- Robert (2/5): - Got to this hotel to be told it is being refurbished we were transferred to another hotel very sure that Expedia do not know of this nor were we notified extra expenses in getting to the other hotel not very good at all very nab & no notice of changes made
- Rhys (2/5): - Arrived at this hotel with no one to be seen. I was greeted by a security guard who advised me the hotel was permanently closed, however my reservation was never cancelled. Don’t book this hotel!!
- loic (2/5): - Notre vol arrivait à minuit j’avais appellé pour être certaine qu’on pourrait nous accueillir vers 1h. Mais le jour J portail fermé personne ne répond ni a l’interphone ni au téléphone. Nous avons dû dormir sur un parking d’autoroute avec nos deux filles de 3 et 6 ans. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement. Aucun professionnalisme et surtout injoignable j’avais déjà eu beaucoup de difficultés à les joindre.

Le rechargement ne se faisait pas donc il a fallu quémander et il était 9h20 loin des 10h de fin… donc c’est un point à améliorer. Pour le reste je recommande cet hôtel

- Verified traveler (4/5): Plus jamais ! - Le réceptionniste me donne la carte et le numero de chambre, en arrivant j’ouvre la porte et il y a déjà un couple dans la chambre. On me redonne une autre carte et un autre numéro de chambre, je m’installe, et quelques minutes après un autre client rentre dans ma chambre… Comment est-ce possible ? C’est inadmissible ! Hôtel très bruyant au bord de la rocade. Le petit déjeuner est servi de 7h à 10h, quand on arrive à 8h30 les 3/4 des chaises sont déjà sur les tables.. welcome !

Kein Föhn auf dem Zimmer, schmale Betten, bescheiden eingerichtet. Cafeteria war geschlossen Bar war geschlossen Ich war in dieser Hotelkette das erste und letzte mal!!!!

- nicolas (8/5): Parking non surveillé = VOL - Dommage que le parking ne soit pas surveillé la nuit, cela aurait sans doute éviter les effractions de mon véhicule ainsi que celui d'autre participant à un salon sur Eurexpo. Je ne retournerai plus à cet hôtel et surtout n'en ferais pas une bonne publicité auprès de mes contacts. Dommage car j'étais un habitué de cet hôtel.

Par contre il n’est pas précisé que le 3e lit est en hauteur et nous étions 9 adultes, pas simple pour le 3e d’être dans ce lit. Par ailleurs j’ai demandé des lits doubles et 1 lit simple et à chaque fois c’était 3 lits simple même si dans une chambre les lit simple n’étaient séparés que de 20cms. Enfin mon fils allergique aux caca riens a fait une grosse crise. Je pense qu’il faudrait traiter les literies.

Malheureusement odeur de cigarette dans ma chambre (ce qui est rédhibitoire pour moi). Les chambres sont non fumeur normalement. Une grosse amende devrait être réclamée aux gens qui gachent les chambres pour les clients suivants!

Remise des clés à 14h35 et non à 14h comme précisé sur votre cite
- Benjamin (8/5): séjour affaires de deux jours - J'ai séjourné deux nuits lors d'un déplacement professionnel. L'hôtel est calme, le lit très confortable. Jai juste eu un problème de pression d'eau dans la douche lors de mon séjour. Propreté globale bonne, un peu moins bonne dans la douche (joint silicone vieillissants).

Propreté de la salle de bain à revoir, 1 seule grande serviette, pas de savon côté lavabo, pas de verre dans la salle de bains... Fenêtre de la chambre qui ne ferme pas correctement (nous avons eu un orage violent, on se croyait dehors...) Au vue du prix payé, ce n'était pas à la hauteur. A l'arrivée nous avons eu 1 chambre avec 2 petits lits... Petit déjeuner - vu le prix franchement je pense qu'il faudrait revoir votre prestation proposée, le cadre ressemble à une cantine...

A 200mt c'è un ristorante dove si può mangiare carne molto buona, menù turistico ma semplice e delizioso, ad un prezzo normale. - williamjB4491FF (2/5): Complete rip’off - This is an appaling hôtel to be avoided at all costs. I booked online and paid 180 euros which i mistakingly thought was for two nights .. in fact this was what this 0 star modular hotel charged per night. The receptionist shrugged and said it was exhibition time as if ripping off visiting exhibition goers was quite normal. There were no towels in the room which is a very basic level since the normal price is around 50 euros … the breakfast was a shambles. There was only one extremely brave young man on duty attending to the reception and servicing the breakfast room which had run out of everything. The customer sitting next to us was buttering his bread with his car key due to absence of cutlery. We found a dirty knife in the kitchen and cleaned it ourselves. … then hunted for food in the kitchen and fridge … to be avoided at all’costs
- mikeP3834ZC (6/5): really price worthy hotel with partly "rough" customers - Hotel good rooms good, staff nice. Due to current Covid policy room was only cleaned on demand. We did not know that and were a little bit surprised that the room was not made up. Some of the other visitors appeared (true or not) to be related to "red light" business: We met a girl in the elevator with nothing on except for a longer shirt and a pair of sneakers. That was more from the amusing side. Less entertainig was that other visitors were hitting the doors late at night so that one of my colleagues reported that he could not sleep that night. Some guy had obvilously passed out in the parkway and there was shattered glass. As mentioned above the hotel itself is really price worthy, and there is really nothing to complain but our wish would be that the hotel would do more to protect the interest of visitors who would like to take a rest at night.

Plenty space to park either in the garage or outside in the secured parking.. Very nice welcome by staff who are helpful with your request. Restaurant Courtepaille belongs to the same owner. Did not try it but it was full. Will definitely come back.

- Daniel (8/5): Great for Attending Events at Lyon Stadium - Stayed here for 6 days to attend the semifinals and final of the Women's World Cup. Very pleased with the room and bathroom. Air conditioning worked extremely well. "Breakfast" is not worth the fee they charge, and if you need coffee, they have a pay machine in the lobby. Parking was excellent with both a parking lot in front and garage parking under the hotel included in the price. You are very limited on dining options, but you don't have to drive far to find multiple places to eat as well as shopping.

- Sarah (4/5): What a let down - The hotel was located smack in the middle of an industrial section of town; zero to walk to nearby. The only public transport was a bus a few blocks away that took 20 minutes to get you downtown even though downtown was less than 5 miles away. Taxi's would not come to the hotel so you"had to call/hire a private driver" (from the front desk clerk), and of course, cost about 10 Euros more per ride! Never again would I ever stay here.

- aileen (2/5): Horrible hotel - Did not enjoy the stay here. From our arrival the staff were unhelpful. Put us on 4th floor then told us lift was broken. Asked to be moved floors and they put us on the third in a near empty hotel. They did eventually carry our bags up but I had to get angry before they would which spoilt our trip from the start. Later on we asked about public transport to the groupama stadium to see the women's world cup semi final. They said there is none and said we had to get a taxi. We decided to walk, literally got round the corner, saw a bus stop and asked the driver of the 76 bus and got the bus straight there. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- emily1215 (2/5): RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! - We booked 1 room at this hotel to stay in during the July World Cup finals, 7/7/19, and we booked it back in January 2019. MONTHS ahead of time, and this hotel is not far from the stadium. We got a confirmation email saying check-in is at 2pm, perfect, because game starts at 5 and warm ups were around 4. We arrive at 2:15, and were not greeted by the younger girl at the desk. There was a long line of 7-8 people ahead of us. When we finally reached the desk, we were told that check-in was at 3. We pulled up the confirmation that said 2. The young girl said "Well no, none of the rooms are clean yet. So you have to wait. 3pm" and that was it. No sorry, nothing. So I asked if she could let us know if it was ready earlier, and we would wait next to the desk in the "lounge" (which was filthy and covered in garbage). Well, after 30 minutes of waiting, we see new guests coming in and being able to get their rooms. NO ONE told us. So we again waited in line, and this time there was another woman behind the desk (chest tattoos, incase anyone has to deal with her in the future, beware). She told us there was no reservation under the name we booked under. So I said here is the confirmation number if that is helpful (trying to be calm and helpful). Her response was to tell me to "SHHHHH, shut up" and then something in French. SERIOUSLY?? LOL! Girl, you are trash. So disrespectful, I was shocked, the people behind us couldn't even believe it. Save your money and go somewhere else! The hotel is a mess and the girls behind the counter are clueless! Poor management and customer service. Get an AirBnB instead.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Ed sheeran concert - Hotel was very nice, service a little lack lustre and lazy. On arrival we were told that the yowels were not yet dry and we would need to o to the faundry room to collect when needed......we actually needed them at time of arrival. Shower leaked all over the floor so could only use the bathroom in bare feet. It was a room for three people, three people booked in but only two pillows!!!! Very easy for Groupame stadium.

- Guest (6/5): - The plus- its cheap and clean. For one night stay before an early flight -its fine. 20 minutes drive from the airport. The minus- staff could be more helpfull, for example as of how to get the parking gate open, towels could be in better condition, a towel for each guest would be nice to have (we were 4 but only 3 towels) the shower door doesnt shut well so the water from the shower leaks all over the bath room floor . If you can live with that -you get a very cheap and clean place to pass the night.
- V2538TDjamesb (8/5): Good business hotel but nothing around the hotel - Clean basic hotel located close to Lyon EXPO area, room was a good size, 2 single beds and 1 bunk. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and a Burger King at the end of the street but that is it. No supermarkets or shops.
- Annamaria (8/5): Pastry school orientation trip - The location of the hotel was close to most roads traveled, the breakfast was very appropriate and inviting. The room was clean and very comfortable. The parking lot also had access to a restaurant that was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a quick trip.

- Terry (10/5): Loved it - Located a little far from the city but we had no problems catching the bus & train. Bus stop to the train station was 5min walk from the hotel. Nice new hotel, room was clean, modern & well set up. Liked the bathroom which was modern & clean. would definitely go back

- bertrand2204 (10/5): Very good for the price - Close to the airport Personal present 24/7 Room very clean and equipped. The bed was really nice. Good price for this category of hotels and especially compared to other Premiere Classe hotels that are old and not very well maintained. I recommend.
