Avevamo un cane piccolo sotto i 6 kili e sono stati super carini anche con lui e hanno gestito al meglio le pulizie della camera. qualita prezzo perfetto quindi nulla da recriminare

Nina (10/5): Ottimo - Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero ottimo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene: lo staff è stato gentile, disponibile e sempre attento. L’hotel è pulito, accogliente e le camere erano molto calde, cosa per noi molto importante. Personalmente ho avuto solo una piccola difficoltà con il cuscino, perché era troppo morbido e sono abituata a dormire su un cuscino più rigido. Ho chiesto se fosse possibile cambiarlo e lo staff lo ha fatto immediatamente, con grande disponibilità. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La spa è davvero molto bella e rilassante. L’unico piccolo suggerimento riguarda la temperatura dell’acqua della piscina: sarebbe stato ancora meglio se fosse stata un po’ più calda, perché era solo tiepida. Per il resto tutto eccellente. Anche la posizione è molto comoda: c’è l’autobus per Merano 2000, quindi non è necessario usare l’auto. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e consigliamo sicuramente questo hotel. Samuel (8/5): Perfekt um zu entspannen und den Alltag zu vergessen. - Alle Mitarbeiter sind auf aussergewöhnliche Art freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich persönlich hätte mich gefreut, etwas mehr Hausmannskost essen zu dürfen. Dennoch war das Essen sehr gut.

Wir haben uns sehr über ein hochmotiviertes Team gefreut, das sich wirklich in allen Dingen richtig gut um uns gekümmert hat. Lucia (9/5): Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen! - Stefan und sein Team setzen alles daran dass es den Gästen gut geht. Hier wird Gastfreundlichkeit und ein familiärer Umgang gelebt und geliebt, weshalb viele Gäste schon seit Jahren immer wieder kommen - inklusive uns! Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei Stefan, der sich sofort gekümmert hat, als ich während unseres Urlaubs leider krank wurde. Auch danke an das Küchen-Team, welches uns den ganzen Tag über bestens verköstigt hat.. und sogar eine Suppe für mich gekocht hat, als nichts mehr anderes ging. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder und freuen uns schon darauf. „Hier bin ich Mensch, hier darf ich sein.“ Bei der Reservierung haben wir den Wunsch nach einem bestimmten Sitzplatz angegeben, dies wurde bei der Ankunft auch angesprochen. Seitens der Rezeption wurde uns der Tisch am zweiten Tag zugesagt, leider haben dann neue Gäste den Tisch im gewünschten Bereich erhalten. Nichts desto trotz hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

You are treated like family with utmost concern and super care. You always have a reserved table at the restaurant, staff knows you by name and really takes care of you Rooms are clean and quiet, the whole facility is really clean and new, the spa is to utmost requirements, lots of public spaces to relax and to enjoy food and drinks. Comes with a bus pass to the ski resort, all day brunch, good breakfast, amazing dinner!

Anthony (10/5): Terrific hotel - From checkin to checkout including restauration, the welcome and service were excellent. Finally, staff who smile. Clean and well maintained rooms - we even got upgraded to a loft suite with great views. Anecdote: We decided to stay an extra night but there were no rooms. The manager kindly found us 3 rooms down the road. Gotta stay here!

CB (6/5): Unpleasant Experience - Upon arrival at the hotel I mentioned that we had some difficulty finding the hotel and his replied “are you complaining to me?’ I said “no, just making an observation”. That person who I understand is owner/manager/chef replied, “SO SHUT UP”. I thought I didn’t hear clearly and he repeated “I TOLD YOU TO SHUT UP and just bring me your passports.” Uniquely rude welcome. Later at dinner I was asked to sign additional documents, and although we carry US passports and reside in New York City, booked as such, the documents noted that we live in Tel Aviv, Israel. Where did they get it, strange? Since we paid in advance, we decided to stay the night. Perhaps not the best decision. Around 10pm, I developed high fever and we decided to go to the hospital in Merano, about 20 minutes away. The barman called a taxi and I guess notified the owner, who came to the lobby, looked at us, did not say a word and left. I was diagnosed with pneumonia. We returned to the hotel at 2AM and it was totally closed and dark and no way to get in. We banged on the door for a while before the owner let us in.

Verified traveler (10/5): Hotel zum Wohlfühlen - Familär geführtes Hotel mit dem Slogan Fein und Klein. Das trifft es sehr gut. Übersichtlich mit Sauna und Schwimmbad. Alles sehr sauber. Hotel liegt wunderbar etwas oberhalb von Hafling bei Meran. Sehr gute Busanbindung nach Meran und von dort nach ganz Südtirol. Durch die Merankarte kostenfrei!

Andreas (10/5): "Klein-Fein" trifft vollkommen zu! - Sehr zuvorkommendes Team - mit familiärem Charakter. Wir haben unseren Kurz-Urlaub rundum genießen können und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Komfort-DZ war großzügig, top ausgestattet und "traditionell modern" gestylt. "Klein - fein" ist auch der Wellness-Bereich, man vermisst nichts und kann richtig relaxen. Wer jeden Abend auf ein kulinarisches Erlebnis wert legt, ist hier vollkommen richtig aufgehoben. Kreative, moderne Küche, die wunderbar lokale Spezialitäten mit einbindet. Ein 4-Sterne-Haus mit 5-Sterne-Küche!
