Kathryn (6/5): Beds were comfortable, seemed clean, but wouldn’t stay here again. - Chicken chef only had 1 meal there, eat out at least once a week for years, by far the worst we’ve ever had! The AC/Heat unit needs to be fixed, kept going on all night long only off 10 seconds, not working properly! Sink outside bathroom very inconvenient. No fans, son needed one, got a hazard no front cover one. No proper outlets to charge electronics. Free wifi def didnt apply to getting ANY tv other than sports or 1-3 channels no one would watch, that was super disappointing! Pool so small sons get sore, couldnt swim. Meant only for tiny kids!

Harder (6/5): Very happy the watetslide was actually working this time! - Room was very warm and humid. Had to have the windows open and hear the outside traffic. Fridge had one broken leg so we had to work to put something beside and under so it did not vibrate. It was very noisy. The TV was not working. But maintenance was called and that was corrected.
Lori (8/5): - The staff we very friendly and the room was nice! Grandkids had a ton of fun on the waterside! One of the beds wasn't very comfortable. It had a hard ridge along the two sides! The heat was also hard to control. Either too hot or you had to turn it off. Luckily the weather was mild.

Guide64356639928 (4/5): Wouldn't recommend - pool & hot tub were icky - Hotel is dated, old furniture, popcorn ceilings, bathroom vanity located outside of the bathroom beside the front door of the suite. Noise from hallway was very loud, room was too hot even after turning off the thermostat and having the window open during the entire stay (-15 to -20c that day / night). Pool and hot tub looked very dirty, dim and unappealing, we decided to not use either for hygenie purposes. The "gym" was not a gym and located on a balcony directly above the pool in the same room which would have made a workout there extremely humid and uncomfortable. The so called gym was closed for maintenance anyways so it was a waste of my baggage space packing my running shoes and workout clothes. Overall appearance of the hallways and front desk area are dim with poor lighting, the hotel is in need of renovations. Bedding, carpets and towels were clean and comfortable.

686darrins (2/5): Filthy pubic hair disaster - Disgusting, pubic hair everywhere. Requested bathroom be cleaned and disinfected. They just lied and said it was cleaned and disinfected. I then sent pictures that showed it wasn't but they insisted it had been done good enuff. Also was harassed by the maintenance guy whoni guess was told to clean, even thonhe swore to us that he was never told to clean only to pick up pibic hair. He didn't even do that, just smeard it across bathroom floor. Also taps on shower did not work properly. Only one would work at a time so either scalding water or ice cold. Room was suppose to have 2 queen beds but had 1 queen and one double. Both beds where broken and lumpy, very uncomfortable. Also they told us we would get 15 % off for the inconvenience but charged full price anyways. Management are liars and too lazy to actually clean the hotel properly.

Lori (1/5): Not so great. - The desk staff was nice. There was a fist fight outside my hotel room. I called the police as i wasn't sure if someone was going to get stabbed a very violent incident. The cops,paramedics on scene at 3:30am which meant no sleep. Blood all over walls,floor and vomit when I checked out as fast as I could run out of that place and I emailed manager requesting a discount and have not heard back but was informed other patrons on the same floor were given a discount. So I will contact booking.com and see what they can do for me.

ryangeological (2/5): Avoid - $300 for a hotel in Brandon is excessive. My corporate discount was not applied and when I entered my room for the 1st time at 1030pm the door was propped open for anyone to enter from the time the housekeeping cleaned the room. I was informed there no other rooms available and I had to stay in a room that was unsecured for probably most of the day and evening. Totally not acceptable.

Will not return. Plus, if you want people to actually use your water slides and such, at least have them open for 9am for the late arrivals.
