• MARISA (6/5): Barely tolerable - The staff. The water spills all over the bathroom which then becomes slippery. Its shower curtain doesn’t reach the floor. That’s why the water is all over the place. No bathroom amenities-no shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, skin lotion, and cotton buds. The property has no twin beds only a queen size bed.

• Rosarito (8/5): Liked the free breakfast and free access to the fitness center across the street. - Convenient. The room given to us had a live cockroach and smelled like urine. But the staff transferred us to another room when we informed them.

• Lawrence Loo (4/5): Good to stay there if the cleanliness of room is back to standard - Staff is friendly and kind. Location is convenient for my travel for work. Surrounding is comfort , clean and safe. Good to go out for walk when free. Supermarket next to hotel is a convenient when stay. One night ant is found on my bed and cannot find out how they are coming out one by one. I could not sleep well and woke up at about 5 am when I found an ant was on my neck , terrible. The next day, water dropping out our aircon and could not stop even the filter was replaced by the hotel.

• Marlon (10/5): - This is the second time we stayed here. The location is peaceful, just a 5 minutes drive away from the busy Nuvali area. There is a nearby park, and if you are lucky, you might chance upon a pop-up night food market. The breakfast is simple and humble. The staff, facilities, and rooms are as expected.
• Dayrit (9/5): - Basic amenities but very clean. Room was big. Location was great (near Marketplace, Nuat and CBTL), easily accessible, and the Japanese restaurant on the ground floor was amazing. Our aircon was dripping but housekeeping was quick to address.

• Patricia (9/5): - Overall experience. The staff was very accommodating. We had one complaint in the morning, but the staff handled it really well. The rooms were all somewhat clean. During our check-in on the first night, a few teenagers checked in around us, which meant there was a lot of noise. The kids were uncontrollable. Additionally, the room beside us was blasting loud music, and it was 5 am. Good thing, the staff was able to handle it.

It would have been better if the in between sheet of the blanket which is brown be wash and rinse properly because its smells and the sheets and pillow cases have stains.

• Zen (8/5): Consistent Value - True to its brand, a stay at Wyndham regardless of location, did not disappoint. That's the advantage of an international brand, perhaps, that it is consistent, across different locations. Staff was fast with queries or concerns like the iron, the sewing kit and additional toiletries. The guard was snappy and alert as well, helpful with things and parking. The hotel has seen its age, but is well kept. The rooms, are larger than of a similar price range, and the temperature of the fridge is enough to keep food palatable for later munching. Breakfast is limited but adequate.

We honestly had such an amazing stay here 😍 I wasn’t expecting to enjoy it this much, but me and my best friend had the best time ever! The vibe is so chill and relaxing, and everyone made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Special shoutout to the SGs and of course Albert. You guys are AMAZING! 🥹 When we were by the pool, they really took care of us — from bringing ice to making sure we had plastic cups. It might sound small, but honestly, it meant so much because it shows how thoughtful they are. Our room was spotless and smelled so fresh! And omg the bed… sooo comfy 😴 I didn’t even want to get up in the morning 😂 Big thanks also to the HK team and again to Albert for being so welcoming and accommodating. You guys made us feel like VIPs 🫶 The location is perfect too — super quiet, peaceful, and not crowded at all, which was perfect since we’re working remotely. We got to relax AND still be productive… best of both worlds! We’re already planning another staycation here soon because of how wonderful everyone was. Thank you so much for making this trip unforgettable! The only thing I didn’t really like was that the pool closes at 8 PM — would’ve been nice if it stayed open a bit later. But honestly, aside from that, we absolutely loved everything about our stay! The place, the vibe, and the staff were all amazing. Definitely coming back! 🌟

• Ella (9/5): Quiet corner @South Forbes area - I liked that the staff were so accommodating. They respond to our requests fast. The hotel was also super clean. They also provided a water dispenser near our room for use. The ice box for use at any time was also a much appreciated thought through these hot summer days! Thanks for that! I also liked that the hotel is located a walk away from a grocery (robinsons marketplace) and the westborough Park Center where weekend markets and food parks are available. The implementation of no smoking rules may not be implemented well since the first room provided tonuse smelled of cigarettes. They did transfer us to another room, though, when we requested.

• Lulu (1/5): Bad stay, bad timing - Location and the price OMG! I was not able to sleep at all, we have an early event the next day. During our stay, there were group of Intl players occupying the floor. Noise everywhere until 2am or more. No one from the hotel contained this and just let it be..
• George (8/5): A quiet hotel with convience and a friendly staff - The staff was extremely friendly - they all greet all customers constantly. The Room was nice with good aircon, WiFi and cable. The shower was good with hot water. The pool was nice but a bit too cold. The wind is strong at the hotel so that makes it worse. There was good seating areas inside and out. The location was nice and quiet in a residential/small commercial area. A grocery, store, fitness center, coffee shop and good grocery store were all within walking distance. There were many little local businesses near by too. There are 3 malls within 9 minutes as well with many local and foreign restaurants. The restaurant was good as a Japanese restaurant but not good in serving westerners. Beer was served in can vs Bottle, plus the cans were hot. Most western Foreigners like cold beer preferably from a bottle with a cold mug. The buffet breakfast is what you find in many Asian hotels not in a good way. They serve dinner items for breakfast. They should always have omelettes and bacon available if you want foreign guest. Eggs Benedict could be a nice touch. I would expect at minimum typical Filipino breakfast items such as Tocino, longanesa and corn beef and Spam would be good. They also put out a juice that said Calamansi but it was a kool aide drink. Leave the dinner items for dinner or if guests prefer that at least have breakfast items available on the buffet as well. The fruit and bread were good. The price is too high if not included in your room rate. The Ala Carte price was P450. If you don’t want foreign guests or Filipinos that like breakfast I guess it doesn’t matter but for me that’s my favorite meal and I was extremely disappointed and it would keep me from staying there again. There was a manager on the 3rd day that offered to make an omelet after I complained but too little too late. I appreciate her trying though.
