• Dzenana (10/5): A Memorable Family Getaway to Pissouri in Cypern - Our stay at Kotzias Apartments in Pissouri was, without a doubt, the highlight of our holiday in Cyprus. Traveling with the whole family, we were welcomed into a peaceful and picturesque setting that exceeded all expectations. We stayed in a spacious and well-appointed apartment just steps from the sea, complete with a large swimming pool that quickly became a favorite spot for both relaxation and play. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. On-site, there's a charming little café serving delicious breakfasts and satisfying meals throughout the day. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Just across the street, a cozy mini market provided all the essentials, and the friendly atmosphere made every visit a pleasure. For beach lovers and adventure seekers, Xenion Watersports offers sunbed rentals, exciting water activities, and boat excursions. One of the highlights was a trip to Aphrodite’s Rock, a stunning natural landmark I wholeheartedly recommend. The team at Xenion were professional and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. Our visit coincided with EuroBasket 2025 in Limassol, which gave us the perfect excuse to combine sports with sun and sea. Staying in Pissouri was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our family. The town is tranquil and breathtaking, with a beautiful beach, crystal-clear waters, and warm-hearted locals.cals. • Verified traveler (4/5): Overpriced and dated. Needs refurbishment. - Booked a 2 bed for 3 nights but was given a 1 bed with a 30 Euro refund. First morning I went for breakfast and the woman tried to overcharge me. Never went again. Curtains you can see through. Convenient for nosey women and the town is full of them. Awful taxi ride out of there. It stunk of fish. And this makes me angry hence deciding to write the bad review.
• James (10/5): - Cozy, family friendly hotel apartments in pissouri. Breakfast by the pool was very enjoyable and made to order. Short walk to the beach and very easy check in process. I would recommend this place to families, people wanting to stay near the airport, or a quite location to relax.
• mark (2/5): Never stay at Korzias if you visit Pissouri - The landlord didn’t seem to be aware of the booking - just gave us the key and showed us the apartment. The facilities were poor to say the least; floor dirty; furniture was grubby; shower area and curtain disgusting.

The rooms are ok, good actually for the price, look better from outside than inside - bathroom is the weakest link, but not that bad either. The pool is nice, more for cooling down than swimming, but again - ok for the price
• Johan (8/5): Strandnära, lugn sol och badsemester - Trevlig enkel resort, med vänlig hjälpsam personal. Orten Pissouri ämnar sig bäst åt den som söker lugn semester. Vår lgh låg på andra sidan gatan på andra våningen, närmaste utsikt var baksida på restaurang, havet kunde skymtas. Bra planerad lgh med stor balkong. Ca. 200 m till resortens poolområde med enkel men väldigt bra lunch. Familjärt! Många stamkunder. 300 m till stranden. Resortens lgh belägna inom relativt stort område. Så närheten till havet kan variera. Det handlar dock endast om några få hundra meter. Det negativa i lgh var; dåligt tryck i duschen och avsaknad av läslampor vid sängarna. Återvänder gärna!
• Matteo (2/5): Horryfing experience ! - This "apart-hotel" is horrifying and my experience was horrible. The photos I took in my apt say it all about how dirty and bad condition my apt was. I had to wait one hour to check-in because the floor was flooded with water from the fridge, the apt had not even been checked before giving me the keys. - my apt was really dirty - the staff was very rude - the Water Closet ceramic was broken - a curtain was broken and falling from one side - the bed cover had strains on it - the fridge was very noisy expecially at night - all the cupboards and their handles were very dirty - in the toilet there was no soap, nor shampoo provided  - TV with only one channel in English - I was asked 10€ to get the remote control of the air conditioning (three days) - I was asked to pay even for a wake up call the day of the check-out - The owner asked me to pay the room again at check-out while the room had already been paid at the booking. Who rated this apart-hotel 3 stars? Instead of making money offering extra-services, the staff should clean and fix up the apts and be more  respectful when addressing to clients. This is no value for money, don't book this accomodation!
• Nadezhda (8/5): август 2018 с детьми - Отдыхала в августе 2018 с детьми (6 и 16). В целом впечатления положительные. Мы приехали в 12 и нас попросили подождать всего час пока наш номер будет убран. Апартаменты с одной спальней, две односпальные кровати, для младшего раскладушка с приличным матрасом. Кухня с гостиной приличной площади. Мягкая мебель (диван и два кресла) ужасно старые и засаленные, пришлось даже накрывать их покрывалами чтобы сидеть. Остальная мебель в приличном состоянии. Телевизор, холодильник, плита газовая, тостер, чайник. Все работает. Утюг по запросу бесплатно. Сейф и кондей платно (на 12 дней - 100 евро). Мы брали с завтраком. Несколько вариантов завтрака (английский и континентальный). Все вкусно. Особенно йогурт. Персонал приветливый, по русски не говорит, но английский на приличном уровне. Белье меняли один или два раза. Полотенца раз в два три дня. Территория большая, чистая. Есть бассейн. Вай-фай есть общий и есть в каждом номере. Наш номер так и не подключился, но мы пользовались от соседей. Неплохо, но не айс. Поселок небольшой, буквально две улицы. Народу вообще никого нет, хотя номера все заняты. До пляжа спуститься 100 м. Пляж галька. Ветер все время и волны.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay! - Great stay! I booked a 1 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for me. Check in was quick. The owner is happy and friendly. The complex is just steps from the beach and restaurants. I had an obstructed view of the ocean from the balcony. The apartment was a bit dated but large and comfortable. It was great value and I would definitely stay here again if back in Pissouri Bay.
• Kim (10/5): Great Location on Pissori Bay - Great location on Pissori Bay. We stayed in a 1 bed upstairs apartment with big balcony. The apartment was clean & well furnished with basic kitchen items. It was an ideal cost for us as we just wanted a 3 night stop off to see a bit more of the island. The pool area was lovely with lots of sunbeds although we used the beach which was a 2 minute walk. Beach again had lots of sun beds for hire at a reasonable cost. Theres a great place to eat on the sea front - Captains that serve quality food. Plenty other places to eat around the bay.

• Alexander (8/5): Very nice and ideally located - Travelled here with my partner whilst working in the area. Extended stay for 9 days. Came in the “off season” so was quiet which we didn’t mind. Rooms were comfortable enough, not a huge amount of kitchen utensils for complete self catering, but very nice restaurants a walking distance away. Owner was very friendly and assisted in replacing our dodgy kettle and giving us some extra pillows. Cleaners visited every other day. Would need a car to get about to local areas.

• Anne (10/5): lovely garden setting, close to beach and cafes - we spent 10 days in this hotel, Evros the owner greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a one bedroom flat which was spacious and had a, lovely balcony, - the furnishings are a bit dated and the beds a bit hard but then that's a personal preference thing. it was a perfect situation for us in November, wanting to walk along the beach and on the many nature trails in the surrounding area. The swimming pool is good too, pleasant location, pool bar (though the breakfast is not that special - alright for the 1st day before you have shopped!) the rooms were cleaned every other day and we were given fresh towels. on the final day, Evros let us stay until our later flight - so after normal checkout, as he didn't have anyone coming in immediately.
• Ken (6/5): OK APARTMENTS, NICE BEACH - We had a great holiday in Cyprus, All though the apartments wasn't great we didn't let that spoil our holiday, We hired a car, so there were lots of nice places to see.
• THIERRY (10/5): - Quelques ustensiles un peu vieillots, mais un très bel appartement, avec de l'espace, une grande terrasse ombragée, la vue sur le magnifique lagon de Pissouri et une fort belle piscine au milieu des rochers. Le parton Avro est adorable, toujours présent, et l'ambiance familiale et vraiment détendue. Il faut une voiture pour rejoindre les meilleurs restaurants à Pissouri village, mais il y a de quoi bien se restaurer sur la "bay", et la pizzeria pas chère est tenue par des gens très sympathiques. Un endroit parfait, à une minute de la mer, avec plein de balades à faire ( essayez le magnifique et très sauvage cap Aspro _ bonnes chaussures indispensables...). Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, dans un endroit calme mais très bien situé (Pahos et ses trésors antiques à 40 mn). On ne voudrait qu'y retourner. • Birgit (8/5): Es ist eine kleine Appartmentanlage nahe am Meer. - Die kleine Appartmentanlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionierte sehr gut. Die Appartments waren funktional ausgestattet, mit einem Gasherd und Backofen, sodass man gut kochen konnte. Auch die Betten waren gut, keineswegs durchgelegen. Die Räume wurden fast täglich kurz durchgeputzt und die Betten gemacht. Handtücher gab es alle 2-3 Tage neu. Klimaanlagenbenutzung sowie Safe sind extra zu bezahlen. Die Anlage hat einen schönen Poolbereich, mit ausreichender Anzahl Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Der Ortskern ist in ca. 10 m Entfernung und das Meer ist ca. 50 m entfernt. Dort kann man Liegen und Sonnenschirme für je 2 EURO pro Tag leihen, man kann sich aber auch so an den Kiesstrand legen. Auch sind dort diverse Wassersportmöglichkeiten.

• Lima (10/5): Great pick! - If you search for an apartment at Pissouri Bay (with fully equipped kitchen), this is the place! It's not directly at the shore line, but it's just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The owner is awesome and will help you however he can. The flats have all gotten recent refurbishments, new flat TVs, and dedicated wifi access points (each flat has its own, so you'll always have perfect connectivity, with 16 MBit/s downstream). Flat H1 and A1 would be the best picks, as those are the upmost in their respective buildings and have advantages: A1 has sea view, H1 has a balcony area where you have longer sun than at the others.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel apartments but hidden charges - We stayed here for two weeks and very much enjoyed our stay. It's perfectly situated in the Pissouri Bay area with a few to the sea and nice surroundings. We had breakfast included, but I'd recommend for others to make it themselves as it was quite simple and not much to choose from. The manager and bar/pool staff were very kind and helpful. On the flip side the beds are quite tough. Also - as air condition is a must-have during the summer - the manager charges an extremely high extra fee when you arrive at the hotel. We payed 100 euros for 14 days.

The hotel swimming pool is also very convenient. On the flip side, our room would have benefited from replacing some furniture, appliance and painting. WIFI is free but very limited during peak hours (morning and evening).

But nevertheless representing fantastic value for money. Owner could'nt be more helpful but do not expext a slick commercial experience everything is a tad manjana but that is its charm!

• Алексей Кузнецов (8/5): удачное расположение. - Номеру необходим ремонт. Мебель уже умерла. Белье и полотенца пора выкинуть. Вода еле идет. НО........ Все это меркнет по отношению к месту, где расположен отель. Расположение его самое удачное в Писсури. В самом центре. Близко к морю и прямо на развязках. Стоянка машины прямо у крыльца. Если Вы на машине - это идеальное место. Бонус: довольно неплохой бассейн, где всегда тусовка и пул бар.

Appartamento pulitissimo, composto da stanza da letto, bagno, salotto con cucina a vista, terrazzo lato cucina e terrazza lato salotto con vista mare. Wifi gratuito in appartamento. Ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Proprietario molto gentile, disponibile e socievole. Situato vicino a locali per mangiare e ad un piccolo supermercato.
