Il servizio di intrattenimento è ben organizzato vario e adatto rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Particolare menzione alle vasche termali: perfettamente mantenute,con acqua alle giuste temperature, rappresenta un' esperienza di puro relax e benessere. Una struttura di altissimo livello che consiglio senza esitazioni a chi cerca comfort, qualità e un servizio impeccabile

As well as the professional service at pool provided by Dragosh. It is a pleasure to come back and feel like at home.. congratulations
• Robin (5/5): Would not choose it again - The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We went for the pools but none were open and they weren't included in the price anyway. To get here, you must drive over the worlds tiniest bridge and risk scratching your rental car. The restaurant was very nice but don't order the cod unless you like fish jerky by way of shoe leather.

• Loredana (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, il condizionatore della stanza 507 sia di notte che di giorno faceva un rumore tipo gorgoglio di acqua e vi assicuro che di notte era parecchio fastidioso. Abbiamo lamentato il fatto e ci hanno assicurato avrebbero mandato qualcuno, purtroppo non è cambiato nulla......almeno ci potevano cambiare stanza, anche perché hanno detto che anche altre persone si erano lamentate......in sostanza due notti insonne😔 Poi trovo quasi assurdo che l ingresso x gli ospiti dell hotel sia a pagamento e soprattutto non era specificato da nessuna parte. Il personale comunque molto gentile, la cucina deliziosa....su questo faccio i complimenti....veramente di qualità. Le piscine comunque belle e le svuotano quasi ogni giorno.

• AngeloP_SF (6/5): Not bad, but... - In the middle of my ride around Italy I stumbled upon this area that looks like it is famous for SPAs. Only hotel opened on April 26th was this one. The complex is not bad, definitely very clean but the SPA facilities are pretty old, locker rooms barely working and I had to ask for a robe and it eventually came after 15 min waiting... In my opinion, it should come under a deep renewal of the facilities while the pools are very nice and hot water (solphoreus water) is amazing

• Verified traveler (4/5): una grande delusione - La camera è definita dall'hotel "elegante e confortevole" questo forse non vale per la 312 dove non arriva la wi-fi non c'è frigorifero non c'e aria condizionata il ventilatore ha una spina tedesca che non entra nella presa la moquette è scolorita al bagno manca un bicchiere per gli spazzolini non c'è un porta carta igienica. La mia definizione è : "camera super economy". Gradirei una risposta dall'hotel

Personale amichevole, prezzi adeguati, soggiorno tutto sommato confortevole. Bella e grande piscina esterna con acqua termale calda, ottimi i massaggi.

• 439nevilles (6/5): Hmmmm. - This is a very nice hot pool resort which seems to cater for the Italian domestic market as it was difficult to find any staff which spoke English. Nicely laid out with 3 hot pools of different temperatures it also attracts bus loads of day trippers. My gripes are possibly minor. The aircon failed to cool down the 30 degree summer heat. The WiFi only worked in the dining rooms. The dinner menu was not priced.

• Charlotte (10/5): Great staff, serene setting, beautiful hotel. - We had a short one night stop over at this hotel while heading south, though we had difficulty finding the hotel via satnav a local man pointed us in the right direction and we arrived about 9pm. It was after dinner service and we were extremely tired/hungry from travelling but a young waiter accommodated us and we managed to fit in some food before bed- of which was delicious. Overall, I wish we got to stay longer!

• sarahm541 (10/5): A hidden gem - We visit this area of Italy every year to see my in-laws who live just outside Castelforte. We knew there is a spa resort, but hadn't bothered to investigate until now. We booked in for 2 nights and 3 days on a bit of a whim, and we were blown away. The hotel was pretty quiet, so no overcrowding or anything, the food was amazing, and the service impeccable. The whole place is unashamedly stylishly understated and elegant, a perfect Italian retreat. The treatments available were amazing, and we opted for a salt scrub and massage, which was lovely. The pool was warm and inviting, with the thermal waters offering a warm bath with plenty of jacuzzi features and a lovely terrace for relaxing in the Italian sunshine. The only thing to be aware of is the high mineral content which tarnished a silver bracelet very quickly...! Lesson there, take the jewellery off before getting in the water!! The spa is also used extensively by the local population for their health and well being treatments, so there are bus loads of people arriving and departing all year round - so book treatments in advance, as these were very booked up even though the hotel was quiet.
