- Eugene (1/5): Bad, dusty and mouldy…seen few bugs - Nothing good about it. It was cheap but i thought it would be clean like in the photos. But i was wrong. Not worth a single cent Dirty and dusty. I checked out the moment i checked in as i do not want to risk my health. But hotel was selfish and only thought of making money. Not willing to compromise and offer not even a partial refund
- Sumini (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cherie (4/5): Better choices available. - Location was perfect, MRT station closeby and on a bus route. 7 eleven across the road. Very small, bathrooms have been updated but falling apart and very mouldy. Broken things taped up. No tea or coffee or fridge.

- Russell (6/5): Quick stay before travelling onwards - Staff were helpful Quite run down. Little attempt to improve it
- Glen (1/5): Disappointed - Nothing This hotel offers rooms to rent for 3 hours. What does that tell you? Why was this not mentioned on the hotel description. If I had known this there is no way that I would have booked it.
- Geoff (6/5): A little disappointed - The photos Could see that it had been nicely equipped but the sanity ware was cracked and many area needed attention

- Md (6/5): almost granted - location conjusted
- Mustafa (1/5): Bad -
- Dr (9/5): Comfortable place and friendly staff - Near to Haji Kadir Restaurant (delicious sup tulang merah & murtabak Singapore). There is a reception staff who is a Malaysian from Penang who is very cheerful and helpful even when i asked a lot of questions abt the area, she was always ready to help. We also managed to walk to Mustafa Centre and it's really convenient as it opens until 2am. For me too bad the nearest MRT stations (Lavender, Bendemeer & Jalan Besar MRT) are not within walking distance. So we had to take gran to go to MRT station.
- Andru (8/5): Very good -
- Tugsjargal (7/5): Good -
- Wanderi (7/5): Good -
- Shemar (1/5): I don’t recommend anyone ever stay in this hotel worst experience. I seen bugs on the floor walking in the hall way. The - It was in a good area It was the dirtiest place I’ve ever slept
- 亚军 (10/5): nice - service nothing
- 沁 (10/5): Exceptional - Staff is very accommodating able to fullfil my request. The transportation for bus and Mrt is very convenient also have free parking lot. We will back again thank you.
- Kay (10/5): We had a good overnight stay at the property. It worth the money and price was rather cheap in this location and compare - The room and bathroom spacious, bigger than some surrounding hotels. We drive hence it definitely has a plus point with free parking although parking lots are limited but we were lucky to have our car parked at the hotel.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and just like the photos. Nothing dislike. Highly recommended.
- Elio (5/5): Passable - Rooms are not very comfortable but it remain a good option for a cheap hotel in Singapore.
- Kath (6/5): Pleasant - Value of what u paid for Bed uncomfortable
- Hwee (8/5): Very good -
- Bhupendra (7/5): Good - Not aplicable Ac in room two nights.
- andrew (6/5): - I was ripped off by an Expedia computing error by $180 on top of a $240 bill for this hotel.
All I get on complaining when ask for the money back is no reply sites and surveys like this
I have been with them for years...they seem to be on the down
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Been there before... The sheets for the bed and pillow dirty... Carpet dirty... No fridge and no slippers for deluxe room but online states there is... No coffee also because of the economy not good but room price is still higher... Once Business runs with the price so standard amenities should still be provided...
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clear, big room, convenient, many foodi courts around the hotel
- WEI JIAN (4/5): - room is kinda stinky, bathroom floor seems pretty bad condition, it's not a comfortable stay
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This hotel was really good staff
Cleaned the room every day, so I was comfortable
It was a hotel worth the price
- Shirley (6/5): - location is good near to bus stop .. but MRT station Lavender is about 2KM away.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Strategic location - convenient to walk to MRT and plenty of restaurants nearby. Comes with FREE parking which is rare in this country.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not recommended at all .Not even for backpackers - Very bad hotel condition ... not even equal to the pictures shown in booking websites . Bad front desk support. Room conditions are really bad. Not recommended . as they have given us a room which even not comfortable ( bed is really hard and pillows are not clean at all )
- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid if possible - Aircon not cold. bathroom sink choked. mattress is uncomfortable. Checked out within hours and booked another hotel
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Disappointed that breakfast not served til 830am..too late..my 12th hotel stay on a world trip and all other hotels bfast started at 730.being picked up by shuttle service at 830am..anyway good eating places near..basic hotel room..hard asf bed but i am grateful to have had a bed
- Verified traveler (4/5): Noble is uncomfortable - The hotel hygiene is poor, the bedding stuff and pillows are disgusting.
- Edward (6/5): - Tracy, night shift front desk is very helpful, always smile and well manor.
The mattress is very bad, you are sleeping on the sprinkles very night.
- Chin hung (8/5): All is good. - All is good. Small, simple, but clean room with proper queen size bed.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - No recommended.
- Chihiro (4/5): - You get what you pay for....... room was small, didn’t feel clean, old and NEVER again.
- Kaythy (8/5): - Smell smoking in room, mattress is not comfortable,
- Dave (4/5): - It run down
- Balvinder Kaur (6/5): Okay - I thought hotels is singapore suppose to be very clean.saw some fungus at the bathroom than the shower gel were in the pouch but was opened.others qise it was ok
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not Fit For American/European Travelers - No exhaust in Bath Room so it stinks with bad smell. If A/C is not on carpet stinks. No hot water in the sink. Hot water in shower super excellent. Commode is in the corner so a big man can not sit properly. Supposed to be non-smoking room but other customers do not observe the rule and after smoking throw butts out of window. Expensive and should be not more than USD 50.
- Jer (6/5): Stay overall - Stay overall was alright, however the bed was slightly filled with some black dots which was a little dirty than expected.Wouldn't really much recommend this hotel, but for a one night stay,it was okay.
- Dan (4/5): disappointed - For this price (RM200-RM250) is not worth it.
Room mediocre clean, but dark - have a window but 30cm form neighbour house wall - so no light.
Bathroom also too dark. There are better budget hotels in Singapore.
- Winston (10/5): Basic Hotel but Pleasant to Stay - It's a basic hotel, but equipped with toiletries. It was a pleasant stay and for the price, I would stay there again.
- Jill (6/5): Friendly staff. A warm welcome. Room is very clean - We chose this as an overnight stopover. It suited our needs. There are good food options in the street.
- Joseph (10/5): Hotel stay - Very clean hotel. Near most areas.
- Tony (4/5): very disappointing - The lady on the front desk was very pleasant however that is where it ended, the room was very small, the shower was stuck in a corner in the bathroom, everything got wet no shower screens.
The only positive thing I can say is the sheets on the bed were clean.
We would not stay there again and certainly not recommend it to anyone.
- calvin (6/5): Not for everyone - Not for clustofobia people. Room is all walls...Quite scary.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Air condition not cold and the have a bit smell but not expensive
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very friendly stuff. Very convenient location to take bus, subways and go shopping for groceries. Extremely budget meals suppliers around.
- Kshirod Kumar (2/5): The most horrible experience. - The hotel doesn't deserve a three star rating under any circumstances. At best 1 star. In the name of budget hotel they refuse to give sugar or cream with tea/coffee. In the name of breakfast they serve one veg sandwich only. Omelet is at their mercy. Towels are torn. The manager is very arrogant. Even asked us to check out if we didn't like their services.
- michelle (8/5): Great hotel in walking distance to the rail - The bed was a little too hard for my liking but other than that it was good
- Kerai (2/5): No service no hand towels no hand wash soap no br - No breakfast no service sink blocked dirty room small and dingy 8 foot by 8 foot no chair
- Ed (8/5): Low price hotel along Lavender Road in Singapore - Only stayed 4 days at the Nobel Hotel. I was in town for a minor shopping trip ( Sim Lin Square ) then back to Bangkok because my Thailand visa required an exit before I could stay another 30 days.
Went to the Sands Skypark for the spectacular view on a sunny day then to Orchard Road for shopping: Lucky Plaza.
- Jason (6/5): Good price, hotel for a night of sleep - Interesting room with a window that viewed a concrete wall. I knew when booking the room it had no view, it was clearly advertised so I am not disappointed with that. It's simply the first time I've come across this and worth noting.
The room had limited soundproofing from joining room, however, this provided entertainment from the couple next door enjoying some extra curricular fun. I don't think the couple realised the limited amount of sound proofing until I sneezed :)
This made for an interesting ride in the lift to the lobby when we all used the lift at the same time the next morning.
The added bonus of the room not having a window facing the street meant there was no street traffic noise.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Rough - Very tired. Bedroom ceiling covered in mould (where it hadn’t been painted over).
- Warren (6/5): I'd keep looking - The staff were great- very friendly. However, the walls are paper thin and we had to wear ear plugs to keep the other guests' conversations from keeping us awake. The bed is hard and you can feel the springs. The neighborhood itself isn't dangerous but it's one of the sketchier areas in Singapore. The hotels in the nicer areas are going to be way more expensive.
- Stara (8/5): Value for money - If you wanna go here, take the MRT to Boon Keng station, exit C if I'm not mistaken. From there it's a mere 10 minutes walk. There's a few eating places nearby, with a Seven Eleven and two bus stops just across the hotel. Easy check-in, check-out. Very friendly staff. Daily housekeeping, they also give 2 water bottles, coffee and tea and mini rolled cake for snack. Air con was cool, but unfortunately not so much with the fridge. I bought an ice cream and left it overnight at the fridge and it melted. Bathroom was clean and sufficient, bedding was decent. Room size was considerably good for cheap SG hotels. WiFi is also pretty fast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Noble!
- POORNANAND ISHWARAPPA (8/5): Good for a small family - Room is small but service was good.
- Jason (2/5): You get what you pay for. - Don't do it. Just don't. I mean, unless you like feeling the bedspings in your back; pretty sure I've slept on more comfortable concrete floors. Oh, don't mind the mold on the walls. Totally normal.
- joe (6/5): no comment - it was ok...simple and clean
- HewaS (6/5): Ideal for Budget Traveller - Hotel is conveniently placed close to so many facilities and sights
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Worth for money
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Staffers are really friendly! Nice place!
- Helen (2/5): Definitely a 1 Star Hotel - If comparing hotels in Australia, this would be a one star hotel. The rooms are extremely small & very outdated décor.
- Rocky (6/5): Adequate hotel for simple stay - Room size shud be highlighted at top of website upon choosing to avoid category of room type. Regular, medium , large rooms good way to differentiate rm type.
No separation partition between shower & toilet seat area. Comfort rm always wet after shower !
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Not so gd...so noisy
- Verified traveler (2/5): Budget hotel - Bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom looks disgusting.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Budget hotel - Front counter informed that we are not alllowed to park in the car park provided. Not as what was stated that limited car park is available.
Bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable and no toiletries were provided. Bathroom toiletries holder is covered in mould and looks disgusting.
The cabinet was next to the room door and I kept knocking into it.
Can't expect too much from a budget hotel.
- Rock (6/5): Adequate hotel at location near ftball stadium - Checkin fast ; staff at checkin ok.
He need to update about hotel facilities better!
And about international hotel procedures to attract more repeat guest-stays.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Value for money and everything you need close by. - Nice, comfortable, affordable hotel in a vibrant neighbourhood. Friendly and professional staff. Not far from two MRT stations and plenty of food and drink available nearby and beyond.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Poor - Nothing prefect
- Warano (6/5): Singapore Chrismas Shopping - Clean ,Small Room but with View, 1 staff of Front desk was not friendly, walking distance to Little India , close to Bus stop.
