- Irvia (8/5): - We stayed only one night. The space was super comfortable with a large bedroom, two beds, dining area, kitchen (did not use), bathroom, and small balcony overlooking Calle Fortaleza. The noise from across the bar was very loud until curfew. At that time, the business closed its doors and we didn’t hear the karaoke going on after that. Prior to that though, it was super loud. The most cost effective parking is a bit of a walk. It’s best to leave someone at the door of the hotel with your luggage and keep driving because you cannot park on these narrow, one-way streets. We managed to park just some 100-200 ft from the entrance of the hotel in an alley and were able to unload our car comfortably but I cannot recommend anyone to do that. The unit had a/c. The walk up to the unit was with a flight of stairs. I’m unsure if they had an elevator. They have a very cozy lounge (sitting area) on the first floor. The attendant at the front desk was less than friendly, but this seems to be a common theme in the metro areas of PR. Service simply sucks. This is also likely because of the type of people that were visiting at the same time I was. It was “Bad Bunny” time and the crowds were loud, unfriendly to others, focused on taking selfies, looking like anime characters, etc.., so I assume that’s hard to deal with as a business.
- Roberto (6/5): - Property was nice with good security measures set in place. We did find some trash left behind from my guess, the previous stay which raised a flag. After turning on the AC units in the room, I noticed what look like mold in the AC units which was a pretty big concern that I brought up to the front desk. Besides those things , everything else was pleasant.
- Irma (8/5): - Place was perfect location Wouldn’t walk in distance to everything you need to do or see. Place was decent and quiet except for Sunday morning. I felt like I was rushed out. They start cleaning early and there was people talking early in the morning before checking out. Check out was at 11 and they start cleaning as early as 7 AM and he woke me up. Otherwise everything else was fine. Perfect for walking distance if you just need a place to sleep and rest. This is the place like I said Sunday morning was the only bad part. I feel like they were rushing to clean the rooms so early staff was friendly. There’s coffee and water for free in a laundry in the second floor for you to use.

- Edith (8/5): Quaint, cozy hotel - Stay was good but keep in mind this is in the old city and its a converted house into a hotel so all of the commodities of a hotel are not present. Once I understood this I'm smart enough to not have given this place a 2, but enjoyed it for what it had to offer. You cannot beat the location as everything in old San Juan is within walking distance. You can hear people walking up and down the stairs. We stayed near the entry so we could also hear suitcases rolling by. I could only imagine that if you asked for a room that faces the street you would hear street noise at night since its a busy city. However they do constantly text you reminding you about the quite hours so that was nice of them to control. The room is probably smaller than your room at home, but I did ask for one with A/C so that was a bonus. You get a text daily asking if you wanted housekeeping to swing by, and 3 out of 4 times they came. I did like that they provided beach towels and lotion for your beach day, so those were a few less things I had to bring with me. All in all the location is the bonus of this hotel. We did take them up on their local parking that they recommended and it was a close walk to our rented car. They do have a coffee station and a place to sit if needed. Since you'll mostly use it to sleep, I think this fits the bill. If you're a bit more high maintenance and need absolute quite, room service, fresh towel daily,etc, this is not the hotel for you. I would recommend for short stays.

We were out of water for two days a huge inconvenience when you travel with an epileptic kid, and I do understand it happened in all San Juan and Carolina area, but I also think a hotel should have an emergency plan, we were given 6 smalls bottles of water to deal with the issue the first day, we did not take a shower for two days and had to spend my 2 days out of 3 days vacation with my hair full of sand and ocean water, it was very uncomfortable the second day they did not ask or offer any water we had to survive and find our ways, what I though it was a 3 days escape to paradise it ended up being very uncomfortable and unfortunate, once again I understand things happen but hotels should be ready for any kind of emergency, because I still was charged a full amount for everyday even though I did not enjoy all the amenities and benefits due to my status

I’m happy there was toilet paper, towels, a blow dryer. I didn’t use the tv. There was one. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. The room was clean and rustic. There was a water fountain right near our door so we heard water running all night. That was good for me. Close to food and shopping. No need for a vehicle.
- Laura (10/5): - It’s in a beautiful, convenient location. Every thing was in walking distance. The place is true to its antique style. Water, coffee and WiFi is pretty much all amenities. The staff is all right not super friendly but helpful if you need it. Do make sure you do want to stay here because once you book they will not let you cancel. I was trying to cancel 30 days in advance and they did not allow because it was to close to the date.

- Jason (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—close to everything we needed, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, which had three spacious rooms. Perfect for 5 adults. The suite was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. Rooms were comfortable, big balcony making it perfect for both relaxation and entertaining guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier accommodations in a prime location!

- Arleen (10/5): - This was my 2nd time staying at this property. Very clean and quiet. It is very safe , as you need a code to get in or have to be buzzed out after a certain time. Great central location. So many restaurants, bars and shops just steps away. Staff is very nice and accommodating. I was able to have an early check in. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommend.

- Carmen (10/5): - Great location, awesome staff, great check in process. Rooms are spacious and perfect for a 2 night stay. This was our second visit within a 4 month span and we would return and recommend.
- josephine (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay. Our room was small but still convenient for what we needed. Beach towels were provided as long as you return. The only hassle we encountered was the walk to the parking lot is about 6mins but that is no fault of hotel. Just each outting it became annoying and took time and we had to haul or belongings but we still made it work. We would return again.

- Rajko (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at this location. Hotel is located in a central area and old town is walkable from this location. Parking can be complicated but there.are few lots in the area. I would recommend dropping off luggage before Parking as most lots are few minutes away (walking). Everything else was good and acceptable.
- Teresa (4/5): - Awesome location close to bars restaurants and the cruise port , however room was very small and had black mold in the bathroom and where the AC unit is along the walls. The room should be maintenanced and cleared of mold before allowing guests to stay there.

The room was facing the middle courtyard which was great except at night since the curtains were so thinnd it did not block the light. Other than that, great place, friendly people, and agaun, amazing location
