The hotel was extremely clean with cleaners cleaning throughout the day and the buffet staff and snack bar staff were very sweet! Adam from the reception was very helpful and arranged a taxi to the airport for us because booking.com kept cancelling. The private beach was great and the spa was amazing- had a lovely pregnancy massage. The heated pool wasn’t heated so my toddler was cold and couldn’t stay in the pool for that long. Our kettle wasn’t working and tv had issues too but once that was sorted all was fine.

Un grand merci à la dame qui s’occupait de notre chambre (377), elle était adorable et faisait un travail impeccable : la chambre était toujours parfaitement propre. La nourriture était excellente, avec beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts. Tout le personnel était super agréable ! L’hôtel propose de nombreuses activités, plusieurs piscines et une salle de sport très bien équipée. Tout était réuni pour passer un séjour incroyable, je recommande sans hésiter ! Large variety of food. Very helpful staff. Very luxurious with all facilities. The animation team was very basic. Shows were not good except one night when they had jugglers, circus acts and belly dance. The cutains in the room were not blackout. Alot of light came in the morning.

Merci en particulier à notre femme de ménage Hayet qui a apporté un soin tout particulier à l'entretien de notre suite de deux chambres contigues. Buffet exceptionnel, variété des plats proposés, amplitude horaire d'ouverture super ! On est impressionné par le travail logistique qu'il y a derrière tout cette organisation parfaite...jusqu'au kids club apprécié de nos fillettes.

- Cécile (10/5): Superbe séjour à Kantaoui Bay - Premier point positif, le surclassement de la chambre en front de mer, avec pétales de eose sur le lit et surprise accès au spa pour 2 offert. L'accueil tardif parfait un repas chaud nous attendait à minuit et demi. Les bagages montés en chambre d'une propreté impeccable. Notre femme de chambre nous laissait une petit surprise chaque jour merci Sonia. La chambre etait top bien équipée et spacieuse vraiment confortable. Les repas sont excellents pas de recyclage, il y en a pour tous les goûts, les restaurants sur réservation sont bien aussi. Le vin n'est pas fameux mais bon. Le all inclusive est vraiment respecté et plus que correcte. La gentillesse des gens, la beauté de l'hôtel, la plage de sable blanc, une belle salle de sport, les piscines intérieures et extérieures, tereain petanque, ping pong, volley. Il y en a pour tout le monde. Vraiment rien à redire, les taxis pour sortir en ville sont dispos constamment, ca bouge bien à Hammam Sousse, Sousse et Monastir. Franchement un séjour dont on se souviendra longtemps, et je suis à peu près certaine que je reviendrai !!! Belle expérience en Tunisie grâce à vous. Le vin. Un peu trop calme le solr mais je pense que c'est dû à la période.
- Karelle (9/5): - L'hôtel est bien situé sur une belle plage et à 5mn en voiture du centre de port el kantahoui. La nourriture est excellente, beaucoup de choix, produits de qualité et le service irréprochable. Les chambres sont grandes, propres. Choisir les chambres côté mer, les autres donnent sur le devant de l'hôtel sans vue réelle. Le SPA est bien et les soins de qualité. Piscine chauffée avec parcours aquatique payante au SPA. Qq animations. L'une des piscines extérieures est chauffée à 28/29° et il y a une piscine intérieure chauffée. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix Nous avons été surclassé à notre arrivée car client booking genius, geste fort appréciable Le deco est restée en 1990 mais c'est le charme désuet de la Tunisie. Un petit relooking serait apprécié. La station port el kantahoui est un peu calme pas grand chose à faire.

Albergo, grande, pulito, tranquillo e confortevole. i servizi erano eccellenti, dalla reception alle camere, dalla spa al ristorante, dai caffè al bar, dalla piscina alla spiaggia e alla palestra. Sono arrivato in albergo verso mezzogiorno. Il signor Hadi in portineria mi ha accolto meravigliosamente e, dopo poco tempo, mi è stata assegnata la mia splendida camera con vista mare, anche la signora Radia, la responsabile delle pulizie, è stata fantastica e si è dedicata al suo lavoro per cinque giorni di fila, sempre sorridente e pronta a chiedermi se avessi bisogno di qualcosa. Raccomando questo albergo Iberostar a chiunque visiti Sousse e desideri trascorrere una vacanza meravigliosa, rilassante ed indimenticabile A mio parere, è il miglior albergo a cinque stelle, avendo lavorato nel settore turistico e come direttore d'albergo in Italia per molti anni.

À la réception, le jeune homme m’a dit textuellement qu’il ne pouvait rien faire, que il ya bien des chambres disponibles sans problème mais elle étaient plus chères, et qu’il ne pouvait pas me changer de chambre.

- jacky (10/5): Très bel hôtel que je recommande - Personnels aux petits soins avec nous, superbe vue de la chambre face mer et aux petits gestes et détails qui ont fait de notre séjour un bonheur ( grand merci à l'établissement), ma femme a été ravi. Très bonne restauration variée. Centre de thalasso avec une grande richesse de l'offre, du personnel attentif et une propreté impeccable avec piscine intérieur eau de mer Piscine extérieur à eau de mer près de la plage réservé aux adultes à 30° est superbe, et jacuzzis. Une autre piscine en intérieur eau douce chauffée idéale pour une fin mars. Il manquerait un système d'insonorisation dans le grand restaurant qui s'avère un peu bruyant.

- Nathalie (10/5): - Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cet hôtel Iberostar en Tunisie. Tout était tout simplement parfait du début à la fin ! Les chambres étaient magnifiques, spacieuses, très propres et extrêmement confortables. Nous avons même eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés à notre arrivée, une attention qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Le personnel a été d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant, disponible et attentif aux moindres détails. La restauration était excellente : des repas variés, de grande qualité, avec beaucoup de choix et des plats toujours délicieux. Un vrai plaisir à chaque repas ! La piscine est superbe, très bien entretenue, idéale pour se détendre. Les activités proposées pendant la journée sont nombreuses et très bien organisées, et les soirées sont tout simplement géniales : une ambiance conviviale, festive et très professionnelle. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié toutes les petites attentions du personnel tout au long du séjour, qui font vraiment la différence. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil chaleureux et ce séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

- Nicola (10/5): Unforgettable - Myself and my partner stayed for a week at kantaoui Bay and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. From the moment we arrived the reception staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Always making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay complete. The bar staff inside and by the pool were friendly and very hardworking and we never had an empty glass and always a snack at hand. The waiting and catering staff made every meal wonderful making sure we had a table and a drink ready for when we got back from the buffet which had a wide variety of meals served hot and fresh daily. The Tunisian and Italian restaurants onsite were the best and the food was delicious the waiting staff here were also wonderful and very accommodating. The entertainment staff were very welcoming and made you feel at home making conversations with everyone. We enjoyed the evening entertainment the most including the Tunisian night and the karaoke. Very fun and memorable. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully presented every day thanks to the wonderful cleaning staff who made the room very lovely daily. Out by the pool the lifeguards were there to make sure that you had a sun-bed and a mat for comfort and table for your drinks which was always there as they bar staff were on point making sure you didn’t have an empty glass. Overall I had the most wonderful and memorable stay at kantaoui bay Thankyou to all the staff for making our stay so perfect. We look forward to returning again in October. No

- Ratiba (10/5): Magnifique - Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cet hôtel en Tunisie, et je tiens à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe. Tout d’abord, un grand merci à Imène à la réception pour son accueil souriant et professionnel dès notre arrivée. On se sent tout de suite bien quand on est accueilli avec autant de gentillesse. Un immense merci également à Souad, notre femme de chambre, qui était exceptionnelle : très gentille, compétente, toujours avec le sourire. Les chambres étaient impeccables, toujours propres, et elle faisait tout pour que nous soyons à l’aise. Côté restauration, c’était parfait. Il y avait de tout, pour tous les goûts : viande, plats végétariens… Nous avons très bien mangé durant tout le séjour. Les serveurs étaient aux petits soins, notamment Ibrahim, toujours souriant et attentionné. Merci aussi aux équipes du bar et de la piscine, qui venaient régulièrement nous demander si nous avions besoin de quelque chose à boire. Un grand bravo à l’équipe d’animation, vraiment au top ! Toujours proches des vacanciers, dynamiques, chaleureux, ils faisaient tout leur possible pour nous faire rire, danser et passer de bons moments. Merci particulièrement à Fatma, la responsable, qui était vraiment au taquet, très respectueuse et bienveillante avec son équipe. Merci également à l’équipe de sécurité, que ce soit à l’entrée ou à la plage : toujours respectueux et souriants. Un mot aussi pour le directeur adjoint, toujours souriant, prenant le temps de dire bonjour et d’échanger avec nous. On le croisait même à la salle de sport, dont l’équipement est d’ailleurs très bien entretenu. Les piscines chauffées étaient également au top. Enfin, un grand merci à l’équipe de la thalasso : Imène à l’accueil pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse, Leila, la masseuse, exceptionnelle et très professionnelle, et le hammam ainsi que tout l’espace bien-être, qui étaient parfaits. Un séjour génial du début à la fin. Rien a dire tout était parfait

- Obaid (8/5): Excellent resort - The reception was welcoming, and we were given our room before the check in time, which was much appreciated. The bed and pillows, were extremely comfortable. The balcony was lovely, with a side view of the sea, and the bathroom was clean. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice, and the team at the main restaurant were fantastic. The outdoor areas were green and well maintained, and access to the beach was beautiful. Sousse Medina is about a 15-minute drive away, with plenty of taxis available just outside the hotel charging around 20 DT. Check-out was smooth and efficient. Overall, a good hotel, but management really needs to address the condition of the floor tiles, or at least consider polishing them to improve the overall appearance of the rooms. Unfortunately, the room itself was a bit of a disappointment. The floor tiles were cracked and rough, giving the room a poor overall feel. For a five-star hotel, it was disappointing that there was no iron in the room.
