The motel room smelt old and stale. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned very well. Cracks in the walls and paint missing. Had a microwave, bar fridge and kettle, but no cutlery to eat or a bowl. The beds were very uncomfortable. It’s great for a 1 night, but not the 4 we stayed for. The room was very noisy from the traffic

Microwave not clean, Tv didn't work properly as the screen damage (reported to reception) bad internet signal for the tv, the mattress seemed old and it was very uncomfortable plus a spinning class at the gym next door, was very loud and woke me up at 4 am. Do not recommend.

Room next doors air con buzzed for about 10 seconds every 2 minutes while their air con was on . We got absolutely no sleep while that was on and there was nothing that could be done other than ask them to turn it off . Thankfully the new occupants couldn't stand the noise either so they didn't have it on .

I was late check in due to transportation and commitments. The communication of how to check in was great and easy to follow. TV was OK and WiFi was surprisingly good. Very outdated. Aircon right next to the bed sounded like a helicopter taking off, very hard to get a good night sleep. Carpets looked old, dirty and stained. Bit over priced for that level of outdated accommodation.

It was chlorinated. But they need to run that pump to keep it tidy. Especially in this hot weather. There was a loud screaming noise from the shower next door , some issue with the plumbing. But that only happened twice when they used there shower. So it was really no big deal

Paying $400 a night for a room that was nothing close to what was advertised on booking.ccom was a real let down. We have had family friends previously stay in the room that we booked and paid for however we were given a run down apartment directly above the office with leaking bathroom taps, dirty and not cleaned to most standards in any motel, no view of the water instead looking over the trash cans and parking lot .....

Carpete mal cheiroso. Ar condicionado do quarto principal não funcionava. Pedi para que eles viessem concertar, apenas limparam o filtro e continuou não funcionando. Móveis velhos. Eletrodomésticos super velhos e faltando peças. Um dos ar condicionados além de super antigo e sujo não tinha os botões de controle. A cama HORRÍVEL. Além de desnivelada, você deitava e sentia o ferro da mola do colchão encostando no seu corpo que dava pra contar quantas molas tinham de tão desgastado estava o colchão. A pia do banheiro tinha que abaixar pra escovar os dentes e chegar bem perto de tão pequena que era. Como posso ter pagado por 3 noites mais de 1300 dólares num lugar como esse? E o que mais me deixa INDIGNADA. É que mesmo com comentários negativos, esses hotéis continuam sendo recomendados e não são retirados da plataforma porque o que vale mesmo é o dinheiro arrecadado.

• Anita (3/5): Would not recommend or return. - Not much As this is on the corner of a busy road intersection it was very noisy - if you are a light sleeper i would not recommend this property. Google maps took us around the block several times to try to find the correct location. We ended up at a garage up the road for instructions. When we finally found the property the lock box code was so small it was hard to read. There was poor instructions to find our room but we eventually found it but there was unfortunately no lift so we carried our luggage up 2 flights of stair.
