. I mean, you could stay here and never leave a one block radius. Amazing! NA

Wan and her sister were absolutely amazing, and their parents were just as kind and caring. Everyone was so sweet and genuinely helpful — they even kindly assisted me with my post, which I really appreciated. The location is great, and the whole atmosphere feels warm and personal. You can truly feel the heart behind this place. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me. Sending many warm greetings — I will definitely return!

• Keiko (10/5): - 良いホテルでした。親切なご家族が経営されています。娘さんは英語を流暢に話されて、お父さんは日本語、フランス語も話されます。 ホテルの前を歩いていてもホテルがあるとは気付かないくらい中庭、木々、塀に囲まれていて、チェンマイでは珍しい隠れ家という感じです。 周辺には、徒歩圏内で市場、レストランたくさんあります。 シャワー、トイレ等の水圧もとても良く熱いお湯も勢いよく出るのでシャワーが気持ち良かったです。 古典的な建築が良い所ですが、ドアの隙間から多少の朝光が入る設計になっているのが、気になる人がいるかもしれません。 とても綺麗にお掃除もしていただいて、清潔感は抜群です。 また機会があったらぜひ利用したいホテルです。 無し

• fauzia (10/5): Sentirsi come a casa - Classica struttura tradizionale Thailandese. Tutta in legno, super curata, e molto pulita. La mia stanza aveva un balconcino. Ho alloggiato per 9 notti, da sola e mi sono sentita come a casa. La struttura e' gestita da un signore anziano e la figlia, che parlano benissimo l'inglese ( cosa molto rara a Chiang Mai) sono molto accoglienti e pronti ad aiutarti ed a consigliarti su tutto. Hanno anche delle biciclette a disposizione, gratuita, per gli ospiti. Sta 10 minuti a piedi dalla porta nord di Chiang mai.E' da considerare cheA Chiang Mai e' molto facile spostarsi , attraverso un'app asiatica, puoi prenotare a pochi euro un servizio Taxi sia macchina che motorino . "La villa e' situata in un quartiere molto popolare con tanti servizi, ristorantini, street food, lavanderie, massaggi di ogni genere. L'ultimo giorno, prima del check out la figlia mi ha fatto un regalo... fantastica 😍.super consigliato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Tutto

The solidly built timber villa has character and is super clean and spacious. Also in a great location with everything you need nearby, including the fabulous Siri Wattana food market. We had to stay a few extra nights after rolling an ankle and we were very thankful to be so comfortable. Thankyou! Nothing, it was perfect

The building is gorgeous, so relaxing. And the owners are really friendly and welcoming. My stay here was my favourite out of all the places I stayed! I will definitely be returning 🙏🏼🥰 (There is a great healthy breakfast café right next to the hotel too which is great for smoothie bowls, fresh juices and coffees. And there is a vegan restaurant just over the road too.)

• Michelle (10/5): Great stay and good location - well worth the money. - In a quiet location in walking distance to the old town. The owners (dad and daughter) were so sweet and very accommodating. I stayed for 4 nights then came back again for another couple of nights because I was really happy with the room. Very clean, fresh towels every day and always topping up the water. Would definitely recommend and if I ever return to Chiang Mai, I will stay there again. Nothing.

El banco esta a 10 minutos andando.. Y el grab hasta el centro de chiang mai no superó los 160 bath.. No hubo nada que no me gustara... la estancia, el lugar y el trato fue excepcional.

• Bas (9/5): Heel mooi en sfeervol verblijf in gemoedelijke buurt. - Eigenaren zijn ontzettend behulpzaam, aardig en professioneel. Het is ontzettend proper, en het hotel heeft een hele mooie rustige stijl. Als we dan toch iets zouden moeten zeggen was het dat het aan een redelijk drukke weg ligt, maar daarmee lig je natuurlijk wel weer heel erg centraal. De wijk is verder heel gemoedelijk en fijn, wij vonden het fijner dan het drukke centrum.

• Jael (10/5): Nice, clean and calm stay a short way from the old city, family-owned - free bikes! - A really comfortable and excellent stay - clean, calm, very kind owners (family owned, one of my main priorities) - bikes could be borrowed free of charge. Fridge in the room and easy to use, quickly reacting airconditioning. Close to a local area with good, affordable food :) Only thing was a little bit of traffic noise but I didn't mind as I was always tired and happy after a day well spent in Chiang Mai! Definitely recommended to travellers who would like to spend their nights in a calm area a bit away form the tourist brouhaha of the old city. A place where you feel safe and taken care of if you have any questions or would like to go on tours, and where you can borrow a bike for free if you prefer to just roam around quietly on your own :) I really, really appreciated it. Lovely stay!

They gave us a lot of information and if we needed something, it was arranged immediatly, such as tips and transport for the lantern festival and transportation to Pai. The room was superclean, everyday clean towels (soft and packed seperate in plastic bags which we loved!) + it was cleaned every day. Location was perfect: just outside of the really busy Old Town. If you want a good night's rest, definitly choose this hotel. 7 eleven right across the street! Can not recommend it more, it deserves 5 stars!

Also the best host we had, we could leave our backpacks in the hotel when we went to Pai for a few days. Clean and spacious rooms, the night after Pai we again stayed here (room 2), we even got an upgrade to the suite.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Sweet Little Villa - We enjoyed our stay and this authentic feeling villa. The rooms were very clean and upgraded. I really like the Lana Style decor and trees that separated you from the street. The reception was easy and friendly with a welcome map. We stayed 3 nights and had no problems. It is about a 15 min walk to the old city and there is a 7-11 and laundromat across the street. There was some toast and cornflakes for breakfast, tea and coffee which could be improved since it’s a city full of coffee houses... my only concern was that there was no soap included in the room... shampoo and conditioner but no soap. Seems like a basic toiletry... also has the standard rock hard Thai bed. Overall it was a pleasant and affordable stay and I would definitely recommend it!

• Vicki (10/5): Stay at Korbhun Khinbua for a Relaxing Oasis - The owner and his two daughters were wonderful hosts! They were always friendly, welcoming and had great advice! My room was spacious and decorated beautifully, and I loved the bathtub to soak my aching muscles. The only issue I have is that their breakfast is really nothing...coffee, tea, white bread or corn flakes. Disappointing. A little fruit, some joke, SOMETHING else!

• Wona (8/5): Nice little tradtional Lanna style hotel - We liked our stay at this villa because it was outside the old city and is located in a local residential area. Loved seeing how Thai people live outside the tourist zone. We still walked to the old city and even to Ping river and the Night market. The owner family of the villa was very nice and acommodating. The only problem we had was road noise (even though it is on a small street, motor scooter noise can be quite bad at times) and so we recommend that you ask for a room at the back for quality sleep at night. With our ear plugs though, we managed fine and we will certainly return here next time we are in Chiang Mai.

• Tingjiao (10/5): Very enjoyable staying at Villa Korbhun Khinbua. - Very good hotel. Nice and clean. The manager was willing to help with all of our requests. The room was spacious and has a balcony. Light breakfast was provided. There were some mosquitos in the room, mosquito coil was provided but we had to buy sprays from the 7-11 across the street and it solved the problem. Villa Korbhun Khinbua is definitely worth recommending.

• Paul (8/5): For the money an excellant choice - We enjoyed our stay very much. Great styled rooms, spacious, clean and everything you need. Service is excellent and could help you with nearly everything (tours, transport, suggestions). Only the breakfast could be a bit more improved with more choice or at least some egg dishes. All in all I would definitely suggest this hotel!
• LOIC (10/5): Super hotel sans hésiter - Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hotel, ce fut le meilleur hotel qu'on a eu à Thailande. L'accueil est super sympas, le gérant et sa fille sont d'une gentillesse et très serviable. N'hésitez pas à leur demander de conseils sur vos séjours. La chambre est juste classe en trek traditionnel thai! Elle sentait toujours très bon ainsi que le linge. Elle est refaite tous les jours. A la fin du séjour le gérant nous a déposés a la station bus sans qu'on lui demande. L'hotel n'est pas loin de la old city (10min de marche), magasin7/11 juste devant ainsi que des restos et cuisine de la rue. Nous avons apprécié ces 3 jours à chiang mai! Hotel à séjourner sans hésitation.
