- siti rizaidah (1/5): worse services - no at all The air conditioner temperature could not be controlled, the room was dirty, and there was a two-hour power trip in my room, which made my family suffer in the heat. The maintenance team came late to fix the issue. I requested compensation with a late checkout as I lost valuable time, but the manager ignored my request.

Plus, the aircond is at the best service however it is only one way, when we sleep on bed, we didn't feel the aircond.

- Ng (5/5): So so… with this kind of budget hotel! - Location not bad with free parking. Surrounding full of food store n massage shop. Walk distance to Pahlawan mall. Didn’t make up the room even inform the staff to do it n promise to do it but at the end nothing had been done! Disappointed! Why don’t have small refrigerator in the room?
