Value for money as well. Excellent for staying for rest and recharge while maintaining flexibility for excursions.

Thank you for such a memorable experience ,I would absolutely love to come back! The resort is a bit far from town, but still manageable. The spa could also be improved, but overall everything was good.

The staff, food, and amenities are top notch and the kindness of the people there is wonderful. We had an early morning tour scheduled one day and they had our breakfast prepared and waiting when we came down from our room so we could eat without worry about rushing.

Un ringraziamento personale a New che non siamo riusciti a incontrare il giorno del check out. Il posto è Molto zen ed estremamente curato . Ho riscontrato una certa rumorosità nelle apparecchiature tipo aria condizionata e la pecca maggiore per me è dal punto di vista architettonico perché la piscina è talmente in ombra da risultare gelida sempre. Penserei a una pompa calore per renderla godibile dato che si tratta davvero di un posto bellissimo.

- Julie (10/5): The property and the staff made this a perfect stay. - An exceptional property in Chiang Mai. We were warmly greeted by Neu and the team, and they couldn't do enough for us. The room was lovely and spacious, and the property was quiet and tranquil. Food and drinks were great, and the pool area was beautiful. I had a massage which was very good, and it was easy to get grab taxis in and out of the centre of Chiang Mai. Special shout out to Neu who came all the way to the airport when I left my purse behind! The pool was very cold - though that is personal preference. I think the mini gym needs addressed as the equipment is very dated.
- Vestute (9/5): Small resort in the city - The hotel has a true resort-like atmosphere, offering numerous inviting spaces to sit and relax. Lush greenery and subtle, romantic fragrances enhance the experience. The staff are exceptionally helpful and consistently strive to provide the highest level of comfort for their guests. I did not feel entirely comfortable during my stay. The room was quite small and rather dark for my preference, and the dark curtains limited natural light. The bathroom was in an older style and could benefit from renovation.

- Michael (7/5): Excellent staff and service, but rooms need a little updating - Liked the small private boutique feel and excellent staff service!!! Spa services were also nice!!! Welcome service was wonderful! Fixing us to go breakfast/lunch for day trips was very nice, helpful and wonderful extra service! Shuttle service to airport was great! Without this service, would have been a little anxious and frustrating to coordinate travel. Our room was very damp and humid and hard to get cool. Everything felt damp and seating was just not comfortable or really that conducive to eating in the room even though we did order room service a few times due to being out in all-day tours. Rug in sitting area was little smelly but probably due to all the humidity in the room. No AC in the upstairs computer/reading room was very disappointing and just didn’t want to use it or stay very long due to lack of cooling. Would have been better to have some indoor/AC seating for meals with right-size seating. The shoe locker concept was understandable but a little clunky and inconvenient- understand trying to keep common areas cleaner especially with all of the rain. Resort a little out if the way but manageable if plan ahead with car services.

- RW (9/5): Great hospitality - Great hospitality and very caring staff team. Special thanks to New who managed everything for us. He is superb! The place is quiet and the suite room comfortable. Breakfast is sumptuous and freshly made. The Thai dishes served for lunch/dinner are good. The hotel also provides complimentary airport transfer. The location is a bit far from the centre, but it's not a problem as Grab is easy to use.
- Silviu Kondan (10/5): Beautiful Thai-style Resort - From the moment of arrival, the resort had a calming atmosphere. The Thai architecture and lighting was really well thought. The space feels both large and intimate. I loved the breakfast sitting area near the fish pond. I also found the staff to be kind, helpful and attentive. There is nothing that I didn't like. I would actually recommend that the property management uses drone footage and videos for promotions to highlight how beautiful the property is.
- Antony (3/5): Very disappointing - We have rarely been more disappointed by a hotel than this one Whilst the service is 5 star the hotel itself most definitely is not and does not justify the £170 bill I paid per night The so called “fitness centre” is a tiny room with two running machines and a weights machine. Most Thai high streets have better for 50THB The pool is tiny and because it is over shadowed by the large rooms and wall it is always very cold. Near freezing in November. It’s also right under the flight path and very plane noisy You have to choose what you want to eat for breakfast from a very standard menu the night before and also the exact time you will wake up to eat. The food is clearly delivered by the same company in Chiang mai that services several oth er hotels as we have seen this exact and I mean exact menu before in other Chiang Mai hotels. The cooked breakfast came to us cold The breakfast is eaten from low lounge chairs around a tiny bar table not a proper table making it very uncomfortable and logistically difficult to eat. This is very unusual for good Thai hotels. Staff are great. Rooms are nice. But these do not justify the facility shortcomings of too much being packed into a tiny space

(You can still hear planes overhead occasionally, though this is also the case in Nimman!) Gym is very small (not sure why there is a video of an outdoor gym with astroturf that comes up when you search this property..), so you'll likely want to go off-property if you want a full workout. No hot tub or heated pool, but you can use the tub in the room. :)

The room was good, but to be honest - a lil bit worn out here and there. Also you might keep in mind while choosing this hotel that pool and main areas all shadowed and therefore quite cold (at least in January). That was quite a disappointment for us as pool and just chilling in the hotel was one of the main reasons for a choice instead of city centre hotels.

- Jen (10/5): Lovely hotel with exceptional staff - The staff were fantastic, friendly, very helpful in helping with booking trips and advice where to go, restaurants etc. I would recommend this hotel - it is small and the service is great. The breakfast was also amazing. It was a bit far out of the main market / restaurant area but there is a new area closer to the hotel that is quite up and coming. The pool was not really in the sun and I like to be able to sunbathe.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It'sa small resort so facilities are limited. I.e. massage was by appointment and the hotel could have benefitted from more staff. I.e. a couple of staff were reception, bar, restaurant. No big issue but we did end up looking for staff to order buggy to drive us to where grab can pickup. The restaurant menu was also quite limited and not particularly exciting. Overall it's a lovely place and we had a wonderful time but it doesn't quite warrant top score.

Pool wasn’t heated so it was too cold for swimming and the pool filter pump was really noisy so we didn’t use the pool area at all. Hotel is a ways away from pick up locations for tours so we had to taxi to the location.

After spending two weeks in Bangkok it was nice to escape to this spot with its calmness. Not in the centre but easily accessible if you enjoy a decent walk or by grab. Facilities were great. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating, really went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Room service breakfast, nice touch. Had the best massage on my last night at their spa. I have no complaints. If you’re expecting loud and busy then this isn’t the vibe for you.

- Marisa (7/5): Nice hotel but it needs some work on it! - We had a 3 nights stay at Sireeampan Luxury Retreat. The service and place were nice overall. The hotel have a nice fish pond and a piano bar which were great! Breakfast was super good and we really enjoy the selection! The croque madam was ace! Unfortunately, the place need to be reinvested and maintained, especially if you sell it as a 5 stars hotel. Some part of the hotel are not properly clean (stains on white cushions, cracks on pool cushions, toilet at the pool). We also found a cockroach in our room (this can happen in Thailand). Futhermore, the gel and shampoo bottles in the shower at the pool area looks like straight out from a youth hostel. I would still recommend the place, but if the hotel doesn't invest in renovation work, I will buy some puts option on it.

Mr. New was super nice and tried to care a lot by handling breakfast, check out and even driving golf cart from reception to exit of hotel. all staff super nice just facilities bit old and not well maintained.

- Dr.wajdi (10/5): Great Thai Experience - The Thai styled Boutique was absolutley beautiful and very peaceful, with the most helpful staff, especially "New" was extremly nice and helpful, he assisted us with every need and was very respectful. The breakfast was very good and can be served anytime you want. The location is a bit far away from the center (around 15 mins car ride) but they offer a complimentary shuttle daily with three different times to get you to the center. We would definetly recommend this Boutique especially if you are looking of an authentic Thai experience. Nothing :)

You decide to build a sumptuous Thai villa in classical Thai style near but totally secluded from the city of Chiang Mai, with only a single security guard to alert you to the entrance behind large gates. You build 11 bedrooms/suites for guests and employ 30 staff to attend to your every need. You request that breakfast never be at a set time or place, it’s your house after all. When guests are few it reverts to your private house but if on your own can be a little daunting. You request dinner to be either Thai or Italian but when few guests it can be preferable to dine out, David’s kitchen being an excellent choice. Swimming eating and drinking cocktails in a very relaxed setting is usually the order of the day

All the amenities and services are explained by personal tour of the complex. Only 11 guestrooms to experience that special touch! From the cool jasmine tea on arrival to the special delicacies and drinks in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. The breakfast is unbelievable and you can choose to have in your room, the restaurant or anywhere within the resort amongst a beautiful garden setting. Hope to be back soon!

- I (10/5): Paradijsje in Thailand - Na 5 weken backpacken in Vietnam en Thailand hebben we onszelf 3 nachten cadeau gegeven om uitgerust weer naar huis te gaan. Wat een heerlijk verblijf, zacht ruim bed, veel aandacht voor details en het zelf kunnen bepalen hoelaat en waar je kan ontbijten, genieten. Een keer niet de wekker zetten. De sfeer is rustig, zwembad mooi en schoon, de kamer erg ruim en voorzien van alle luxe die je kan bedenken. Als we weer in Chiang Mai zijn komen we zeker terug.

When we entered hotel, the staff offered welcome drink and snacks. We felt so warm and just like we came back home. Everything is good, the staff are helpful and nice, the spa is pretty good as well. Highly recommend to stay again.

Only 11 suites at this resort, but they have all the features of a larger hotel. Restaurant was excellent, get the spring rolls, massage was very nice as well. What really stands out is the service, all staff is there to please. They assisted with tours, arranged transportation and also simply were good conversationalists. I highly recommend a stay here, it’s a treat.

Desde o momento que fizemos a reserva recebemos o e-mail do hotel dando boas vindas e se colocando à disposição. O hotel fica a cerca de 20 min de carro do Night Bazar e existe um transfer cerca de quatro vezes ao dia para qualquer lugar dos pontos turísticos . Se escuta barulho dos aviões e talvez incomode aos mais sensíveis porém a nós não nos incomodou. Tivemos uma hospedagem maravilhosa!

- Verified traveler (10/5): An Oasis - My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights on vacation to Chiang Mai, and it was outstanding for a "boutique hotel". Although it wasn't a large property, you really couldn't tell because of the layout of the complex. Upon arrive to the entry, you are greeted by a hotel staff and taken to registration via a large golf cart. Registration will then welcome you with a snack, drink and a cold towel. You will then be given slippers to use while on the property (Thai custom). The property has many little hidden areas to explore and to relax with a pond with gold fish and various tropical plants in the center, a pool in a corner and many little hidden areas to sit and just relax. The gym, although small, had all you really needed for your stay. And there was a nice "business center" with 3 Macs and 1 PC, refreshments and a large tv. The lounge and dining area was nice too. Breakfast was very good and you can eat it at any place on the property. We had ours right outside our room next to the pond. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The nice thing was all items in the refrigerator are free. NOTE: Chiang Mai is not pedestrian friendly. DON'T TRY TO WALK IT. The side walks are narrow/nonexistent. Most people use the taxi services but this is not like the taxi services we are used to (NYC, London, Paris, HK or any other big cities). There are 4 types: red trucks, motorized scooters, regular taxis (not many), personal driver (GET THIS FOR A FULL DAY)

The also provided apple tv in the room however it was very slow and pretty much couldn't play anymore hing due to slow internet. 2-Food: the menu for the food was decent and including several Thai dishes. The hotel provides creative way for Breakfast they call it "anytime,anywhere" basically you want throughout the day and its served in a picnic basket. This meal can be eaten anywhere in the property. The really know how to make you comfortable. For the rest of the day menu for both (Lunch/Dinner) it only includes Thai food. 3-Hospitality: when you first arrived they gave us a nice welcome drink/canapés it was nice. The staff and of the hotel were avery friendly and try there best to make us feel welcomed. The hotel provide a shuttle service from/to the hotel and its free from charge. - Tom (10/5): Amazing Experience - I have never had such an welcoming and comfortable hotel stay. Every component of our stay was focused on our comfort and experience. We checked in on New Years Eve, and there was an amazing special meal for the occasion, followed by a local (in the hotel) show of fireworks and Thai dance, followed by a champagne toast of the New Year at Chiang Mai's Royal Gardens (2558 pieces, based on the year). And when that wasn't going on, we sat by the Koi pond, the most peaceful spot I have ever seen. I have never had such a wonderful stay anywhere. Credit goes to their amazing manager, Gino, and their outstanding Chef, Scott Waxman, and to the place itself.
- JORGE (10/5): Nice boutique hotel with extraordinary service - Extraordinary little gem of a hotel.. Exquisite personal service. Could not be happier about the place. The staff treated us like royalty. While everyone was very friendly, the personal attention of the guest relations manager, New (that´s her nickname) was above and beyond what anyone can expect. Only issue with this hotel is that is quite remote from the center of town, but this is no problem as we always had access to a Hotel car and driver to take us to wherever we wanted to go... Definitively will return
