Had to call to recieve a code for the key box. Never saw them during my stay. Would have been nice to see someone at the main desk.

young (1/5): Day light robbery - We paid for a room we never stayed in waited outside motel 45 mins. Got a phone call 11.30 that night. We're sleeping on daughters floor by then. Asked for refund. Been getting mucked around by chambers and booking.com. im now taking this to consumer affairs. Nicky (4/5): Not great extra charges applied - error was on Champers - Arrived at site and had to call a number to check in, when they arrived some 15mins later there was no pleasantries just handed the key and told what unit number, not even where on the facility it was. Had to check out early the next morning so left keys in drop box only to be charged an extra $100 for 'lost keys' - they replied back advising that their staff looked in the 'wrong' drop box ( there was only one drop box to leave the key in ! ) . . .

Our room was outdated and a musky smell the four days we stayed there. Almost broke my charger from trying to plug it in the wall. The shower pressure was trash, just dribbles. Had more pressure from flushing the toilet. Couldn't use our bathroom light because it kept flickering and turning off, so showers in the dark. Couldn't open the bathroom window. Laundry area is very run down.

Maria (4/5): - There were no free to air TV channels available on our TV, you had to stream anything you wanted to watch such as Netflix etc and pay for it, plus Wifi also was extremely unreliable.
Anna (1/5): Gross. - Location was proximal to the motorway. We were moved to the Avana Suites which was marginally better than Champers but still the floors were so sticky and dirty we had to keep our shoes on inside, the handles, door knobs and light switches were sticky, there was grime down the cupboard doors and in the drawers, the kitchen sink was covered with dirt and the kitchen cloth was greasy, the oven didn't work, there weren't any rubbish bins, there was hair in the bathroom, there was a broken glass in the cupboard, there were cockroaches, the neighbors kept us awake nightly with their shouting through the walls from the adjoining room, the house was flooded with strong cooking smells each night, no towel rail, windows didn't open, no laundry facilities available- one was empty and the other didn't have electricity to the laundry. And my credit card was billed more than the amount that I booked it for. The property is well below standard and should not be available until it's fit for use.

A builder would be able to make them better. The rooms in general are clean enough but could be alot cleaner- eg door frames, walls, carpets could do with a clean. Pillows were too big, couldn't sleep with one, maybe a second smaller option would be good. Kitchen had bare basis, no knife to cut anything

Die Küchenausstattung war sehr spärlich, sodass es eigentlich kaum möglich ist wirklich zu kochen. Die Rezeption ist lediglich remote besetzt, sodass man dort anrufen muss. Die gesamte Unterkunft wirkt älter und etwas heruntergekommen.

Paula (1/5): We will never stay there again - We booked a room in the complex. Not a rundown house across the road that the business has done nothing with in the time they have owned it. When we booked they had one room left. We were taken to a house that was across the road but has been recently purchased by the business. It was old cold and smelt of mould. One of the bedrooms had 2 broken windows, the glass was in the room and still on the ground outside, the other rooms light didn't work properly. The room we slept in was gross. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould. You couldn't get wifi upstairs. The wiring is original I don't even know how they have insurance as it still has original walls with scrim. It was so late and we didn't know what we were walking into. We were not informed of any changes. Otherwise we would never have stayed there.

No mirrors in bedrooms, lighting poor, 1 single mattress old and uncomfortable. No rubbish bin in bathrooms for disposal of sanitary products.

It was great to have so much room for our family and space in the room for the kids. They loved the upstairs part. It also had Sky. We probably would stay again if we stay in lower hutt again. There were many reviews that the place was tired and this was correct. The paint work was not great. The kitchen and bathroom were ok but were clean so that was good. We never saw any reception staff or owners. The person who gave us the key was the cleaner. It was good value for money - it was not the best place to stay but we also didnt pay more to get a better place.

PK (10/5): Cheap, Clean, Warm and Humble Stay .. - We booked for one night and were able to ask without notice if we could stay longer. A lovely humble stay where we could shower, have toast, cuppa tea, dine out, and enjoy a nice quiet sleep. It was cheap to stay so it serve it's purpose .. There wasn't anything I didn't like about it .. it was lovely 😍 👌 👍🏼
Isaia (7/5): stay was good but not great! - room was spacious heater in room didnt work, tap was wobly had to hold base n twist knobs to turn on water. Wanted to use spa bath but didnt look clean. Wanting to see someone at reception but was locked and there was no phone in room to contact recwption from room. Everything else was good though.
malcolm (4/5): Adequate. - Wasn't upto to the pictures advertised. People smoking outside our room . Which made our room stink of cigarettes. Shower and toilet systems very loud, especially when other rooms being used.
Shane (5/5): - comfy Bed 0 Cell coverage, very weak WiFi .
Debbie (1/5): Management were very rude and unhelpful - Nothing Lost our debit card. Rang motel and told them. They said it was ok just pay on the day with the card we had. Got there and they wanted to charge us another $100.
