Suwanna (7/5): Best location hotel in the middle of the city. - The breakfast was good enough with some fruits. The location was the best. The floor was creaking and noisy to walk on. The shower was strong but less streams of water. The bathroom has seperate toilet so it was a little inconvenient to use.
Mette (8/5): Meget god beliggenhed, men lidt overrated i forhold til hvad man får for pengene. - Beliggenheden er exceptionel god og morgenmadsbuffeten er god. Der var problemer med el installationerne. En dag måtte vi tage trappen, fordi elevatoren ikke virkede pga problemer med el, og trappen ligger i naboforretningen. Vi måtte selv finde ud af, hvor flugtvejen/trappen lå, og der var ingen skilt på elevatoren. Receptionen var bemandet med en meget ung mand som ikke vidste noget. Vores adgangskort var i første omgang ikke blevet autoriseret til at bruge elevatoren, så vi stod “på” når der kom andre gæster ned med den. Lyset tændte og slukkede af sig selv på vores værelse.

Spärliches Frühstücksbuffet, nur kalte hartgekochte Eier (hatten uns auf Rühreier gefreut). Warme Milch und große Tassen für Café au lait mussten nachgefragt werden. Entgegen Hotelbeschreibungen kein Restaurant, keine Hotelbar, keine Minibar. Mansardenzimmer sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Nur ein kleines, mühsam zu öffnendes Dachfenster.

Magdalena (6/5): - Die Lage war super, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mehr oder weniger fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber. Extrem störend war, dass das Zimmerfenster in die Galerie St. Hubert ging: Der Lärm der extrem vielfach besuchten Galerie, den darin befindlichen Cafés und Lokalen hallten bis in die tiefe Nacht direkt ins Zimmer. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster und Fensterläden war der Lärm zu hören. Schade, da das Hotel ansonsten durchaus viel Charme hat.

HONNET (8/5): Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation. - Emplacement exeptionnel! Dans une rue piétonne perpendicualire à 10 mètres des sublimes galeries du Roi. Une chambre et une salle de bain très lumineuse, avec baignoire, douche et toilette séparé. Le dejeuner est varié et copieux, le service impécable et le personnel très agréable. Nous pensions avoir un balcon comme sur les photos lors de notre sélection, mais à notre arrivée ils nous ont dit que nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit king size et que dans tous l'hôtel il n'y avait qu'une seule chambre avec balcon et qu'elle n'était plus disponible. C'est le seul Bémol.

Alec (8/5): A nice, clean hotel in an excellent location. - Incredibly clean hotel in a brilliant location. Breakfast was very good; no hot options, but the range of food was good. Hotel staff (of which there are few) were friendly and helpful The noise from the main gallery itself during the small hours; we had a top floor room and had to keep our windows open as it was warm. This meant that when someone walked through the gallery and sang our shouted, it behaved like a large echo chamber and woke us up. We resorted to earplugs, which did the trick.

It was a little loud, but that was expected from the other reviews. There was no hairdryer in the room, and the safe did not work, which were somewhat inconvenient.

Léa (7/5): Hôtel très bien placé, chambres jolies mais pas très chaleureux et pas très bien équipé - L'emplacement est très bien et les Galeries sont magnifiques. L'hôtel est joli et les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût ! Le personnel est très gentil. Le petit-déjeuner à 18 euros est sans intérêt (beaucoup de produits industriels, pas d'oeufs etc.). C'est dommage car l'espace commun est très joli mais sous exploité : pas d'endroit pour prendre un café, pas de fauteuil pour lire. ça fait un peu vide et abandonné. Niveau chambre : les coussins ne sont pas très confortables (à mon avis un peu vieux), il n'y a pas vraiment de nécessaire à toilette, et il n'y a pas de frigo. Les personnes à l'accueil ne sont pas toujours joignables mais elles restent très sympa. Les chambres qui donnent sur les galeries peuvent être bruyantes mais on s'y fait avec des boules quiès.

Sarah (6/5): Op de mankementen na een heel mooie kamer op een unieke locatie met alles wat nodig is op wandelafst - Mooie kamer op een unieke locatie; goed geïsoleerd en hierdoor goed geslapen! Bad lekte, water liep er vanonder gewoon uit en de tv deed het niet. We hebben dit laatste gemeld aan de receptie, die heeft nieuwe batterijen in de afstandsbediening gestoken en toen moesten we maar proberen. Het lukte nog niet. Toen het bad lekte, was het al redelijk laat, dus hier hebben we geen melding van gemaakt. Vermits we de ochtend erna al om 6u moesten vertrekken, hebben we niemand meer gezien.

Angelica (10/5): Our room looks lovely and clean. We had a good sleep at night even if the surrounding is busy. - Firstly, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is on top of the famous shopping and dining centre and very centrally located. Fill of shops and restaurant around. Walking distance to everything. None to mention.

Un grand merci aux employers de l’hôtel de m’avoir acueilli 👍 Il y a peut être des personne qui n’aime pas le son caractéristique du plancher qui est quand même bruyant, mais moi personnelement je trouve que ça donne un charme dans cet hôtel

Stephanie (7/5): Lovely small clean hotel in central location - The best part of this hotel is its amazing location right in the centre of the old part of town and close to the two beautiful historic shopping arcades. The staff were pleasant. We decided to add the breakfast on to our stay as one of us eats gluten free and they accommodated that really well. The breakfast options were good and plenty of good strong coffee, fresh bread/croissants, cheese and cold meats available. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel was really quiet at night - I had thought there may have been noise coming from restaurants and shops in Gallerie downstairs but there was no issue. The room facilities were disappointing - no working safe - although there was one in the room. One of the reading lights (which is important for me) was not working for the first night of our stay although it was fixed the following day when we asked. The seal on the shower door was faulty so it resulted in a flood of water on the floor. Again this was fixed the following day. The TV didn't work throughout our stay. This is minor but the floorboards in the corridor part of the room although lovely and characterful are quite squeaky. Smallish room but definitely fine for a two night stay.

Lucilla (9/5): Pausa rilassante in pieno centro - Hotel in zona centralissima, a 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale. Pulitissimo, letti molto comodi con 3 cuscini differenti. Colazione di ottima qualità. Il personale è pronto a risolvere ogni problema e molto affabile. Consigliatissimo. Nulla, tutto bene.

Great location if you want to visit Brussels We expected a nice view on the Galeries (and that’s the reason we booked there) but had a room with no view 😕. Hotel was fully booked so not possible to change
thomas1291 (9/5): Great location, king room - The staff was very nice. The location is exceptional, 2 minute walk from the Grand Place. The room was very clean and everything was nice. The bath was exceptional, and so was the shower. The only thing that could be improved is heating in the bathroom, it felt a bit cold. Other than that, everything was great!
Rolf van Sprang (7/5): Redelijk hotel in hartje Brussel - Geweldige locatie, naast de gallery st Hubert. Ruime kamer met bad en aparte douche met een dikke warme straal. Zolderkamer zonder normale ramen en ik kon de airco niet afzetten.

BEne la possibilità di fare caffè e la messa a disposizione di una bottiglietta di acqua. camera con termo spento. quindi fredda. Non si capiva dove fosse il termostato per accendere lo scaldasalviette in bagno. Tappeto in camera da rimuovere perchè raccoglie polvere mentre va benissimo avere solo il parquet Eravamo però in due e la bottiglia di acqua era solo 1

Loretta (10/5): The ideal base in Brussels - Premier location, close to all the main sites and the central train station. Delightful staff who went the extra mile for us. The front desk clerk booked transportation to the airport when we checked out, let us use the breakfast area and their wine glasses to gather for a drink and made excellent food recommendations at nearby restaurants. Told us places to avoid. .Spotless rooms and a refreshing shower. The room was quiet despite being in a main area. Small rooms, but that was expected.

Panagiotis (10/5): - Location is the best someone can find, in the centre of Brussels, by foot you can visit all attractions, bars and restaurants in the centre. Room was clean and space was good, the best was people in reception and especially Enzo, he was so helpful and friendly. We will come again and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Brussels!
Pia (8/5): Siisti majoitus, hyvä aamiainen - Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä (buffet, itsepalvelu) ja sen aikana miellyttävää klassista musiikkia. Ylimmän kerroksen huone oli todella rauhallinen. Tarjolla oli vettä ja kahvin/teen keittomahdollisuus. Huone oli siisti. Lähellä on monia ravintoloita illallista varten. Päärautatieasemalle ei kovin pitkä kävelymatka. Paikka ei näytä ihan perinteiseltä hotellilta ulospäin (kävelin ensin ohi). Brysselissä majoittuminen on kallista, mutta tämä ei kovin kallis. Huoneen ja avaimen aktivoinnin voi joutua tekemään itse, jos pienessä vastaanotossa ei ole ketään. Lankkulattia oli tavallaan kiva, mutta niin täynnä isoja rakoja, että ei pidä mitään pientä esinettä pudottaa tai se voi todella kadota.

Katarzyna Dziadel (3/5): I wouldn’t stay there again - The concept would be great if it was well maintained and had some quality The standards were pretty low and the whole place felt really rundown and overused. I originally found this place through reading Telegraph and their recommendations but I was very surprised about very low quality of everything overall the whole place didn’t feel clean at all but it felt quite old.

Es wurde mit Aussicht versprochen auf sehenwürdigkeiten, deshalb habe ich das teurere Zimmer genommen. In Wirklichkeit haben wir aufblasbare ein Dach geschaut
