- Didier (9/5): - L'hôtel est bien situé. Une plage est accessible à pied en moins de 10 minutes, des restaurants sont à côté (évitez la pizzeria). La chambre était propre, dotée d'un balcon, bien agréable le soir. La salle de bain est spacieuse, le lit est grand et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est absolument fabuleux, la salle de restauration est à côté de la piscine. Enfin le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. Le parking de l'hôtel est trop petit, il est difficile de se garer. Néanmoins, des places sur un parking public gratuit sont disponibles à quelques mètres de l'entrée de l'hôtel, donc ce n'est pas vraiment un problème. Nous avons garé notre voiture de location tous les soirs sur ce parking public sans aucun souci.

Bardzo uprzejmy personel - możliwość wykupienia rejsu katamaranem do jaskiń Benagil. Hotel blisko pięknych plaż z klifami i ładnym piaskiem. W okolicy sporo restauracji i barów z dobrym jedzeniem w różnych cenach. Możliwość zaparkowania na parkingu hotelowym. Wszystko było ok.

- Jintao (1/5): - 0 Very disappointed with the service at this hotel. Before leaving in the morning, I requested room cleaning. When I returned, I found that the bedside table had been moved and my charging cable had been damaged because of it. This was the only charging cable I had during my trip, which caused a lot of inconvenience. When I went to reception to ask for help, I waited around 10 minutes before anyone came back to the desk. While I was speaking in English, the receptionist suddenly stopped communicating with me and started talking to Portuguese-speaking guests instead. I found this very disrespectful toward international visitors, and the attitude during the conversation was rude and dismissive. I asked whether I would receive an update later that day or the next day, and the only response I got was “OK,” with no explanation or real attempt to solve the problem. Later, I was told that “this has never happened before,” that there was nothing they could do, and that the hotel has no policy regarding accidental damage to guests’ belongings. That response was honestly shocking. The charging cable itself is not expensive. What disappointed me most was the lack of responsibility, poor management, and complete absence of customer service. Overall, this experience made the hotel feel very disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here if you expect respectful communication and proper handling of guest issues.

Super little bar area serving cocktails beers and food available. Highly recommend the salads, very fresh and tasty. We were able to get parking on site and hotel is a short walk to cove beach about 5-10 mins . A few restaurants dotted around for food or drinks. Very pleasant and quiet area. We got taxis and had day trips to Praia do Rocha 5 mins in taxi and Alvor 10 mins in taxi, great places to visit Not much not to like but would have liked a hand rail in bath area as the shower is within the bath so you have to be careful stepping in and out.

- Yaraslava (9/5): A good place if you want quiet rest - Good hotel, very clean, room was spacious enough, bed was big and comfortable. The location is quiet, in the early morning the birds were singing. The stuff was polite and nice. Breakfasts were very good. A little bit away from the city centre, 35-40 mins of walk, but the taxi is cheap (~4€ per ride). Everything else was good.
