- Ediwin (7/5): - room is quite big. i stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, bad smell come out from the rest room located inside the hotel room. towel inside the hotel room also looks very old. lighting in front of room is very minimum (dark) hence i did not sit in the sitting area in front of the room.

- AristoDZ (2/5): Not Recommended for Stay & Bussiness Accomodation - Stayed here for a meeting and stayed overnight from October 14-16. The room was quite clean, the meeting room provided was quite good, and the breakfast was in accordance with the portion and menu of a 3-star hotel. There is no elevator so having to carry luggage to the upper floor was quite difficult. However, what was most impressive was the unfriendliness of the front desk lady when my room had to be moved to a location quite far away when I asked to be moved. Her reaction was very unpleasant and tends to be bad for the hotel service industry. Plus, I was reprimanded by an officer when swimming at 7 pm because it was outside guest swimming hours, but at 9:30 pm it turned out there was a couple swimming noisy but no one reprimanded. If you can choose a hotel to attend an event near Sentul, it is better to find another hotel, and meetings here are also not interesting.

- hawkyone (10/5): Nice hotel! Good Ambience! - Location: excellent! Easy access and next to Taman Budaya Sentul where you can find a lot of cafe / restaurant / food stall here. There are plenty of options, from Indonesia to Korean food. Hotel provides direct access to Taman Budaya, just next to lobby. Room? Love it! There are only two room types: pool access or pool view. Room is spacious. A family with three adults and one child? No problem, you still can have a quality sleep. And by the way, every room has a terrace. Room amenities: coffee maker, toothbrush, soap, hair dryer, towel. no safe deposit box and as far as I remember no refrigerator as well. Hot and cold shower, bathroom is also spacious. Love it. You get dinner and breakfast, but please remember this is a three star hotel so do not expect much. Indonesian breakfast like chicken porridge, "nasi uduk". and fried rice. No western breakfast style like sausage and potato wedges, lucky that there is egg station. I recommend this hotel for a family short vacation.
- Jh (8/5): Environmental friendly hotel in green area of Sentul - The hotel design is considered environmental friendly with grass accommodate the rooftop of the hotel building. The hotel swimming pool is quite large and refreshing. The breakfast menu is various and we may have many options to choose. The hotel room rate is affordable. Due to the hotel renovation, the construction area is quite noisy and produces ashes to the hotel, however we believe this could be mitigated when the hotel consturction completed.

- Andri_mfa (2/5): Awful - My booked a room from 10/2 to 12/2 2024. We arrived saturday 10/2 at around 2.30pm, the room not ready yet. We travel with a son with special needs. We had to wait until around 3pm, no staff has approached to inform us on the room. Awful. As compensation, can we stay late on 12/2/2024 until, say, 5pm?
- yusiantif (8/5): The reception face wasn't welcome us well - I booked room for my mom and my kids, for 2 nights.during checked in my sister accompanied them and i called them by video call,my sister told me that the reception wasn't welcomed us well,her face looks so rude.the reception is the face of the hotel.however,that moment was unacceptable.i booked hotel,to made my family happy, not to see someone else gave an attitude to them! however, overall was extremely amazing,the room,facilities. and please highlighted our bellboy who helped our luggage,such a good gentlemen.i saw from video call he helped them to joining the bed,he was entertaining my son also during escorted them to the room.for sure we will come back again,but please highlighted the reception who helped us for check in, it was totally unacceptable.

- Mutiaratiff (8/5): Affordable hotel in Sentul - A big bed for twin. The room can afford 4 peoples i guess. Spacious room, and good bathroom. Kinda old, but good. The pool was good, not deep. The food was good, I really like it, but kinda pricey. Near from the hotel, there was a lot of cafe, or restaurants so I could enjoy the night there. I had a good sleep. Thanks.

Had a chance to stay in this one of Aston hotel Group brands, this medium range class hotel is comfortable for my family. Spacious 32sqm room for a 3 star hotel, great swimming pool situated between the two building, Flawless n clean, fresh room, very cold AC spotless bathroom, everything work well. Bfast buffet has a wide range of selections, taste good and I like the Soto Ayam local culinery corner, taste so good and we compliment the Chef! Everyone in the hotel are courteous and friendly, so Bravo to NEO Sentul management and Team, keep up a good work... A very recommended hotel for business and leisure near Bogor...

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good but need improvement - Overall okay with couple of notes/improvement if possible 1. No elevator to 2nd floor, better put elevator or at least ramp for trolley to bring belonging to 2nd floor 2. Hot water not working in bathroom 3. Jacuzzi not hot at all 4. Parking space very limited 5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked 6. There is no smoking sign on the table in restaurant, but there is still people smoking and hotel staff didn't take action until I request help 7. Safety protocol in restaurant is good where staff will help to take the food, however #of staff is very limited resulting to long queue. And this is already in fastinf month, hence #of visitor take breakfast is already split to sahur and breakfast. Cannot imagine if it is not in fasting month and everyone take breakfast together.

There was no hot water during my stay. breakfast was acceptable and pool area would be the premier aspect of this venue. 1 out of 10.....I give the experience a 6. Positive is that you can walk to a number of good places to eat and a few cool bars. I would stay there again just for this reason alone.

- nickolai (6/5): A nice hotel to relax - If Your idea to relax is a quite place, fresh air and a pool to swim, this hotel is perfect. It also a good place to have an office gathering or a simple outbond. But the food is average and it doesnt have a 24 hours cafe/resto.
