• REMY (9/5): Très bien - Situation au calme en hauteur. Très bon accueil sympathique et tout le personnel très aimable et efficace. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, bonne literie. Hôtel très propre. Belle vue depuis le restaurant. Très bons produits de qualité au petit déjeuner, oeufs inclus à la demande. Dîner de qualité également (restaurant Settimocielo Bistro). Parking gratuit très appréciable (places disponibles (retour avant 18h en mai en ce qui nous concerne). Un bilan général très positif. Des détails : Isolé donc restauration limitée et tarifs élevés au restaurant Settimocielo de l’hôtel toutefois conformes aux tarifs suisses du secteur. Pas de bouilloire ni de cafetière dans la chambre. Insonorisation intérieure moyenne (nous avons donc apprécié d’avoir obtenu une chambre au calme comme demandée). Un « appareil de climatisation » très très bruyant inutilisable la nuit, nous avons opté pour fenêtre ouverte, en mai pas de problème). Mais surtout la salle de bains (beige) d’une autre époque (bien que très propre). L’ensemble du séjour reste toutefois très satisfaisant, le reste étant parfait par ailleurs.

Swimming pool with jacuzzi jets is wonderful. Sauna has full glass panoramic windows. Lovely addition of spa area and quiet room. Great transfers to Ascona. Beds seem to be all singles put together. Would have preferred a double bed. Lighting in restaurant for eve dinner is too bright. Because of this there was no ambience or softness to the restaurant in the evening.

• Thomas (7/5): Das Hotel liegt an einer Toplage mit atemberaubender Aussicht - Die Junior-Suite war schön gross, ruhig und hell. Die Ausstattung ist neu, das Badezimmer neu renoviert. Das Zimmer hat nicht frisch gerochen. Trotz offenem Fenster konnte man den etwas muffigen Geruch nicht loswerden. Für die Grösse des Zimmers hätte eine Couch, neben den beiden Ohrensesseln, gut gepasst.

• Jürg (9/5): Insgesamt ein ausgesprochen schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel Berno. - Das Hotel ist traumhaft gelegen in absoluter Ruhe; der ideale Ort für ein paar Tage Erholung. Ein wunderbar situierter, in eine sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage integrierter, beheizter Pool ist ein weiteres Highlight des Hotels. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und das gastronomische Angebot, insbesondere das Frühstücksbuffet, sehr vielfältig. Die Badezimmer sind teilweise noch nicht auf dem neusten Stand; Gebrauchsgeräusche aus den Bädern benachbarter Zimmer sind gegebenenfalls gut hörbar.

Sowohl Lage und die Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, Wanderungen oder Entspannung, als auch das Konzept ein - Das Casa Berno Panorama Resort überzeugt nicht nur mit der hervorragenden Lage, sondern auch mit seinem ganzheitlichen Konzept. Rezeption: von der Buchung, über Rückfragen bis zur Kommunikation vor Ort war das Team der Rezeption freundlich, aufmerksam und informativ- absolut professionell 👍 Zimmerservice: unauffällig, aufmerksam und die Pflege der Zimmer tadellos Servicepersonal: als Gast fühlt man sich wahrgenommen und individuelle Wünsche ( wie bei uns vegane Ernährung) wurden berücksichtigt und mehr als ausreichend angeboten Küche: das Highlight- wir wählten am Abend drei verschiedene Desserts- visuell und geschmacklich Highcuisine! Die Komposition von Zutaten und Textur ergab eine Sinfonie für den Gaumen! Mmh… eine Kleinigkeit als Anmerkung. Bei einem gut funktionierenden Uhrwerk kommt es auch auf das kleinste Rädchen an, und wenn ein Kellner am Abend schlechte Laune hat, sollte er professionell bleiben und dies nicht am Gast auslassen, weil dieser „nur“ Dessert bestellt.

• Katarzyna (9/5): Hotel jest w starym stylu i ma swoją historię. Należy zdecydowanie do cichych i spokojnych. Jeśli szukasz relaksu i wypo - Widok z balkonu na jezioro i góry. Robi piorunujące wrażenie, coś pięknego. Pyszne śniadania. Życzliwa obsługa. Basen przy hotelu z dużą ilością leżaków na różnych poziomach. Za opłatę podatku turystycznego otrzymujemy Ticino card, która pozwala podróżować pociągami i komunikacją publiczną w całym regionie za darmo. Chociaż wszystko było utrzymane w idealnej czystości, łazienka była w starym stylu. Jednak muszę podkreślić, że wszystko było idealnie utrzymane. Pokój - nawet ten podstawowy - posiadał wystarczająco dużo miejsca.

• Christiane (10/5): Super Hotel, jederzeit gerne wieder. - Es hat rundum alles gepasst, sehr freundliches Personal, wunderschöne Terrassen, tolle Lage, Zimmer sehr komfortabel, Frühstück sehr gut und alles da, was man von einem kontinentalen Frühstück erwarten darf. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder. Die Badewanne zum Duschen.
