- Laura Buchanan (10/5): Wildflower!!! - I loved my stay at the Wildflower Hotel. The building is the beautiful old English, Victorian architecture. The staff are so pleasant and helpful. I am returning on my wayback to Calcutta.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - We had made a booking, but when we arrived, the staff didn't accept that. Said that it was not available. So we had to pay more for our visit there. The bed was not so very good. Location is perfekt. But I don't think I will go there again. Sorry!

My only complaint is that for the price (2000rps a night), I normally expect a bit more in India (e.g a sheet to sleep under, a restaurant, nicer service at check-in). However, this may be because this is what you have to pay for a basic hotel in a nice location in Kolkata.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Pretty Central for sites - the hotel is secure and convenient. WiFi available in a lounge area. Staff friendly enough but a little careless. The room was airless, windows padlocked so never opened. Bed back achingly hard. Most difficult detail was that the sheets and towels are so very old and grey..and so incredibly depressing. The room was clean, but so depressingly decorated. Everything was brown.
