Very clean and staff was great
Thank you We have no complaints except the noise from the room next to us. There was too much noise even after 22:00. No respect for rest of the resistance

- dzimwe (7/5): - Beautiful area
Smell goos They didn't give me water in the room. I could have make coffee ☕ or drink.

- Monica (5/5): -
- Nothile (4/5): I honestly did not enjoy my stay. The network connection made it unbearable. - The stuff was friendly. Network connection was extremely bad. WiFi was not working . The stuff tried to connect me to a different WiFi still did not work.
TV in my room was not working due to unstable WiFi connection.
The water in my room was cold. I had to go bath in different room.
There was no iron in my room.
- Jacobus (10/5): Awesome, I will come back again. I enjoyed my stay. - Breakfast was so good and no traffic coming to hotel and going out easily. I think you must improve on wifi because network is poor, even though you connected.
- Nomthandazo (10/5): - The area is quiet and accessible. The parking bays not covered.
- Khunou (4/5): My stay was ok but not impressed by lot of things - The location it’s near the shopping centre We didn’t have water for 2 days, we were not informed about the water crisis, the manager didn’t make means to assist to make sure their customers get water. There are no shelters at the car parking
- Nokuthula (6/5): It was okay!! - The rooms are nice, the pools and the whole view!!Even on the admin side is very beautiful there couches there I like!! The focus is more of the day visit people than the one that have book for overnight stay,no one came even to check if we okay with everything!!! Too formal you don’t want noise whereas we there too enjoy ourselves so 👎
- Shadi (10/5): -
- Ginah (9/5): Given a chance i’d go back - Everything was top tier Nothing at all
- Buhlebethu (4/5): Poor client service, you can do better. - Security Staff so welcoming and respectful. On check in, reception staff was welcoming as well.
The outside part of the hotel and garden beautiful. The Family Room we were allocated to, the sliding door to balcony was not locking, and bathroom window was not closing due to loose hinge. Reported on Christmas day in the morning to housekeeping, maintenance did come but they couldn't come in because they came at the time we were bathing, and they never came back till we check out. Nothing was fixed.
Complained about the single bed that is in there that it was very hard and uncomfortable, the lady at the reception said unfortunately that's the kind of bed they have.
Our linen was never changed, the whole 4days we were there.
First night we order food at restaurant, they said it will take 45min, but it took 1h30 to receive our dinner, but we never complained.
On the 26th we ordered pool basket at 13h20, checked at 14h30 it was not ready, mind you the hotel pool was not full as it was raining. We only received the basket at 16h30 after we have complained and no one owned up to their mistake. We waited for 3 full hours while people who came after rain were enjoying theirs in the pool.
Lastly the hotel had power failure yesterday 27th from 15h00 till 00h00 midnight. Went to reception around 21h00 to ask for portable light since cell phone was out of battery unfortunately we didn't get any help, no courtesy shown by management just to inform their clients of what was happening, no apology for any inconvenience for having 9hrs of no electricity. Funny part only reception area had power and all rooms were without.
Their rooms had no enough wardrobes for luggage, just small single door wardrobe and their furniture is not that wow. The family room we were in had no bar fridge, no TV remote, no glasses we had to ask for those because we saw the other room we booked in had these things, but glasses we didn't receive.
- Madubanya (6/5): The place, the staff and food top notch 🤞 I would definitely come back again.. you smell the freshness from the moment y - The property was amazing, cleanliness The was an event happening downstairs and some of the guests remained and started to make a lot noise for us it was so bad that my partner had to wake up around 11 to ask the security to ask them to keep it down,
- Mpumelelo (9/5): Great but really wish they would upgrade their TV’s - The room Tv is old
- Themba (10/5): We enjoyed our stay. - Location superb but did not opt for breakfast nothing

- Ntja (9/5): The place was exceptional and enjoyed it , except for the single bed that was meant for my 6 years - The place was exceptional and enjoyed it , except for the single bed that was meant for my 6 years old, the bed was old and not comfortable at all , you could feel the springs that’s how comfortable it was,
.
I would recommend the place to single people with no kids , and the staff was lovely and hands on. Loved the place. The single bed meant for my child
- Johan (8/5): Very good -

- Gottlieb (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tanika (8/5): The hotel never had water for one day. They were happy to move us to another hotel at their cost. When we moved to the ne - The staff Pat was amazing. She was super helpful and friendly and was willing to listen to any of our complaints. It was very loud. You can hear the neighbours easily.
- Rabotoko (8/5): Could have been so much better - The premises were clean and well looked after, the food was also amazing. The staff's response to other tenants eroding our experience was dreadful. People were drunk making noise late at night in the passages whilst we were sleeping (with a little child). When I called the receptionist she said she would get security to resolve it but unfortunately the noise persisted. Even when I stepped out to speak to those people they simply laughed me off. That was really unpleasant and ruined the entire stay for us.
- Mororisheng (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nolwazi (10/5): It was very nice and the stuff were welcoming and helpful if you need something i will definitely come back again - Everything is perfect besides the rooms dont have any dish clothes atleast The location. When you check it out using a navigator it takes you somewhere else.

- Lebone (7/5): Good -
- Mkhashila (10/5): Exceptional -
- Happyworth (7/5): Good -
- Dlamba (6/5): It was ok - The pool Area with Cocktails That I had a take from the event I attended so I didn’t have microwave to warm up the food at night when I was hungry.
- Sandile (6/5): Good - Curtains were not too dim enough sunrise in the morning you can easily wake up
- Kanyane (10/5): Exceptional - Everything from room to food was awesome. Nothing is wrong
- Remco (2/5): One is better off in Kalahari desert than at Khyalami hotel. - Roomsize.. 1. 1H45 waiting restaurant from order to serving.
2. No hot water in bathroom to shower/bath.
3. Upon arrangement for pre-paid take-away breakfasts for 3 pax, only 1 was delivered/served. That is blatant theft.
4. Wifi non existant.
- Nomusa (6/5): Okay - Welcoming staff and location Extra bed was uncomfortable
Rooms didn’t have shower
- Mpumelelo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mpumelelo (8/5): Very good -
- Qinisile (9/5): Awesome -
- Nomthandazo (10/5): Exceptional - Staff is welcoming especially the receptionist and the security were very kind. Parking. I wish the parkings should atleast have a shelter. Sunday i experienced a heavy windy rain and my car was outside.
- Nompilo (9/5): Superb -
- Kgaugelo (7/5): Good - The area where it’s located was the first thing I liked The fact that there’s no microwaves in the rooms is a big NO, we went out to chill somewhere and bought food there that we didn’t finish so we took takeaways to the hotel, when we got there we asked them if we could warm up our food and snack before going to sleep but they refused. We weren’t happy about that at all and it needs to change to accommodate people’s personal needs
- Seale (5/5): Passable - The room doesn't accommodate two people in terms of wardrobe space and bathroom that has small basin, though booked for two people sharing but you still find one glass, one cup.. The place was smelling paint and I found my other room not prepared as I requested, I had to wait for 20 minutes and above before they could prepare the room.
- Makawa (10/5): am definitely coming back - everything was perfect nothing
- Mpumi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mashiloane (8/5): Great. Peace of mind. - The place is quiet, and its Child Friendly The Wi-fi kept on disconnecting.
And the Room didn’t have a Microwaves
- Matilda (6/5): Pleasant -
- Matilda (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sibiya (10/5): Whats good much be repeated - Room open space is awesome Poor signal when watching Tv
- Muzi (5/5): Passable -
- Maku (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hape (8/5): Very good - There was no “PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN” that one puts out of the door so that they may not be disturbed…
Coming back from running Kaapsehoop marathon and trying to rest, our sleep was disturbed because there was no sign to hang out of the door.
- Lino (8/5): Very good - At 4 am there was someone drunk making noises
- Fortunate (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay 🤝🤝👌 - I loved everything Everything was perfect 👌 🥰
- Chaha (9/5): It was good. - The service was very good. The staff is kind. Very accommodative. Great views from my room. The towels were not clean. They were rather slightly brown and old instead of white. They could wash them better or buy new ones.
- Moroesi (9/5): It was awesome wish to extend it - Location was perfect and the staff were welcoming. We asked to check out later than normal and they agreed wanted to shower before we leave. We will definitely come back with my crew They forgot to put cutlery and some -coffee and apologised
- Mahumele (8/5): Good - The rooms The shower
- Boyabenyathi (10/5): N - Clean There was a noise downstairs on that hall
- Mandiwana (2/5): Unpleasant - The bed was comfortable and the room was specious I didnt not like the fact that despite making bookings through bookings.com. You still need to park outside which looked unsafe. They could not trace our booking even when we showed proof. still have to show POP. It took almost an hour to be allocated a room. It appears like there were double bookings. We requested breakfast pack since we were leaving 2am to the marathon. our request was not granted.
- Duane (3/5): Poor -
- Sonto (10/5): Exceptional - Pool was refreshing, room was very nice and clean.Pam the reception very friendly love her service Our tv was not working,no one attended the matter until we checked out, room did not hv pool view like we requested and our balcony was dirty
