- Alex (4/5): - The location is very good. Staff are ok, bathroom was flooding due to a water leak but maintenance said they couldn't do anything. No other room offered. Breakfast is very basic and most choices have ran out by 9 am. Overpriced for what you get. I'm not going there again.

Rooms are bit run down, leakages, holes at the ceiling, screw lying on the floor, without proper cleaning as the floors are sticky when I checked in. Not worth the price though. Only plus point is it's location.

- MOHD NOOR AL SUFRI (8/5): Best Budget Hotel - Check in very smooth, TV Channel only 3 and its not clear, hope more movie, news and music channel will be added. Internet connection need to be improved as it is very slow. Others I am very happy and will come again

- Verified traveler (4/5): A hotel that is not worth staying. - Noting fantastic besides it's location, noisy and poorly maintain air con in room, only 4 local tv channels. WiFi was connecting since my check in till check and it never works, most interesting part is breakfast was serve in opposite building which is outside of hotel premises and I was informed by their front desk that breakfast only serve from 8.30am till 10.30am where I have to leave the hotel at 7.30am.
- Xin (6/5): Cheap & exceed my expectations - Booked the deluxe queen room. Check in was fast. Condition of the room exceeded my expectation. Size of the room is good, clean, bed is comfortable, water pressure in bathroom is good & heater is working fine...only complaint is the washing sink which leaks a bit. No fridge in the room but thats ok. There's a safe and hair dryer. Air conditioner is working great too.

I got a room without a window and half the normal room size, which was not told when i made my purchase. I was so upset and had to pay extra to upgrade the room. The staff hotel was nice and tolerated with me when i was upset because i was cheated thru the online purchase. Overall the hotel was ok just think its over priced.

- Puddytat (8/5): Close to the Fish Market - Was hoping for a room with a view. Got a room overlooking an access way. Quite noisy at Starbucks downstairs Hotel is not easy to find, and the views of the harbour as advertised was not evident. Otherwise tidy and clean
