- Mirella (10/5): -
- Pilar (9/5): Very fun hotel! would go again. - The grounds in the hotel are beautiful - we would walk back and forth from the main lodge to the suite and would run into monkeys, moongooses, etc. The pool area and bar/restaurant overlooks a waterhole - in less than 15 minutes of arriving we saw wharthogs, elephants, giraffes, zebras and impalas. It was insane. The decor is fun and kids loved it! the suites are spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff is wonderful! The food is not great, wish they could improve on consistency. The pool doesn't have a lot of sitting area/loungers - but there is a big deck next to it in the sun was always empty. They could move those tables out and get more sun loungers there and that problem would be easily solved.
- Mike Keanly (9/5): Excellent location overlooking watering hole with good accommodation and food - Natural look and feel of the place including restaurant, bar, swimming pool and accommodation Service at sometimes could be slow
- Zoe (8/5): Relaxing and comfortable stay - The location is beautiful and the main building and lodges are tastefully furnished. Staff were friendly and the service was good. Even though we stayed during the rainy season, there was still plenty of wildlife to spot around the watering hole and even close to our lodge. The lodge we stayed in was very comfortable and had everything you could need but unfortunately the sound really travelled from the adjoining lodge and we could literally hear everything being said in the bedroom next door even though our neighbours weren't being particularly loud.
- Robson (10/5): -
- Jodi (4/5): Nice grounds, needs a little updating. Was located out of town and overlooked a water hole & nature - The staff were pleasant.
The grounds were nice & it overlooked the national park and a water hole.
The pool area was nice. I was not impressed with the food at all.
The bed in the main bedroom was not at all comfortable.
- Rodrigo (9/5): Boa experiência - Convívio rotineiro com os animais da região, vistos diariamente da varanda do quarto, na trilha até a recepção e também dos restaurantes. Equipe prestativa, alegre e focada no hóspede. Ótima limpeza e cuidado com as instalações. Cama e chuveiro excelentes.

- Tshimbiluni (9/5): - Humble staff friendly and were always willing to assist with any request! We enjoyed our stay as one of our bucket list trips. The noise that the cleaning ladies make. We were having late mornings so their loud conversations from 6am were disturbing....
- Mac (10/5): - The best hotel in the area! Spacious beautiful rooms, overlooking to a safari area ( the hotel owns the reserve) which you get to see elephants, giraffe, buffalo, antelope, zebras, vultures and more while eating your breakfast/lunch/dinner. Boma dinner will be walking distance from your room as well, hotel also has great selection of food too. Friendly/ welcoming staff with big smiles. Housekeeping comes 2x a day so your room always fresh. Our mini bar was included, we had more than we could drink since they fill it 2x a day. Hotel has everything you need.. do u need excursions? They got you! Do u wanna relax in the pool while sipping some alcohol? They got you? Do you want safari feeling but want just want to sit and eat while eating? They got you!.. I could give this hotel 10stars! I will definitely stay here again. Nothing
- Linsey (10/5): Absolutely fantastic!! - Just opposite the spa, removed just the right distance from the incredible main building that overlooks the watering hole, and walking distance to Boma! Fantastic! Nothing
- Anne-Lize (9/5): Excellent - The staff was exceptional, so helpful and friendly. Great breakfast

- Klaus (10/5): - Wonderful location, walking Distanzen to the famous Boma restaurant. Great view on the Park from the Restaurants Nice pools.
- Melanie (10/5): - This is my third time staying here and I love it. The property is gorgeous with great dining options and the staff are very helpful. Definitely coming back!
- Eliane (10/5): - Great place

- Olivia (10/5): Amazing accomodation, staff, amenities, proximity to everything❤️ - Everything! Beautiful house, great details, friendly welcoming and helpful staff, animals outside on the ground and trees, amenities, close proximity to BOMA, the falls and town - everything❤️ Nothing❤️
- Bernardo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (10/5): Tranquil setting and family friendly - The location is just lovely with a gorgeous outlook. Lots of natural wildlife to spot. Service was impeccable and the added bonus was the swimming pool with its glorious views. Nothing
- Godfrey (8/5): Lovely holiday in wildlife’s backyard - Great location and concept of living in the wild.
Loved the food and friendly staff. Furniture needs updating. Needs sound proofing. Could hear guests in the adjacent apartment early morning or late at night.
- Claire (5/5): Passable - Staff were really lovely - super friendly
- Selina (9/5): Superb - The atmosphere was perferct and the view was magical to watch the animals coming to the waterhole.
The toilet facilities were perfect and very clean.
We are appreciated the friendly staff especially Nicole & Rosa.
The Spa facilities are out of this world- perfect!!
We lost our charging cable however, the staff had found it and returned it to us we really appreciated their care & kindness. The food could have been better to meet the standard of rest of the offering or ambiance.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Great for family. - View over waterhole from the restaurant/ bar. Friendly helpful staff. Pool area. Nothing
- Shelley (9/5): Super relaxing, beautiful place. Our elderly dad was sick and nothing was too much trouble for the staff to make him com - Stunning location, beautifully appointed, lovely staff. World-class view! Nothing
- Boon (10/5): Excellent place with nature interactions - The environments, wild animals, service, very nice accommodations, etc. Distance between accommodations as well as main lobby/restaurant so need some walking.
- Itaru (9/5): Superb -
- Amani (10/5): - The staff is very nice and helpfull.
The location is great and we had an amzaing experience seeing the vultures feed.
Great food and spacious rooms.
- Celeste (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lawrence (7/5): Good location good staff. - Hot water not always on
- Rosanne (10/5): Perfect place to stay - The perfect place to stay for a family trip to Victoria Falls. Close to town, shuttle service offered. Breakfast with a magnificent view. Our accommodation was second to none. Very comfortable and clean. We had access to a pool close by and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We WILL be back!!
- Jha (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing property
Outstanding location None
- James (10/5): Wonderful Staff, Immaculate Rooms - This property far exceeded my expectations. It was extremely comfortable, well appointed, and the staff was just terrific. We ate at the property for all three dinners and were consistently impressed by the chef and waitress staff. The boma show was delightful in its authenticity and gave us so much more exposure to Zimbabwe than I thought possible. Lots of little experiences will dot your stay and the rooms are immaculate. Pools for my daughter were a bit undersized.
- Helena (10/5): Simply amazing - stunning views / location, attentive and forthcoming staff, beautiful and spacious villa, natural-looking pools, lots of activities available, vulture culture experience nothing
- Nyaradzo (7/5): Okey - After a bad experience Gidson Ncube who works there assisted us and made sure we were safe and comfortable We found a cobra snake in our suite at night. Really traumatic and we had to move accommodation at 3am as we were scared and terrified.
- Melanie (10/5): - Exceptional staff and beautiful property
- Emma (10/5): Amazing, would love to come back sometime - Beautiful rooms, cleans and stylish. Amazing location and friendly and helpful staff. Saw so many animals at the waterhole. A magical stay. Nothing, it was all great
- Margo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elena (10/5): Amazing - The view, location, comfort
- Tshego (7/5): Overall, my stay at the lodge was enjoyable, but the only downside was the cleanliness, which could be improved. - The food was tasty, and the staff members were very friendly. The rooms were not cleaned; they only made the bed and wiped the bathroom floors.
- Eugene (10/5): Would definitely recommend this place, it really is of the best places to stay! - Location is perfect, this is a nature lover’s delight. Staff are very professional and friendly. Breakfast is great. Stayed in the safari suites and the quality is exceptional. Definitely recommend. Spotted a bit of dust, inside a couple of the rooms in the harder to reach places. Sorting this very minor point will make this place even more exceptional.
- Karl (10/5): Great last minute stay - I missed my flight out of Vic Falls and booked a family suite last minute. The grounds are beautiful and the restaurant overlooks a watering hole in the National Park from a hilltop — a dramatic setting. We saw lots of animals even over a single night stay. The staff are excellent and friendly. The suites are about 300 meters from the main building, but they have a golf cart on call to shuttle you. The Boma show is adjacent to the property. We heard the drums but did not attend. The suites are huge and include 2 levels with complementary alcoholic and soft drinks. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a den and study and wet bar. Abundant amenities with microwave. Nice firm beds with netting and turndown service. I highly recommend.
- Cindy (9/5): Superb -
- Marisa (9/5): All in all, we had an amazing time. The team here are fantastic and we loved the spa! - Amazing views and the opportunity to see lots of different kinds of animals. We did have quite a few bugs in the room but I know this is Africa, although I wasn’t expecting a scorpion.
- Andre (10/5): - A beautiful spot, in the natural environment just outside of Vic Falls village with easy access in. Brilliant for animal lovers.
- Maja (9/5): Superb -
- Jeanne (9/5): Hotel with views and a vulture restaurant, close to the VIctoria Falls. - The breakfast buffet was fantastic with 180 degree views from the restaurant. I loved the Bloody Mary station! Our safari suite was spacious and comfortable with a minibar included stocking local beers etc. The dinner was delicious and the singing by a local group was amazing and a perfect touch to the evening. The vulture restaurant was a highlight. Before breakfast we did an early morning bird walk with a guide organized by the hotel and he was extremely knowledgeable and we highly recommend him. He did however have an old binoculars and I would urge the hotel to provide their guides with decent binoculars, especially in a country like Zimbabwe where the wages are relatively low. The rooms will need some updating soon as it already requires some maintenance here and there, but it did not bother us. The hotel should provide their guides with proper binoculars. It is unrealistic to expect the guides to provide their own.
- Chantelle (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was amazing, the staff went far and beyond. They couldn’t do enough. The accommodation, facilities and grounds were exceptional. Great array of choices for food and beverages. I would stay here again and recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you to everyone at the hotel. N/A
- Alison (8/5): Private game-viewing from your luxury suite - Well designed suite for 2 couples; clean and tidy with very comfy beds. I liked that each suite looked out over a small waterhole that had animals coming at all times of the day and night.
- James (7/5): Great location, bring mosquito spray! - Location was spectacular and very well situated to enjoy the area, especially the Zambezi National Park. The staff was very professional and accommodated our requests as best they could. The accommodations are a bit rundown and are in desperate need of an upgrade, which should not be a problem as the stay rate is rather high for the accommodations provided. The mosquito situation was near - making common areas in the evening almost unusable - even with the commercial-grade sprays. The nets around the beds seemed to trap more mosquitoes in then prevented them from entering. This accommodation could be easily calked to prevent the influx of mosquitoes through all the gaps in the wall, ceiling, windows, but for the life of me it hasn't been done. There are heavy mosquito concentrations due to constant grass watering and stagnant water feeding pools to attract animals closer to the rooms.
- Musa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ameesha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martin (10/5): Brilliant ! - What a gem of a place - best location and even better staff- actually the best service I have experienced in years of travel . Amazing food at good prices Nothing with the property but if you plan to over the boarder a few times make sure you have the correct visa
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional in every way - An incredibly beautiful setting and a lovely team who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Easily the best place I’ve ever stayed. I should have stayed longer!
- Nicholas (10/5): A stunning Surprise and a Sundowner Terrace that is one of the best in Africa - not to be missed - Beautiful setting and the lodge has a traditional charm. The rooms where very generous and the outdoor bar terrace was incredible. Lots of mosquitoes
- Kevin (8/5): Unexpectedly good - great staff and very relaxed with great views - Very spacious suites - well stocked. Good beds and bedding - big bath and walk in shower. A bit dated - but rustic. Really brilliant staff and good food. Fabulous view. The gardens need attention. Feels a bit “dusty”.
- Christopher (8/5): Very good -
- Teresa (9/5): Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is unique - Everything , the suite was beautiful, people wonderful x Pool is by the bar , I would prefer more privacy but has a stunning view .
- Eileen (10/5): Exceptional - Unique
- Everjoy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Van (9/5): Superb -
- Ashok (7/5): Bumpy start but a great experience after - Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Vegetarian food was great both at the club and main restaurant We had arranged a taxi pickup which never arrived even after multiple phone calls. The initial suite allocated was not very clean and had a bad damp smell. However staff were helpful and moved us at no extra cost to beautiful club rooms as soon as we raised the issue. Appreciated the prompt resolution
- Grant (10/5): This was a highlight stay on our 5 week adventure of Southern Africa - The family suite had three large bedrooms each having its own ensuite and the lounge and outdoor are was so private an fabulous.
The pool was so beautiful and fun for the kids. the view overlooking the Zimbabwe National Reserve waterhole was breathtaking. We saw elephants, buffalo, giraffes, baboons, antelope and many species of birds every day.
The Zimbabwe Staff were so helpful and happy it was infectious 😁. no bad things to say
- Devin (6/5): Nice, but expect to pay extra for things that are normally included at the nicer hotels. - amazing view of watering hole, and pools were nice. the shuttle to town was nice, though wish it was more often and went more places. they helped us book activities, which was great. not really kid friendly - lack of kids menu, dilapidated playground, late dinner time. breakfast was only ok - basic and then you could pay extra for things like eggs. air conditioning unit didn’t work in one of the rooms. drum show at nice kept up kids. o rally, things were expensive for what they were.
- Gerhardus (9/5): Superb -
- Barry (9/5): most enjoyable and will definitely return, I will recommend Victoria Falls Safari Suites. - Staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The resort was of high standard but still very rustic and gave a true ' In the bush' experience. I enjoyed the views from breakfast/supper and it was the perfect way end the day. The dinner menu was the same for the 6 days of my stay and the variety was very limited. Perhaps a different food theme for each night would be an idea (Buffet) or expand the current menu.
- Jason (10/5): good views from the restaurants. staff are extremely helpful - everything especially staff can’t think of anything
- Darren (8/5): Nice hotel with good service. - Room was nice. Service was good. However, lots of flies around or in some of the food for breakfast. Excellent shuttle service. But the lack of information about the route might make guests overlook the free service. Overall, still happy with the stay there.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Amazing hotel and amazing staff will return. Travelled with a baby and staff were amazing
- Arbi (10/5): included breakfast is awesome. - Fantastic stay. Our three bedroom bungalow was awesome and abutting the nature park. The included breakfast is amazing. Oh, btw, there is a stocked mini fridge with soda and beer that’s complementary. The activities specialist reserved our Chobe Safari with only 15 hours’ advanced notice. You will be well taken care of.
- Pat (8/5): - It was pretty good location but was little put off about the charge for the shuttle service. I thought it was a little expensive. But the food was great and the rooms were good. Not sure I would stay there again because of the transportation in to town I felt a little isolated. I did really enjoy our stay. Staff was wonderful.
- john (10/5): Safari-tastic ❤️ - Loved everything about this place, from the warthogs and monkeys outside too the food in the restaurants, our suite was great and thoroughly enjoyed my stay, fabulous location, fabulous place to stay ❤️😀
- k (10/5): Wonderful - Beautiful hotel and grounds! Loved eating breakfast overlooking the waterhole where various animals came to drink! Wonderful memories made on our stay here!
- Mona (10/5): Fantastic lodge close to everything! - Everything about this lodge was perfect. From the easiest check-in to the friendly and helpful staff to the roaming warthogs to the excellent and spacious suites, everything was perfect. Though our room was labeled a "suite", it was actually a three level roomy accommodation with a porch, a balcony, a tv room, and a living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- Vinnie (10/5): Superb siting with outlook over waterhole - Wonderful experience and would not hesitate to recommend.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
- rey (10/5): a hotel with wildlife right before your eyes - the hotel was very nice with large bedrooms. Just looking outside your window or walking around you'll see the empala, pigs, etc.
shutlle service by the hour if you want to go around the town.
- Pietro (10/5): Victoria Falls Lodge - Fantastic staff. Lots of activities nearby. Amazing animal sightseeing from the lodge and sometimes from the balcony suite.
- Elaine (10/5): Fantastic hotel, beautiful grounds with wildlife - Staff was wonderful, especially Joy, extremely accommodating and helpful. Suite was great, clean, wildlife right outside patio. Food was tasty in Lodge but Boma was a cultural treat both culinary and entertainment wise. Complimentary transportation to Falls and town. Best place to stay in area.
